Sereno.
Attacking President Digong Duterte for saying
that he would ask the House of Representatives to fast-track her impeachment,
Sereno warned members of the Philippine Bar Association that ‘one-man rule is
here.’
Before anybody gets FOOLED OR MISLED: It is
NOT DIGONG who will decide if Sereno will be kicked out from the Supreme Court
or not. It will be THE SENATE, ACTING AS THE IMPEACHMENT COURT.
The House of Representatives will still vote
on whether or not to file the articles of impeachment against Sereno. Even if
it does, again it is STILL THE SENATE (and the Senate alone) who will decide if
Sereno stays as Chief Justice or not.
Sereno knows all these VERY, VERY WELL. And
let’s not forget, people, there are still ACTIVE Opposition blocs in both the
House and the Senate. So where the fuck is the one-man rule that Sereno is
saying?
Whether she’s lying through her teeth, trying
to gain public sympathy or simply delusional out of fear of being kicked out as
Chief Justice, SHAME ON YOU, SERENO! 30
