They had to respond to stories in media quoting “(an) insider from the tribunal” regarding the status and other sensitive information on the recount.

“Thus, any statements made were in defense of the rights, honor and integrity of the Vice President and the entire recount proceeding.”

The stories which have been released in mainstream media so far are various PROOFS OF CHEATING in Leni’s HOMEPROVINCE AND POLITICAL STRONGHOLD of Camarines Sur. These proofs ARE NOT, AND WILL NEVER BE A THREAT SECURITY to warrant their being hidden from the public. Let’s not forget, ONLY ONE POSITION is at stake in the protest. NOT THE ENTIRE OR A LOT OF GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACY. So the proofs of cheating are sensitive ONLY TO THE BRAINS AND PERPETRATORS of the fraud, who are now trembling in fear of being identified soon. And their interests are DEFNINTELY FAR  LESS OR OF NO IMPORTANCE compared to that of the people. Not only were millions of votes BASTARDIZED and treated like TRASH. These victims CONTINUE TO PAY for Leni’s expenses with their hard-earned taxes despite her HIGHLY-QUESTIONABLE assumption to the vice-presidency.

The integrity at stake here is that of her SUPPOSED CLEAN VICTORY in the 2016 election. NOT OF THE RECOUNT PROCEEDING. The recount/revision is ONLY REVIEWING WHAT REALLY HAPPENED in the vice-presidential race between her and Bongbong. So it’s NOTHING LESS THAN STUPIDITY AND/OR AN OUTRIGHT SHAMELESS LIE  in a desperate attempt to win public sumpathy.
