The Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET)
should immediately start a probe of Leni Robredo’s camp.
\In a petition urging the Presidential
Electoral Tribunal ((PET) to follow the 25 percent threshold set by the Comelec
instead of the 50 percent threshold indicated in a 2010 regulation by the
tribunal, Leni’s camp said: "The application of the fifty percent (50%)
threshold percentage has resulted to and will result to a systematic decrease
in the votes received by protestee Robredo" . This is the link to the

How did Leni’s camp know this? They must have
SEEN THE BALLOTS BEFORE the recount. Or they must have been given ADVANCED
KNOWLEDGE. They should be asked to cite their basis. Surely, they didn’t say
SYSTEMATIC LOSS simply because they
felt like it.
The supposedly excess but PRESHADED BALLOTS
in Leni’s favor discovered yesterday has not been denied by the Comelec. Take
not, preshaded ONLY FOR LENI and not for any other candidate.
Leni’s lead lawyer Romulo Macalintal is
insisting on a typhoon as the culprit behind the wet ballots. Even if the
ballot boxes were WATER-PROOF and, WONDER OF WONDERS only the ballots were
drenched AND NOT THE OUTSIDE OF THE BALLOT BOX. And as all of us have been noticing,
Macalintal has been VIGOROUSLY DEFENDINF THE COMELEC. Macalintal is NOT A COMELEC OFFICIAL. Neither is he its
lawyer. But he has been the one explaining all the emerging tell-tale signs of
cheating instead of the poll body. WHY OR FOR WHAT? Offhand, this is a
SHAMELESS conflict of interest.
