A story in mb.com.ph says rtevisors of the
Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) for Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni
Robredo discovered several ballot boxes from Balatan town in Camarines Sur without
voters’ receipts. The PET itself had directed the Comelec to include the voters’
receipts among election documents that must be placed inside ballot boxes. The
revisors, who requested anonymity, said the absence of the voters’ receipts: “could mean that the votes cast by the voters
are not the results transmitted by the vote counting machines” (VCMs). Their
absence is an indication that they were removed or really not included because
the votes there will not tally with the machine count.”

Before anyone forgets: At the start of the recount and revision, PET
revisors found several unused or excess ballots which had been preshaded in
favor of Robredo in ballot boxes from the municipality of Baao. They also found
several ballots that were cut-into-half but were found in the valid ballots
with the Robredo votes. On the first day of the recount, 38 ballot boxes from
Bato town had no audit logs while four ballot boxes were wet.
