NAMFREL AS MIND-CONDITIONING TOOL!

Hey, guys, it looks like the National Citizen’s Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel) is now into MIND-CONDITIONING.  I wonder for whom.

In a story in https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1119459/untransmitted-ers-can-still-alter-senate-race-rankings-namfrel,  Namfrel warned that the remaining untransmitted election returns to the Comelec could still alter the  Number 10 to 14  rankings in the senatorial tally.

Why do I say mind-conditioning?

Una, HINDI NA ANG NAMFREL ang official citizens’ arm ng Comelec. LENTE NA! Kaya WALA NANG KARAPATAN ang Namfrel na magkomento ng anuman tungkol sa nakaraang eleksiyon. Dapat, LENTE NA!

Second: Namfrel said the untransmitted ERs account for 1,930 local election returns.  How can Namfrel tell this? Again, they’re no longer the Comelec citizens’ arm. And even if, assuming, that the figure is correct, are they authorized to release that information? ETIQUETTE AND COURTESY DEMANDS that they should have left it in Lente’s disdcretion.

Third: Namfrel said:  “ASSUMING (emphasis mine) a 75 percent turnout of voters in the May 13 elections, this means 1,043,721 votes which should still be coming in. This number is large enough to reorder the positions in the senatorial race, and most importantly, define without doubt the No. 12 or the last placer. “

Take note, people, ASSUMING. NOT OFFICIAL. NO ACTUAL BASIS. Therefore, HEARSAY (TSISMIS).  Making the warning more SUSPICIOUS is Namfrel TRIED TO JUSTIFY their figures based on OLD STATISTICS. They said the untransmitted ERs were 9.5% of 76,528 ERs in 2010; 24% of 78,193 ERs in 2013; and 3.5% of 92,506 ERs in 2016.

Isipin ninyo, mga kababayan: MARAMI NANG BOTANTE AT LUGAR ANG NADAGDAG MULA NOONG 2010. At uulitin ko, HINDI MASABI ng Namfrel na OPISYAL AT AWTORISADO ang figures at statistics na nilabas/pinagbasehan nila. Pero NAKISAWSAW pa rin sila at nagbabala ng matindi tungkol sa halalan.

Kaya kung may kokontra pa rin na mind-conditioning na ito, siguruhin lang na may basehan at hindi mura o insulto lang.
