Pati si Supreme Court Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa ay LANTARANG BINABALE-WALA ang pandarayang nadiskubre at binulgar ni Bongbong Marcos. Kahit na siya ang UNANG-UNANG DAPAT UMAKSIYON bilang in-charge sa protesta ni Bongbong laban kay Leni sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET).

DELIKADO TAYO, mga kababayan!

Tulad ng Comelec, ni isang salita ay WALA PANG NARIRINIG O NABABALITA mula kay Caguioa. WALA pa siyang nababalitang utos o rekomendasyon sa PET na iimbestigahan ang ibinulgar n Bongbong, lalo pa at ang mga decrypted balloitg images na ebidensiya nito ay galling mismo sa tribunal.  WALA ring nababalitang utos o rekoimendasyon ni Caguioa na MAGPALIWANAG ang Comelec at Smartmatic sa lalong madaling panahon

Kung natatandaan ninyo, mga kababayan, derechahan nang tinaguriang BIASED O HIND PAREHAS si Caguioa. May mga aksiyon si Caguioa na binigay si Bongbong bilang halimbawa, tulad ng pagtatakda ng deadline para sa downpayment ng kaniyang protest fee sa Biyernes Santo nooongisang taon. HINDI NAKASAGOT si Caguioa.

KItang kita na, hindi na malaman ni Leni Robredo ang gagawin. WALA NA SIYANG MAISIP kung paano niya sasagutin ng MATINO ang nabunyag na PANDARAYA kay Bongbong Marcos sa Camarines Sur at sa isa pang lugar noong naglaban sila noong eleksiyon 2016.

She noted that so many ballot boxes were still in Camarines Sur.

Una: Kung hindi ba naman TULIRO na talaga si Leni (kundi man likas na TANGA), sinabi na AGAD ni Bongbong noong Lunes na galling sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) ang mga kopya ng mga decrypted ballot images na ipinakita niya. Tulad ng alam na nating lahat, tinanggihan ng PET ang hiling ni Bongbong na makakuha siya ng mga ORIGINAL na kopya ng mga images. Pangalawa: ALAM NA ALAM ni Leni, at ng sambayanan, na ilang buwan nang naisagawa ang decryption ng mga balota mula sa Camarines Sur.  Kaya  hindi kataka-taka na may mga images na ang mga balota mula dito.

  
Humirit pa si Leni ng ganito: “There is plenty of propaganda that isn’t true. So we hope to get this over with, so there will be no more chance to spread more lies.” Pero KAHIT ISA AY WALA naman siyang partikular na natukoy sa mga lies na sinabi niya. .

Bakit hindi ka makapgisip ng matino, Ms. Robredo?

WALANG MATINONG DAHILAN para hindi nila IMBESTIGAHAN AGAD ang mga inilahad ni Bongbong.

May mga EBIDENSIYA, DETALYADONG MGA EBIDENSIYA. May mga pangalan, lugar at sistema ng pandaraya sa mga decrypted ballot images na inilabas ni Bongbong. Mga ebidensiyang NABUO NOONG HALALAN, na Comelec MISMO ANG NANGASIWA.  Kaya alam ng Comelec kung SINU-SINO ang mga dapat imbestigahan.

Mula Smartmatic, hanggang sa mga tauhan nilang naka-duty sa mga presintong pinagmulan ng mga ebidensiyang nadiskubre ni Bongbong. Pero hanggang ngahyon, WALANG PAHAYAG ang Comelec na NAGTAKDA na sila ng hearing o imbestigasyon, o kaya ay IPINATAWAG AT PINAGPAPALIWANAG na nila ang mga dapat magpaliwanag. WALA rin silang pahayag kung bakit hindi sila kumikilos. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako.

Walang dapat magreklamo sa Comelec kung dumating ang oras na lantaran at derechahang akusahan ninuman ng pagiging KASABWAT SA DAYAAN.30

Len Robredo’s camp is insisting that the images of fraudulent ballots and anomalous vote counting exposed by Bongbong Marcos as proof that he had been cheated were all manufactured or fake.

Pero WALA naman silang MAIPAKITANG EBDENSIYA!

Unlike Bongbong who had copies of the ballot images and showed these in a press conference, along with his explanation on the irregular votes tallied in Leni’s favor.

And KEEP IN MIND, people, Bongbong’s images were provided by the PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORAL TRIBUNAL (PET) itself, after they denied his request for copies of the originals which they ruled to take into custody. As  I had said in an earlier blog, it would therefore be IDIOTIC for anyone to even think that Bongbong’s images were fake.

Kaya kung walang maipapakitang ebidensiya ang kampo ni Leni, kilabutan naman sila sa KAHIHIYAN kung hindi sila titigil sa kakadaldal. Tama na angdaldal. SIMULAN NA ANG RECOUNT!  Sabi nga ng mga kabataan ngayon, ‘puro (ku)wento, wala namang (ku)wenta.’ 30

Malinaw na TULIRO, HINDI NA NAGIISIP si Romy Macalintal  sa pagkontra niya sa mga ibinulgar ni Bongbong Marcos na anomalya noong eleksiyon na pumabor kay Leni Robredo!

“There have been hundreds upon hundreds of ballots already decrypted and it is only Marcos who had allegedly ‘discovered’ such highly anomalous type of ballots. And since the time of election and up to the present, not a single poll watcher from among the hundreds upon hundreds of Marcos’ watchers has ever come up to confirm Marcos’ excited and fantastic claim of poll fraud.”

Tandaan natin, mga kababayan, na ang protesta ni Bongbong ay para sa SARILI NIYA LAMANG. WALA NANG IBA pang kasama! WALANG KONEKSIYON at walang pakialam ang sinupamang kandidato sa protesta.  Kaya KABOBOHAN, at malinaw na KAWALAN na ng DEPENSA, sa panig ni Macalintal para magtaka pa siya na bakit si Bongbong lamang ang nakapansin ng mga anomalyang nakita nito sa mga decrypted ballot images.

WALA IYUNG MAHIWAGANG KAHON sa balota nang bumoto ang mga botante. Kaya NATURAL LAMANG na HINDI MAGREKLAMO, at hindi makumpirma, ng mga watcher ni Boingbong ang mga anomalya mula noong 2016 elections  hanggang sa nagbulgar siya noong isang araw. Iyon namang mga naging pagbilang ng mga KWESTYONABLENG BOTO pabor kay Leni ay kagagawan ng PCOS machine, at NANGYARI NANG NASA LOOB NA NG MAKINA ang balota. Hindi kasama sa pagbibilang ang mga watcher ni Bongbong.

Sa halip na maiahon, lalong IBINAON si Leni Robredo ng kaniyang abugadong si Romy Macalintal sa KADUDA-DUDA niyang panalo bilang bise-presidente laban kay Bongbong Marcos.

In a gmanews.tv story (http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/641491/robredo-camp-urges-pet-comelec-to-probe-bongbong-s-claim-of-questionable-ballot-images/story/?top_picks&order=2), Nacalintal described Bongbong’ expose and images of decrypted ballots as proof of fraud in support of his protest versus Leni as  “highly ridiculous if not outright frivolous.”

Macalintal said: “If Marcos has in his possession the said ‘hundreds upon hundreds’ of ballot images which are radically different from the ballot images generated from the secure digital (SD) cards, then he should be investigated by the Commission on Elections and/or the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) to determine the source.”

It was all over national media that Bongbong was GRANTED SOFT COPIES OF THE ORIGINAL results of the decryption of the ballots by the PET after they denied his request for copies of the originals.  The source of Bongbong’s documents is the PET. Even if I’m NOT a staffer of Bongbong, I’m sure his lawyers were smart enough to have their ballot images CERTIFIED AS TRUE COPIES of the originals.

So, following your line, the PET should investigate themselves?  But more importantly, Macalintal, HOW COME you have the guts to say that Bongbong’s ballot images are radically different from those generated by SD cards?  

NAKITA NA BA NINYO yung mga images na galing sa SD cards?  MAY KOPYA ba kayo nung mga original images na ayaw ibigay ng PET kay Bongbong? IKAW siguro ang dapat IMBESTIGAHAN, Romy.

Macalintal said: “We challenge Marcos to immediately proceed with the recount of his protested ballots instead of airing these baseless and frivolous accusations..” 

ILANG BUWAN NANG NANANAWAGAN si Bongbong para MASIMULAN AGAD ang recount, Macalintal. Kayo ang WALANG TIGIL sa kasasampa ng kung anu-anong mosyon/petisyon na NAKAKA-DELAY, Tulad na lamang nung naka-schedule nang kuniin ang mga balota sa Camarines Sur. Bago nasimulan ay nag-file kayong bigla ng petition para masaksihan ng mga tao ninyo at ni Bongbong ang proseso. Si Bongbong, HINDI GINAWA IYON.  Isa pa, hinamon na ni Bongbong si Leni na sabay nilang withdraw ang LAHAT ng kani-kaniyang mosyon//petisyon para masimulan na agad ang recount  Pumayag ba kayo? HINDI!  Tapos, may KAPAL KA PA NG MUKHA para ichallenge si Bongbong na simulan na ang recount.

Para mas maintindihan ng nakararami ang ibinunyag ni Bongbong na pandaraya sa kaniya noong eleksiyon, narito ang ilang paliwanag mula sa Facebook post ng kinikilalang election at Information technology expert na si Attorney Glenn Chong:

Dahil sa square overlay, malinaw na hindi na magkapareho ang balotang papel at ang ballot image dahil sa balotang papel oval ang nandoon at hindi square habang sa ballot image naman ay walang oval pero meron namang square. Ang paglagay ng square overlay sa ballot image ay isang uri ng tampering o pagbabago dahil hindi na makatutuhanan ang larawang ipinapakita sa publiko kumpara sa orihinal na balotang papel ng botante. Ito ay isang malinaw na patunay lampas sa makatuwirang pagdududa (proof beyond reasonable doubt) na nagagawa nga ng Comelec at Smartmatic sa ballot images ang anumang gusto nilang ipakita sa publiko.

Kung nakapaglagay sila ng square overlay sa ballot images, posible rin silang makapaglagay ng marka mismo sa mga ovals na hindi naman talaga ibinoto ng botante. Kahit hindi mo man ibinoto, kayang-kaya nilang ipanalo. Ang ibig pala nilang sabihin – hindi madadaya ang kanilang bulok na sistema ng mga taga-labas. Tanging mga taga-loob lamang ang maaring mandaya. Kailan pumasok ang square overlay na ito? Pwedeng ang VCM (vote counting machine)  mismo, gamit ang instructions mula sa SD card, ang naglagay ng square overlay. Pwede ring ang decryption software (app) ang naglagay nito sa panahon ng decryption operation. Pero kahit saang angulo natin tingnan, tampering pa rin ang kalalabasan.

May mga exhibits o larawan din ng pandaraya na nilagay si Attorney Glenn sa kaniyang paliwanag. Sa sinundang blog nito na pinost ko ilang oras pa lang ang nakakaraan, :BONGBONG’S SOLID PROOF OF CHEATING.” Ito ang mga ibhinuyag ni Bongbong:

Examples of the fraud: An image of a ballot from San Nicolas, Iriga City, Camarines Sur showed that both the names of Leni Robredo and Antonio Trillanes IV had a black shade. But only the shade beside Leni’s name was inside a square. The vote summary later showed that the vote was counted for Leni, even if it should have been rejected for multiple marks. A ballot from Salvacion, Tigaon, Camarines Sur, had marks for both Gregorio Honasan and Leni. But only the one for Leni had a square beside her name. The vote summary eventually showed that the vote was counted for Leni instead of being nullified.

n Jilocon, San Jose, Negros Oriental, a ballot image showed that only Marcos’ name was marked. But in the summary of votes, the ballot was classified as an undervote. “Bakit yung boto ko naging undervote at hindi binilang? Bakit yung mga spoiled ballots ibinilang kay Robredo” 30

Bongbong Marcos has presented solid proof of cheating in the 2016 vice-presidential elections! With documents from the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) as basis, Bongbong and his camp revealed and presented copies of the following in a press conference in Manila:

The Comelec created eight regional hubs but did not inform the candidates. As per a Comelec resolution, the hubs were to address problems in the SD cards. “Nobody knew about – not the public, not the candidates, not the party, nobody. Nobody knew about it except Comelec and Smartmatic.”

Bongbong’s points are self-explanatory so let me just add two things: It would be ridiculous to accuse him of having manufactured the ballot images he has since the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) is keeping the originals. And to date, the Comelec HAS NOT MADE PUBLIC THE UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE made by Smartmatic on the script oif the transparency server for examination by private sector experts. 30

Aminin man nila o hindi, TARANTA o nagpa-PANIC na ang kampo ni Leni Robredo habang papalapit ang recount ng mga boto na sakop ng protesta ni Bongbong Marcos laban sa kaniya.

"no election protest involving the automated polls since 2010 to the present has been successfully pursued.” Just four days ago, Leni told the media in Albay that ”we expect the same result as that came out after the elections.”  The day before that, Leni’s lawyer informed media that in Camarines Sur alone, Robredo got 664,190 votes (85 percent) as against  Marcos’ 41,219 (5 percent). Even though the recount HAS NOT STARTED YET!

THREE press statements in just ONE WEEK. Anyone who will still say that Leni’s not panicking had better have SPECIFICS!

Let me just repeat something I’ve said before: IT DOES NOT FOLLOW, Macalintal, IT’S NOT AUTOMATIC, that what happened before in previous protests involving automated elections must also happen to Bongbong’s protest. The people are NOT STUPID! If that’s what you thjink, YOU’RE STUPID!

Macalintal also disputed Bongbong’s lament that the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) appears to be for Leni. You have NO MORAL OR LEGAL RIGHT to say that, Macalintal. YOU’RE NOT A MEMBER of it! Shame on you!

Keep in mind, guys, anybody in PANIC is CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING. Let’s keep our eyes and ears WIDEOPEN! 30

I checked out Karen Davila’s twitter page and saw this tweet: “Dear Mr President, bago ang pagbabago ng sistema ng gubyerno ayusin muna ang passport application sa DFA. Bakit nagkakaganito?! Simpleng passport nagwawala mga tao - walang appointment, nagkagulo sa pila sa Manila City Hall. Sabi nyo ayaw nyo ng pila - unahin na ito please.”

So, this is MALICE, Karen Davila style.

The veteran journalist that she is, It would be both RIDICULOUS AND IMPOSSIBLE to even think that Karen didn’t know (and SHAME ON HER  if she really did not), that the passport is the IMMEDIATE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITY of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) of Sec. Alan Peter Cayetano. Therefore, it’s the DFA and Cayetano whom she should hit, not President Digong Duterte. It’s the BASIC PROCEDURE which even high school kids know about. So why did she attack Digong instead?

Like the rest of us, Karen is free to criticize anyone, anytime. But whether she likes it or not, that attack has to be FAIR, FACTUAL AND APPROPRIATE.  To ignore all these in doing so would be nothing less than an IRRESPONSIBLE and MALICIOUS exercise of the freedom of expression. 30.

Malinaw na talagang PRO-LENI ROBREDO ang Comelec!

Ilang araw nang lumalabas sa social media ang mga post na mahigit 8,000 taga Bicol na patay na ang nakita umanong nakalista bilang mga bumoto kay Leni noong 2016 elections. Pero hanggang ngayon WALANG NABABALITANG AKSIYON ang Comelec.

Walang nababalitang may sinimulan na silang imbestigasyon, o ginagawang aksiyonn. Walang nababalitang hinihingan na nila ng paliwanag ang mga tao nilang naka-assign sa mga pinaggalingan ng mga boto ng mga umano’y namatay na. At lalong wala silang sinasabi na hinihingan na nila ng komento si Leni.

BULAG, PIPI AT BINGI ang Comelec sa naturang issue.

Tulad na rin ng reklamo ng maraming mga miyembro ng Iglesia ni Cristo sa iba-ibang lugar sa Mindanao, kung saan walang nakuhang boito si Bongbong Marcos. Kahit na opisyal na dinekrala ng pamunuan ng Iglesia na si Bongbong ang kandidato ng  natgurang simbahan, HINDI SI LENI! WALA RING NABALITANG ANUMANG AKSIYON o imbestigasyon ang Comelec tungkol dito. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako.

Kumontra na ang gustong kumontra. Siguraduhin lang na may detalye ang sagot at hindi mura o insulto lamang.

May mga kaso nang isinampa laban kay dating Health Sec, Janette Varin at dating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino kaugnay sa mga batang binakunahan ng Dengvaxia pero namatay fin na may senyales pa rin ng dengue. Kung tama ang pagkakatanda ko ay dalawa na.  Pero hanggang ngayon, WALANG NABABALITANG SISIMULAN nang kwestiyunin ang sinuman sa dalawa. Wala ring nababalitang schedule na simula ng anumang preliminary investigation kaugnay ng mga kaso.

Kahit na DUMARAMI na ang mga batang namatay na may senyales ng dengue ilang buwan matapois silang bakunahan ng Dengvaxia.

Nagrefund na raw ang Sanofi, na siyang gumagawa ng Dengvaxia, ng mahjigit P1 bilyon sa gobyerno  Pero maliban Senado, WALA ring nababalitang pinapatwag na sila ng anumang ahensiya ng gobyerno para kwestiyunin tungkol sa kaso. Wala ring balitang may naging aksiyon na ang Department of Health (DOH) para matiyak na walang makakaalis sa mga opisyales ng Sanofi dito sa PIlipinas na may kinalaman sa naging bilihan ng Dengvaxia.

WALA RING NABABALITANG kahjit isang empleyado o opisyal ng DOH na may kinalaman sa transaksyon na iniimbesitgahan o pinagpapaliwanag na, o nilagay sa preventive suspension.   Sanofi lang ang laging binabanatan sa mga balita. Samantalang  sa DOH nanggaling , mula sa PERA NATING SAMBAYANAN, ang P3.5 BILYON na ibinayad sa Sanofi para sa Dengvaxia.

Sa mga patuloy na nangiinsulto kay Mocha Uson dahil sa pagkakamali niya sa lokasyon ng Mayon Volcano: HINDI LANG PANGHAHAMAK, PANGAAPI na ang ginagawa ninyo sa tao. Saan man makarating, o pagdebatehan, hindi na tama iyan.

Inamin naman at nagsorry, agad si Mocha sa pagkakamali niya.  Tinanggap niya na nagkamali siya. Wala namang nilabag na batas iyong tao at wala namang naperwisyo sa nagawa niya. Kaya  saang korte man mnakarating, walang legal o moral na basehan para ulit-uliting insultuhin at pagtawanan yung ale.

Lahat ng tao, as in no exceptions, nagkakamali at nagkamali na ng hindi inaasahan na magagawa niya, sa iba’t ibang bagay. Sa iba’t-ibang panahon o kabanata ng ating buhay. WALANG PERPEKTO SA ATIN!  At siguradong sinuman sa inyong ayaw tigilan ang naging pagkakamali ni Mcha ay AYAW ding maranasan ang ginagawa niyo ngayon sa kaniya, kapag kayo naman ang nagkamali. Lalo pa iyong mga high blood sa inyo, baka patayin pa ninyo ang mangaapi sa inyo.

Okay lang na mambatikos. Kahit batikusin o punahin ang bawat sablay, bawat mali walang  masama, walang problema. Prero iba ang pagbatikos sa pangaapi. Kung ganiyan ang takbo ng pagiisp ninyo, tiyakjin lang ninyo na hindi kayo aangal o magwawala kapag kayo naman ang paulit-ulit na iinsultuhin sa hindi tamang magagawa ninyo.

Pangalawa ay ang umiinit at lumalawak na katarantaduhan sa minadaling PAGBILI AT PAGGGAMIT ng Dengvaxia sa mnahigit 800,000 bata kahit na hindi inirekomenda ninuman ang ganoong KARAMiNG babakunahan.

One of my sources of information has just told me that Len Robredo’s camp is intensifying their mind-conditioning efforts, with the message that she wants Bongbong Marcos’ protest to be decided on as soon as possible, since her victory was clean and honest.

(I’ve written about this in two earlier blogs, LENI STARTS RECOUNT MIND-CONDITIONING and DELIkADO TAYO KAY LENI! Please check these out on my wall or in my page forumphilippines.)

Then, Leni, WITHDRAW your counter-protest against Bongbong, and any other pending motion/petition you have filed which must be resolved first and result in further delay of the recount. And PUBLICLY VOW that you will NO LONGER FILE anything else and let the recount begin WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.

Patunayan mo sa AKSIYON ang sinasabi mo, Leni. HINDI SA SALITA. BALE-WALA ang daldlal  mo sa nakararami sa taumbayan. Gusto mong matapos agad pero HINDI KA NA NAUBUSAN ng motion/petition.

If you really won clean, Leni, then there should be NO PROBLEM for you to let the recount start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. As well as to let it proceed WITHOUT UNNECESSARY DELAY. Otherwise, SPARE US OF YOUR BASELESS, BRAINLESS NOISE POLLUTION.

At TIYAKIN mong hindi ka na AANGAL kung lalong PAGDUDUDAHAN ng nakararami na walang naging dayaan para manalo ka.30

REGARDLESS of his version of the events, Noynoy Aquino SHOULD STILL BE JAILED for the massacre of SAF 44 at Mamasapano three years ago.

The fact REMAINS that had Noynoy Aquino SENT REINFORCEMENTS to the SAF 44 during the encounter, they would not have been wiped out   And ONLY NOYNOY HAD THE POWER during those hours, as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, to order rescue operations for the SAF 44.  NOBODY else among the top police and military officials who were monitoring the unfolding massacre with him

The SAF 44 had been calling for reinforcements and artillery support shortly after THE ENCOUNTER BEGAN on the morning of Jan.25, 2015. And Noynoy WAS INFORMED ABOUT IT. The issue at that moment was already THE LIVBS OF SAF 44. And not the alleged disobedience of former SAF commander Getulio Napenas of Noynoy’s orders. But still, NO REINFORCEMENTS WERE SENT.

A lot of reasons were given by Noynoy, and his people, for not sending rescue teams to SAF 44.  Among them were the supposed difficulties in pinpointing the position of the enemy and in entering the battlefield. But think about this, people:

The fighting began in the MORNING, DAYTIME. I’m not a military or police operations official but I will still dare say that the generals monitoring the Mamasapano encounter then with Noynoy WERE MORE THAN CAPABLE to come up with SOLUTIONS ON THE SPOT to whatever the problem (s) were.  Especially since it was DAYTIME, and everything WAS VISIBLE.

The SAF 44 all died NOT because of the lapses or insubordination which were allegedly committed by Napenas, as Noynoy claims. They were annihilated because AVAILABLE REINFIORCEMENT AND SUPPORT WERE NOT SENT TO THEM, by Noynoy. 30

Marami pa ring hindi nasasagot, o nalilinawan ng HUSTO, na mga katanungan tungkol sa tunay na nangyari. Tulad nang bakit WALANG DUMATING NA REINFORCEMENTS para sa SAF 44 bago sila napatay lahat. Kahit na umaga pa lamang ay rumadyo na sila ng saklolo. At bakit HINDI RIN NAGPALIPAD ng anumang eroplano o helicopter na pangdigma ang mga kinauukulan para saklolohan ang SAF 44 kahit na maliwanag pa naman nang nasa kainitan na ang labanan.

Higit sa lahat, bakit inabot ng humigit-kumulang ng isang linggo si Noynoy Aquino bago Siya nagsalita tungkol sa massacre. Para sa akin, iisa lang ang paraaan para matahimik na ng lubusan ang SAF 44: LUMANTAD AT MAGSALITA na ang mga may nalalaman pang KATOTOHANAN na hindi pa nabubulgar hanggang ngayon.

Tandaan ninyo, HINDI NA SI NOYNOY ang presidente. HINDI NA RIN si Alan Purisima ang PNP chief. At iba na rin ang Armed Forces chief of staff. Hindi na ninyo dapagt katakutan ang mga ito, o siinuman sa mga tao nlla, kung magsasabi na klayo ng katotohanan.       

Kung pagtatagalin pa ninyo bago kayo magsalita, tatlo lamang ang maaaring mangyari sa inyo: IPAPATAY KAYO bago ninyo magawa iyon, HINDI KAYO PATATAHIMIKIN NG INYONG KONSIYENSIYA o reputasyon ninyo ang masisira pagdating ng araw dahil hindi kayo kumibo agad.

Isipin sana ninyo na sa pagkakapatay ng SAF 44 kay Marwan, pati mga mahal ninyo sa buhay ay NALIGTAS mula sa mga bombing ginagawa ng demonyong teroristang iyon. The least you can do is help give them justice. 30

And we expect the same result as that came out after the elections.”  

GANITONG GANITO ang nangyari noong 2016 elections.

Even though Leni NEVER MADE IT to the number one slot since the campaign period started, she SUDDENLY TOPPED the surveys just a week or two before Election Day. WITHOUT ANY DECLARATION OF support by any big group or sect, like the Iglesia ni Cristo who publicly announced Bongbong was their candidate.  Not only was she number one, Leni was already announcing she will win. The rest is history.

Now, the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE by Smartmatic on the transparency server script has still NOT BEEN SHOWN by the Comelec to the public for scrutiny by private sector experts, MORE THAN A YEAR after it was done. Keep in mind, guys, after that change Bongbong’s almost one-million vote lead over Leni VANISHED OVERNIGHT, or in just a few hours. Comelec has ALSO NOT REVEALED the contents of SD cards which they had first declared as UNUSED during the elections, MONTHS after these were discovered.

Marami pa. Tapos ngayon, heto na si Leni at SINISIGURADO na ang panalo niya sa protesta ni Bongbong.

STAY ALERT, people. Bongbong Marcos and his camp had better prepare and plan for every possible scenario and forms of cheating, especially the kind which they don’t think anybody would have the nerve to do so.

Now that ballots covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo are on the way to the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) for the recount, PET Chair and Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno should IMMEDIATELY REPLACE Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa as the case’s lead justice. In the interest of TOTALLY FAIR PLAY.

If Sereno won’t replace Caguioa, she had better have a SOLIDLY JUSTIFIABLE reason. Whatever that may be, she SHOULD be the one to INHIBIT from hearting the protest.

Remember people, Caguioa is NOT JUST AN APPOINTEE BUT A CLASSMATE of Noynoy Aquino. As lead justice, Caguioa recommends actions on Bongbong’s protest. And to date, a lot of requirements which have been imposed on Bongbong have been NEAR TO IMPOSSIBLE as against the UN DENIABLE LENIENCY Leni has been getting.

Like Leni getting FREE COPIES of initial results of the ballot decryption which Bongbong had SOLELY PAID FOR, and not even being asked to share even a centavo in the expenses; ALLOWING Leni’s NON-PAYMENT of the balance of her counter protest INDEFINITELY, even though Boingbong has paid his protest fee in FULL AND ON TIME, and giving Bongbong just two or three days to pay the down payment of his protest fee, with GOOD FRIDAY AS THE DEADLINE!  

Sereno was NEVER REPORTED AS HAVING ACTED ON or INITIATING ANY MOVE to compel Caguioa to explain his seemingly BIASED actions. . So being a Noynoy Aquino appointee herself, Sereno had better sack Caguioa as protest lead justice to prove her FAIRNESS. Otherwise, she had better ne sure to SHUT UP if she gets openly accused of being in cahioots with Caguioa.  30

Leni Robredo’s camp has started a mind-conditioning scheme for the recount of votes covered by the protest of Bongbong Marcos against her.

Leni’s lawyer. Maria Bernadette Sardillo, said in an inquirer.net  story (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/963082/robredo-camps-says-bongbong-marcos-case-rests-on-3-provinces) that the Supreme Court had upheld the integrity of the automated election system (AES) in the 2016 polls and that in Camarines Sur alone, official results showed that Robredo got 664,190 votes (85 percent) as against  Marcos’ 41,219 (5 percent).

The AES nay have had integrity, yes. But until the RECOUNT STARTS and the ballots and documents covered by the protest are MADE PUBLIC AND THOROUGHLY EXAMINED, IT DOESN’T FOLLOW that all the results were TRUE AND ACCURATE! Results were proclaimed official, yes. But ONLY because Bongbong’s complaints/pleas for action against signs of cheating were IGNORED by the Comelec, until the congressional canvassing of votes proclaimed Leni as the winning vice-president.

An example of these signs of cheating were the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE made by Smartmatic on the script of the transparency server, (after which Bongbong’s almost one-million vote lead over Leni was wiped out overnight), Another is Smartmatic’s admission that it had used another server which the Comelec did not know about.

EXPECT CONTINUOUS mind-conditioning press releases like this from Leni’s camp from now on, ladies and gentlemen. Just keep in mind the SIGNS OF CHEATING against Bongbong that the Comelec never acted on so you won’t be DECEIVED.  30

Whether or not anyone admits it, there is NO BASIS WHATSOEVER to condemn Mocha Uson’s alumni award from the University of Sto. Tomas and helplessly tear her reputation to pieces.

And before I start, for the record, I AM NOT a fan of Mocha. I’m even BLOCKED FROM POSTING in her blog. Neither am I an employee of Malacanang or any government agency. But in the interest of fair play:

The UST Alumni Association is INDEPENDENT of all of you! Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but NO ONE among you is a boss of the group. Unless you critics can show any documentary proof or basis that the Association needs the approval of anyone of you for any action it will take, WALA KAYONG PAKIALAM sa kanila. You can criticize, of course. 

Pero para kondenahin ninyo si Mocha na parang kriminal o basura,  lalo pa  para magdemand kayo na bawiin ang award n Mocha, ay ABUSO TO THE MAX NA!  LALABAN AKO NG PUSTAHAN kahit kainno sa inyo na kapag kayo o ang asosasyon na kinaaaniban ninyo o magbbigay sa inyo ng award  ang kokondenahin ng walang tigil na parang peste sa lipunan tulad ng ginagawa ni Mocha, tiyak na MAGWAWALA KAYO NG MASAHOL PA SA HAYOP!

Strictly speaking, there’s NO LEGAL OR MORAL REASON for anyone of you to make a BIG DEAL out of the award for Mocha.

The award did not break any law, did it? Neither is it against the 10 commandments of God or any doctrine of the Church. Nor did it result in the death of anone of you or of your loved ones, loss of property or jobs or livelihood opportunities.  Did Mocha’s award DEHUMANIZE any of you downgrade your reputation in society?

I repeat, anyone is free to criticize Mocha’s award. But criticisms should also be bound by REASON, FAIR PLAY and CIVILITY.  30
