Masyado nang WINAWALANGHIYA si Bongbong

says the Supreme Court (SC), sitting as the
Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), has denied Bongbong Marcos’ request for original
copies of decrypted ballot images and other documents which he had SOLELY PAID
FOR (emphasis mine) in relation to his protest against Leni Robredo.
The same documents of which soft copies were
readily given by the PET, through justice-in-charge and Noynoy Aquino appointee
Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa, to Leni Robredo FOR FREE! Despite the fact that Leni
had first OPPOSED the decryption. While PET is composed of the 15 Supreme Court
justices, it is Caguioa who recommends the actions to be taken on Bongbong’s
protest. And except for saying that the PET would keep the original
copies of the documents for the duration of the recount, NO JUSTIFICATION was
given for denying the same to Bongbong.

Last week, Bongbong pointed out the
following: Caguioa requiring him to pay the P36 million downpayment for his protest
fee during the Holy Week break last year, ordering him to produce 8,000
witnesses within a non-extendible period of only five days, and deferring his
motion for technical evaluation of the Election Day Computerized Voters’ List
(EDCVL) without offering any explanation. Now, this.

ReplyDeleteBBM was noty defeated he was scammed by Robredo...Hid votes are for real...Iglesia ni Cristo said they all voted for BBM,100%, El Shaddai...maybe 90%,..OFW...many of them, family clans, friends and many recipients..of their scholrship programs...and north to south BBM, is top...since the beginning of campaigns...
