Ngayon pa lamang, lumalabas na ang UTAK-DIKTADOR ni Leni Robredo!

Leni was quoted as saying in Filipno to her supporters: “Our wish is to have all the votes counted rightly—and that is what we are fighting for today.”  She had just filed her motion for reconsideration of the Presidential Electoral Tribunal’s (PET) denial of her motion for using the 25 percent threshold shading of ballots in the recount instead of the 50 percent which had been ruled by the PET.

WALA KANG KARAPATANG MAGSABI, Leni, kung tama o mali ang nagiging pagbilang ng mga botong sakop ng protyesta ni Bongbong Marcos laban sa iyo. Lalo WALA KANG KARAPATANG MAGDIKTA kung ano ang dapat gawin ng PET.  Tanging ang PET LAMANG ang masusunod sa kung paano patatakbuhin ang recount. HINDI IKAW, AT ALAM MO IYAN!

Lalo pa at WALA KA NAMANG MAIPAKITANG BASEHAN kung bakit yung 25 percent threshold pa rin ng Comelec ang dapat sundin ng PET. APAT NA BUWAN NANG HAWAK ng PET ang protesta ni Bongobng bago inilabas iyon ng Comelec. Ibig sabihin, APAT NA BUWAN nang PET LAMANG ang may jurisdiction sa protesta ni Bongbong. Tapos ngayon, PINAGPIPILITAN mong iyong sa Comelec pa rin ang dapat masunod.

HINDI mo rin naman mapatunayan, Leni, na nagkamali ang PET sa DETALYADONG DESISYON nila sa pagbasura ng mosyon mo para sa 25 percent threshold.

For those who missed it, here again are excerpts from the PET decision: "Protestee's (Leni) claim that the Commission on Elections (Comelec) as purportedly confirmed by the Random Manual Audit Guidelines and Report applies the 25% threshold percentage in determining a valid vote is INACCURATE (emphasis mine)."The Court is not aware of any Comelec Resolution that states the applicability of a 25% threshold; and the Tribunal cannot treat the Random Manual Audit Guidelines and Report as proof of the threshold used by the Comelec.” The PET cited Comelec Resolution No. 8804, as amended by Comelec Resolution No. 9164, which it said does not mention the 25 percent threshold sought by Robredo.

"Prior to the amendment in Resolution No. 9164, Rule 15, Section 6 of Resolution No. 8804 states that any shading less than 50% shall not be considered a valid vote,"  which is consistent with PET rules. While the 2010 PET rules specify the 50-percent threshold, the 2018 Revisor's Guide "did not impose a new threshold."
