PET CONFIRMS 2016 POLL CHEATING IN CAMSUR!

The PET revision area

The Supreme Court (SC), sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), CONFIRMED (emphasis mine) findings by the PET Ad Hoc Committee that wet ballots were discovered and election returns and ballot boxes were violated in Camarines Sur (CamSur) and in Negros Oriental.

The wet ballots were from clustered precinct 2 in Barangay Ayugan, Ocampo under revision table 40; clustered precinct 28 in Barangay Igbac, under revision table 12,  clustered precinct 54 in Barangay San Isidro under revision table 6; and clustered precinct t 58 in Barangay San Ramon, all in Buhi under revision table 9.

The wet ballots were all revised last Feb. 8 with the use of decrypted ballot images.

In Negros Oriental, the certified true copy of election returns (ERs) from the Commission on Elections in Barangay Tubtubon, Sibulan, was unreadable. There were no ERs inside the ballot box from clustered precinct 42 in Barangay Sagbang, Valencia, under revision table 2. The head revisor requested for the ERs, but none were given.

Except in the Manila Times website, I have not seen this story in other news websites of national or mainstream media. My comments and observations will be in a follow-up blog later this afternoon.
