In case you haven’t thought about it, boys
and girls, there is a BIGGER AND HIDDEN EVIL behind the cheating being
uncovered by revisors of Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo from ballots/ballot
boxes from her home province of Camarines Sur.
HOW MUCH IN PUBLIC FUNDS, OR ILL-GOTTEN MONIES,
had been wasted by those behind the fraud? I say public or ill-gotten because
ONLY AN IDIOT or the INSANE would spend his/her OWN CLEAN MONEY on a CRIMINAL
ACT. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. And public funds COME FROM US, FROM OUR
HARD-EARNED TAXES and other payables to the government.
TAYO ANG LUGI, PONDO NATIN ANG GINAMIT SA
KAWALANGHIYAAN, mga kababayan. At 100 PORSIYENTONG MALAKIHAN ITO. Hindi lang libu-libo, o kung ilampung libo ang winaldas
sa dayaang naganap. Walang kriminal na papayag na barya-barya lamang ang
ibabayad sa kaniya.

Among the expenses are the fees/payments for
those who will PERFORM or CARRY OUT the cheating, MATERIALS used like the
chemical-smelling liquid poured on some ballots and operational costs like
transportation. The cheating uncovered so far is ONLY FOR CAMARINES SUR. Bongbong’s protest covers 27 (am I correct)
provinces and cities.
Kung sa mismong balwarte ni Leni ay may NANDAYA
na ng katakot-takot, samantalang dapat ay mas malakas pa siya sa bagyo, HINDI
IMPOSIBLENG ISIPIN na lalo na mga lugar na MAHINA SIYA o halos hindi siya kilala. Sama-sama na nating isipin, mga kababayan:
ILANG DAAN, O LIBONG TAO pa ang ginamit ng mga nandaya sa Camarines Sur o ng
mga kakampi nila sa ibang lugar? ILANG MILYON, O DAANG MILYON o BILYON pa mula

MORAL VICTORY FOR BONGBONG MARCOS!
I wonder if Leni Robredo and her people
realize that the news blackout on the daily happenings in the recount of votes covered
by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against her is ONE BIG MORAL VICTORY for him.
A
MORAL VICTORY that will CONTINUE TO ENDEAR HIM to the people while
STEADILY WIPING OUT WHATEVER CREDIBILITY she thinks is left of her QUESTIONABLE
ASSUMPTION to the vice-presidency. Until the news blackout is LIFTED, and
Bongbong’s protest is resolved.
As I had written in an earlier blog, ONLY THE
CHEATER (S) would benefit from a news blackout. He/she stays clean in the eyes
of the public while enjoying UNLIMITED TIME to rermedy whatever BULLSHIT he/she
has done.
Keep in mind, people, all the pieces of
evidence of cheating uncovered so far in the recount are FAVORABLE ONLY TO LENI.
Physical evidence, like the wet ballots, whose existence have NOT BEEN BELIED
BY REVISION OFFICIALS. Even Leni and her camp have not yet presented a single
proof of their earlier claim that Bongbong and his camp are inventing evidence of
fraud. Most of all, NO SIGN OF CHEATING BY OR FOR BONGBONG has been discovered
so far in the recount.
So the people will always have all the
reasons to assume/think that Bongbong had indeed been cheated. Whether she likes it or not, Leni will be
subjected to the public’s wrath and doubt on her legitimacy as vice-president
INDEFINITELY. Until the public gets DAILY OFFICIAL UPDATES of the recount and
sees for themselves the whole picture of what’s really happening.
If Leni and her camp know what’s
good for her, there’s no reason for them not to go for full PUBLIC DISCLOSURE
of what goes on daily in the recount. 30

ONLY THE CHEATER (S) is winning, and will
continue to gain, in the news blackout. NOT THE PEOPLE.
Patuloy na MAPAGTATAKPAN sa news blackout ang
LAHAT NG PANDARAYANG GINAWA noong 2016 vice-presidential election. Dahil dito, DOBLE
BENEPISYO ang mga MANDARAYA. HINDI NA SILA MABIBISTO at patuloy na MALOLOKO ang
sambayanan na malinis sila, may pagkakataon pa silang maremedyuhan ang
KAWALANGHIYAANG GINAWA NLA ng hindi malalaman ng publiko.
The people have ALL THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT’S

our monies are being SPENT LEGALLY, AND JUDICIOUSLY.

the people find out at once what he or she had done. If there’s NOTHING TO
HIDE, then nothing should be withheld. Especially since THERE IS NO THREAT TO

having violated the gag order by the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) in
her comment to the body. The eight included two media personalities.
But here’s the catch…The gag order is only
for Bongbong Marcos’ and Leni’s camps and their representatives. Most of all,
UP TO NOW, Len has NOT PROVEN IN ANY MANNER that the fraud ARE LIES.
I am a former media man. Media personalities
REPRESENT THEIR MEDIA COMPANIES, not anyone else. And Leni DID NOT PRODUCE
PROOF that the media guys she wants to include in the gag order are connected
in any way with Bongbong’ camp. Another
personality included by Leni, lawyer and election expert Glenn Chong, has a
detailed denial/explanation on his Facebook post.

the 25 percent threshold in ballot shading should be used in the
revision/recount of votes covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest and not the 50
percent set by the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET).
So let’s be VERY, VERY CLEAR:
For sure, the 50 percent threshold was
RELAYED TO BOTH LENI’S AND BONGBONG’S camps in the briefing (s) on the rules of
the revision before the process started. It would not just be RIDICULOUS BUT
INSANE to even think that the PET didn’t do this. A former media colleague of
mine covering the recount confirmed this to me. Further proof is NEVER was it
reported that Leni objected to the 50 percent.
PUMAYAG KA, Leni. Tapos ngayon, NON-STOP ANG
DALDAL MO. Ang PET pa ang gusto mong palabasing mali at may kasalanan kung
bakit nababawasan sa tingin mo ang mga boto mo. Sagaran naman nang KAGULANGAN
AT KAKAPALAN ng mukha iyan.
At kahit ipagpalagay nang sumulat ang Comelec
sa PET na 25 percent ang gtinamit noong eleksiyon matapos umanong humingi ng
advice ang PET. HINDI OBLIGADO ang PET
na sundin iyon. Lalo pa’t 2010 pa lamang ay nasa rules na ng PET na 50 percent
ang dapat na threshold. PET ang may hawak ng
protesta kaya NATURAL, RULES ng PET ang masusunod. HINDI ng Comelec.
Wala naman kayong maipakitang batas na nagsasabing Comelec ang dapat masunod.
Simple COMMON SENSE is enough for even a high
school kid to understand all these. And you have not lost your common sense,
have you Leni? So, SHUT UP and show some

Ayon sa mga revisors, nang magsimulang buksan
ang mga ballot boxes mula sa Canaman, biglang bumaha ng basang balota. Sa 16
ballot boxes, 11 ang basa ang mga lamang balota at election documents. Dagdag
pa ng mga revisors, nangangamoy ng kemikal ang mga laman ng ballot boxes.
“May mga balotang hiniwalay at ipinasok sa
loob ng plastic bag kaya hindi nasira habang yung nasa labas ng plastic bag ang
nasira dahil nakababad sa pinaghihinalaang kemikal. It would be interesting na
malaman natin kung kaninong mga balota ang nasa loob ng plastic bag at kaninong
balota naman ang ibinabad sa pinaghihinalaang kemikal,” ayon sa isang revisor.
Ang mga balota ay dapat bumagsak lahat sa
ballot box mula ng ito ay ipinasok o isinubo ng botante sa makina na nakakabit
sa bandang itaas. Hindi ito dapat pinakialaman, pinaghihiwalay, inayos o
ipinasok sa plastic bag.
Heto ang mas matindi, mga kababayan: Ang Canaman
ay mayroong 36 clustered precincts. Dapat ay 36 ballot boxes lahat ang kinuha
mula rito. Pero 16 ballot boxes lamang ang natanggap ng PET. Hindi pa alam kung
nasaan ang natitirang 20 ballot boxes.
Sa bayan ng Gainza, ang mga resibo ng botante
na nakita sa loob ng mga ballot boxes ay hindi tugma sa mga balota ng mga
nasabing presinto. Ibig sabihin, nagkaroon ng mix up ang mga voter receipts at
mga ballot boxes.Hindi ito dapat nangyari dahil ang mga ballot boxes at ang
kaakibat nitong mga voter receipts ay hinawakan ng iba’t-ibang boards of
election inspectors at malayo ang mga ito sa isa’t-isa. Maliban na lamang kung
ang mga ballot boxes ay binuksang muli matapos ang halalan. Ito lamang ang maaaring
dahilan ng mix up.
HUWAG ninyong kalilimutan, mgakababayan,
nanuna nang nadiskubre ang mga ebidesiyang ito ng dayaann mula sa iba pang
bayan ng Camarines Sur: Mga basa ring balota, pre-shaded na sobrang balota para
kay Robredo, boto ni Robredo na mas marami pa kesa aktwal na bilang ng mga
bumoto, mga dahon sa loob ng ballot boxes, nawawalang voter’s receipts,mga
balotang may paso ng sigarilyo at iba pa.
At NASISIKMURA PANG SABIHIN NINA Robredo at
ng kaniyang abogado na si Romulo Macalintal na malinis angh naging panalo ni Leni.

Responding to a PET order to explain why she
should not be cited for contempt for violating the gag order on the protest

They had to respond to stories in media quoting
“(an) insider from the tribunal” regarding the status and other sensitive
information on the recount.
“Thus, any statements made were in defense of
the rights, honor and integrity of the Vice President and the entire recount
proceeding.”
Kaya bago may MALOKO si Robredo at ang kampo
niya, LIWANAGIN NATING MABUTI:
The stories which have been released in
mainstream media so far are various PROOFS OF CHEATING in Leni’s HOMEPROVINCE
AND POLITICAL STRONGHOLD of Camarines Sur. These proofs ARE NOT, AND WILL NEVER
BE A THREAT SECURITY to warrant their being hidden from the public. Let’s not
forget, ONLY ONE POSITION is at stake in the protest. NOT THE ENTIRE OR A LOT
OF GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACY. So the proofs of cheating are sensitive ONLY TO THE
BRAINS AND PERPETRATORS of the fraud, who are now trembling in fear of being
identified soon. And their interests are DEFNINTELY FAR LESS OR OF NO IMPORTANCE compared to that of
the people. Not only were millions of votes BASTARDIZED and treated like TRASH.
These victims CONTINUE TO PAY for Leni’s expenses with their hard-earned taxes

The integrity at stake here is that of her

vice-presidential race between her and Bongbong. So it’s NOTHING LESS THAN

WALA din mga REQUIRED DOCUMENTS sa mga ballot box tulad ng voter’s receipts at

NAPULBOS.

BIGLANG NASIRA NG SABAY-SABAY ang 16 na BRAND NEW na aircon units kaya tigil
ang recount.
Circuit breaker daw ang dahilan. ISANG
CIRCUIT BREAKER LAMANG sa 16 na aircon units. Marami nang nagkomento sa akin na
KATARANTADUHAN DAW ang ganitong sistema. At ipagpalagay na raw na circuit
breaker daw talaga ang problema. Wala naman dapat gawin kundi IRE-SET LAMANG
ITO.

reported that the revision/recount of ballots for the electoral protest of Bongbong”
Marcos Jr. against Leni Robredo was suspended after all the 16 BRAND NEW air
conditioning units at the revision area at the Supreme Court (SC) gymnasium broke
down.
A court employee said a problem in the
circuit breaker triggered the breakdown at 1 p.m. Why do I find this SUSPICIOUS?
ONLY THE REVISION AREA AIRCONS were affected.
NOWHERE ELSE in the SC. A longtime
reader and FB friend of mine said all that has to be done is to reset the
circuit breaker and it’s a go again. Which made me think that if that’s the
case, then why must the recount be suspended?
A possible reason is that all the 16 aircons
are connected to only one circuit breaker. But another reader of mine said the
ideal setup is one aircon, one circuit breaker “para madaling madetermine kung
ano ang problema kapag nagkaroon.”
If all the 16 aircons are connected to only
one circuit breaker with an amperage which is lower than the requirement of all
of the units, there would be a breakdown. But whoever installed the aircons
should have ENSURED THAT THE AMPERAGE OF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER IS ENOUGH!
To top all these, guys: NO DETAILS OF THE
SUPPPOSED PROBLEM were cited in the story. And NO DATE WAS MENTIONED on when
will the recount resume, if it did not resume for the rest of the afternoon.

process starts.” Even a high school student will understand this.

Tribunal) insider said tension rose Tuesday when revisors from both the camps
of former Senator Bongbong Marcos and Leni Robredo clashed over the move of the
latter to claim excess ballots shaded for Robredo despite the fact that her
votes had exceeded the number of votes cast.
“Nung binuksan 2 boxes ng Buhi,
nag-segregate ng votes for the parties (Marcos, Robredo, others, stray), ‘yung
votes pa lang ni Leni sobra na sa number of voters who actually voted in these

are not supposed to reconcile the figures but to find out if the results in the
ER match with the physical count.”
The HRs also reportedly told
the revisors not to include the number of undervotes and overvotes in the
recount for no apparent reason. “This is unacceptable because all the entries
in the ballots and ballot boxes with respect to the VP election protest should
be reported and put on record.”
In a related development,
insiders revealed revisors found ballot boxes from Ocampo, Camarines Sur, wet
and the ballots inside already unreadable. Worse, according to them, the ballot
boxes were reeking possibly of gasoline or another flammable substance. They
claimed unscrupulous individuals may have tried to set some of the ballot boxes
on fire.
“First ballot boxes opened,
ballots are again wet and unreadable. Definitely not water. Smells like
chemical,” another source said when sought for
confirmation. “
“Nung binuksan 2 boxes ng Buhi,
nag-segregate ng votes for the parties (Marcos, Robredo, others, stray), ‘yung
votes pa lang ni Leni sobra na sa number of voters who actually voted in these
precincts. Meaning, either ginamit excess ballots or nag-pre shade ng mga
ballots at fed sa VCM without considering that ‘yung boboto na mga voters sa
presinto ay hndi ganun kadami.”

LENI CAMP IN CLEAR PANIC MODE!
Whether they admit it or not, Leni Robredo’s
camp is in UNDENIABLE PANIC MODE over the manual recount of votes covered by
Bongbong Marcos’ protest against her.
In a story in https://www.philstar.com/headlines/2018/04/18/1807004/robredo-camp-slams-marcos-attempt-influence-recount,
Leni’s lawyers Romy Macalintal and Maria Bernadette Sardillo have filed a
second manifestation of grave concern before the Supreme Court, sitting as the
PET, over alleged attempts of Bongbong ‘s lawyer Joan Padilla to influence the
recount. Macalintal said: “Instead of merely observing the proceedings on April
13, Padilla went around the revision area, aggressively telling the PET head
(revisers) to implement the 50-percent threshold percentage.” He added that Padilla also told the head
revisers to post the PET resolution “in every corner or table in the revision
area.”
Take note: Just a manifestation of concern,
NOT A CASE OR COMPLAINT!
First: The recount is UNDER THE SUPERVISION of the PET. I’m not a
lawyer but I will dare say that it will take more than a miracle for an
ordinary lawyer to INFLUENCE the PET on how to carry on with the recount with JUST
HER ACTIONS.
Second: The 50 percent threshold is already a PET decision for implementation.
It is not a ruling by Padilla alone or by Bongbong’s camp. The revisors are the
ones who will implement it so it’s but NATURAL for Padilla to remind them for
the protection of her client Bongbong. I consulted a lawyer before I wrote this
blog. He told me that there’s nothing illegal when a lawyer reminds concerned
parties about something which could help his or her client. The lawyer I
consulted added: “That’s why Macalintal and Sardilllo only filed a
manifestation of concern, and not a case. They know there’s nothing illegal in
what they’re talking about.” Oh, and before I forget, Macalintal did not cite
even one witness to prove their manifestation.
Third: Macalintal and Sardillo’s manifestation is an INSULT TO THE
INTELLECT AND INTEGRITY of the revisors. For sure, the revisors are smart
enough to know that they have to implement the PET’s 50 percent threshold
ruling. They don’t need to be influenced by anybody to do their job. .
When somebody REACTS NEGATIVELY AND SEEKS LEGAL REMEDY to something
which is legal but could ADVERSELY AFFECT his or her interests, it’s nothing
less than PANIC. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. 30
