Sa mga organizer ng anti-Marcos burial rally kahapon: Paki-labas nga ang ebidensiya ng sinasabi ninyo na hapon pa lamang ay 20,000 na ang mga sumali sa inyo.  At umabot  [a ika ninyo ng 30,000 hangganmg 50,000 nang gumabi. Patingin nga ng proof, please. Specially, AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH o kuha mula sa mataas na posisyon na kita ang tunay na kapal ng mga sumali sa inyo sa People Power Monument.

KAHIT ISANG AERIAL PHOTO na nagpapakita ng mala-20 o 30,000 na kapal ng taong sumali AY WALANG  NAKAPOLST sa anumang national media website hanggang sa sinimulan kong isulat ito. PURO FRONTAL O CROWD SHOTS lamang ng mga NAGKUMPOL-KUMPOL na mga tao, na saam mang anggulo tiingnan ay WALANG 20 O 30,000 ang dami.  

At ayon sa mga report ng media, nilagay ng mga pulis na nakabantay ang dami ninyo sa 3,000 LAMANG, o WALO HANGGANG 10 DOBLE ng sinasabi ninyo. Parang noong unang rally ninyo sa Luneta. DIOKNO MORE HONORABLE THAN ROBREDO!

Any way you look at it, resigned National Historical Commission of the Philippines head Maria Diokno is MORE HONORABLE than Leni Robredo.

Diokno was no longer happy with the Duterte Government so she quit, and only then started revealing her discontent and hitting the Administration. Until she left her post over the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani,, hardly anybody knew her and she didn’t attack the President Duterte or the government in any way or on any issue. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Robredo, on the other hand, keeps on denouncing the Marcos burial in every venue and national media firm that she can. Not only the burial but almost every move Digong or any government agency makes. She immediately has a reaction, more often than not a hit, on almost everything that’s happening. But SHE WOULD NOT RESIGN form her posts,

Yes, posts. Remember, apart from being the questionable vice-president, she also heads the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC).

AYAW BUMITIW ni Robredo. PATULOY NA TUMATANGGAP NG MGA SUWELDO AT MGA BENEPISYO, pero WALA ring tigil sa KABABANAT doon sa NAGPAPASWELDO sa kaniya.

Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) president Soc Villegas had better GET OUT of the priesthood. IMMEDIATELY! With his declaration of support and blessing for today’s protest rallies against the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos (FM)( at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB), he has CEASED to be a man of the CHURCH, a servant of the Flock. Short of having been elected, he’s now a POLITICIAN.

Instead of advocating unity and forgiveness as a man of his position would normally call for, Villegas is working for CONTINUED DISCORD and wanton DISREGARD of both the LAW and the separation of powers of the Church and State. n a story in abs-cbnnews.com, Villegas justified his endorsement of the protest actions by saying: "Kung sa inyong paninindigan, ang makisali sa mga rally ay kinakailangan at sa tingin ninyo ay bahagi ng ating tungkuling Kristiyano, kayo ay malugod kong hinihimok na dumalo dala ang aking basbas."

BATAS ang usapin sa naging libing ni FM, HINDI KRISTIYANISMO!  BATAS NG TAO ang masusunod sa libing, HINDI BATAS NG SIMBAHAN! Alam, mo iyan, Mr. Villegas. At hanggang ngayon, ikaw o sinumang antI-FM ay WALANG MAIPAKITA O MAPATUNAYAN na batas ng tao na nalabag ng paglilibing. May mga apela, tutoo, pero KORTE SUPREMA LAMANG ang may karapatan at kapangyarihan na MAGDESISYON NG PINAL. Hindi ikaw o ang Simbahang Katoliko.

At kung tungkuling Kristiyano ang sasabihin mo, Mr. Villegas, hindi lang tungkulin kundi OBLIGASYON NG LAHAT NG KRISTIYANO NA MAGPATAWAD,  SUNDIN ANG BATAS at tumulong MAPA;LAGANAP AT MAPANATILI  ANG PAGKAKAISA. At hindi iyong makisali at panatilihin ang HINDI PAGKJAKASUNDO-SUNDO!

Only an IDIOT would say, or should I say SPREAD THE WORD that the improvised bomb found near the U.S Embassy was planted by the government as part of a plot to declare Martial Law. Whoever is the one INSISTING on this is the person who must be IMMEDIATELY INVESTIGATED for trying to destabilize the government.

President Duterte is enjoying a ‘very good’ net satisfaction rating in the latest survey of the Social Weather Stations (SWS). rating one of the highest trust and popularity ratings ever in political history.

Conducted from Sept. 24 to 27, the survey showed that the Duterte administration garnered a +66 net satisfaction rating, with 75 percent of the respondents saying they were satisfied and only eight percent dissatisfied with the government. A total of 17 percent were undecided. And TAKE NOTE, Duterte critics: Digong posted a +78 net rating, on the issue which ALL OF YOU have been complaining about – the illegal drugs war, with 85 percent satisfied, seven percent dissatisfied, and seven percent undecided. THE SHAMELESS TRUTH IN THE DE LIMA SAGA!

In case you have not noticed it, people, the TRAGIC and DESPICABLE TRUTH in the raging Leila de Lima saga is the MORAL AND LEGAL HYPOCRISY which is being SHAMEL;ESSLY shown by those who are supposed to fight it  in the first place.

De Lima admitted her ADULTEROUS AFFAIR with Ronnie Dayan. Adultery is AGIANST THE LAW OF GOD and the law of Man. But to date, Church leaders and women’s groups HAVE NOT UTTERED even a word of condemnation against her. NOBODY has even reprimanded her.  As if there was nothing wrong with what De Lima did, so no need to say or do anything. A friend told me that he also heard Dayan reveal during the hearing that he once impregnated De Lima but she took abortion-inducing pill.s And if what a friend had told me is correct, Catholic Church priests have instead asked for prayers and forgiveness for De Lima.

Dayan’s daughter proved in the Senate hearing that De Lima LIED in her earlier claims that he was hiding out of fear for his life. The daughter showed text messages from De Lima asking her to tell Dayan NOT TO ATTEND the House of Representatives probe and instead go into hiding. Still, no nothing from supposed moralists. Even the Senate has not asked her to at least explain.

But if the subject is the Marcoses or other known or perceived critics and foes of Noynoy Aquino and his family priests, nuns and other moralists, women’s rights champions and lawyers immediately come out with statements of condemnations and insults, WITH OR WITHOUT ENOUGH LEGA;L BASIS, or whether or not the issue has been PROVEN OR NOT.

If this is still not moral and legal hypocrisy, whoever who will disagree had better be sure to have details and to stick to the issue. If you’ll just insult or curse me, I won’tfight back but will immediately delete your comment and block you. 30

Siguraduhin ninyo na HINDI KAYO IIWAN ng mga lider or recruiter ninyo kung sakaling magkakagulo Tiyaki ninyo sa kanila na kun g sakali, kasama nila kayog makikipagtulakan o sapakan sa mga pulis pag nagkataon,. At HINDI SILA MAGLALAHO NA PARANG BULA at bahala na kayo sa buhay ninyo.

Siguruhin rin ninyo na ipagagamot kayo, o bibigyan kayo ng pambayad sa doctor o sa ospital, kapag masasaktan o masusugatan kayo. Kung maaaresto naman kayo ay tiyakin ninyo sa kanila na sila ang magbabayad ng piyansa ninyo at iba pang gastusin. At hindi iyong mga nanat at tatay ninyo ang mapeperhwisyo at magagastusan, sa pagsunon ninyo sa kanila. At kapag sumigaw o inutusan kayo ng mga lider ninyo ng sugod, sabihin ninyong mauna sila at susnod kayo. Para siguradong hindi kayo iiwan sa ere at ligtas sila, habang nasasaktan na kayo sa gulo.

Critics of former President Ferdinand Marcos (FM) must be going crazy.  Not only have they not stopped complaining about FM’s burial at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB), they’re now POISONING THE PUBLIC MIND NON-STOP with REPEATED allegations that it was a prelude to the return of the Marcoses to Malacanang.  

Para sa mga hindi gaanong nakakaunawa, lalo na ang mga kabataan: Si Pangulong Duterte na mismo ang nagsabi na WALANG KAPALIT ang naging llibing ni FM sa LNMB. Sinunod lang niya ang nasa batas. TULUY-TULOY ang magiging pagiimbestiga o anupamang proseso sa mga kasong kinakaharap pa ng mga Marcos kahit na nailibing na si FM. HINDI PA ABSWELTO ang mga Marcos.

Pangalawa, BISE-PRESIDENTE lamang at hindi Presidente  ang posisyong itinakbo ni Bongbong Marcos noong halalan, Kung manalo man si Bongbong sa protesta niya laban kay Leni Robredo, para sa mga kulang sa kaalaman, HINDI SA MALAKANYANG TITIRA ang bise-presidente. MAGKAIBANG USAPIN din, at HINDI IISA, ang libing at ang protesta ni Bongong.

Pangatlo, ANIM NA TAON PA BAGO ang susunod na eleksiyon para sa pagka-presidente. COMMON SENSE na ang mnagsasabi na isang libo\t isang laksa pa angh maaaring mangyari sa loob ng anim na taon. Kaya kung hindi pa kayo NASISRAAN na ng ulo,  paki-paliwanag nga kung bakit hindi rin MALA-KRIMINAL NA PANLOLOKO na ang ginagawa ninyo sa taumbayan, Bakit ba halos MANGINIG NA KAYO SA TAKOT sa mga Marcos na lahat ng maisipian ninyo, kahit maliwanag na kalokohan na, ay ikinakalat ninyo agad?

SUSPEND, ISSUE HDO VS DE LIMA!

With Ronnie Dayan’s claim last night in a press conference at the House of Representatives that he collected protection money from Kerwin Espinosa for Leila de Lima she should, at the very least, be SUSPENDED or placed under similar measures by the Senate to prevent her from INFLUENCING the issue in any manner whatsoever.  Better yet, if possible, a hold-departure order must be issued against her as soon as possible.

Dayan was the LAST HOPE of De Lima for a chance to have her name cleared by somebody else apart from her. But with Dayan’s revelation, De Lima will now be ALONE in facing all the issues against her alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade. In the situation she’s in, she’s surely keeping all options open, including GOING ABROAD.

Making it TOUGH for De Lima was Dayan was CLEARLY not under pressure when he revealed her alleged receipt of protection money from De Lima. As can be seen in video footages, Dayan was calm and casual when he made the claim, which was in response to a question by a reporter, and not by any police official or congressman present.

And since Dayan was presented to media JUST HOURS after his arrest and not days or weeks later, De Lima cannot claim that he was tortured, physically or mentally. There wouldn’t have been time for it. Dayan was arrested before noon in La Union, then brought to the provincial police headquarters, then to the PNP general headquarters in  Camp Crame  and finally to the House of Representatives.

Let’s all keep a very close eye on De Lima, people. Believe me, from hereon anything as in anything can happen, anytime. 30

Umpisa na ng ‘teledrama’ ni Leila de Lima bunga ng pagkakaaresto ni Ronnie Dayan!

In stories in abs-cbnnews.com and gmanews.tv, De Lima said: "Sa pagkakaaresto kay Ronnie Dayan, umaasa ako sa tamang pagtrato sa kanya ng mga kinauukulan. Ganoon na rin ang panawagan ko sa Pangulo (Duterte) para sa iba pang mga tetestigo laban sa akin katulad ni Kerwin Espinosa. "

At bakit hindi naman hindi tatratuhin ng maayos? HUWAG NATING KALIMUTAN, mga kababayan, POSIBLENG TESTIGO siina Dayan at Kerwin. HINDI BOBO sina Pangulong Duterte, PNP chief Bato dela Rosa at iba pang opisyal ng pamahalaan para hindi maisip na hindi tetestigo ang sinuman na hindi nila tatratuhin ng maganda. Kung mayoon mang tatrato ng hindi tama kina Dayan at Kerwin, iyun ay ang mga posibleng ITURO NILA na may kinalaman sa negosyo ng illegal na droga.

Sinabi pa ni De Lima: "Sa pangunguna ni Pangulong Duterte, pilit ding inuungkat ang inamin kong naging relasyon kay Ronnie Dayan upang paniwalain ang publiko na naging bagman ko raw siya."  

Natural na ungkatin dahil unang una, ILEGAL ang naging relasyon. Pangalawa, kaliangang malaman kung gaano kalalim ang naging relasyon para masukat kung hanggang saan o hanggang anong bagay mo pinagkatiwalaan si Dayan,  Ayaw mo palang mahalukay ang naging relasyon ninyo ni Dayan, bakit inamin mo pa?

Dagdag pa ni De Lima: "Ako naman talaga ang habol ninyo. Huwag na ninyo silang pahirapan pa, mga kriminal man sila o hindi. Huwag na rin sana ninyong gawing drama pa ang paninira sa akin. Isampa na lamang ninyo ang mga kaso sa husgado at doon ko na kayo haharapin,"

Sa mga hindi pa nakakabasa, may storya sa gmanews.tv kanina na ayon kay Sen. Manny Pacquao, idinawit na ni Kerwin si De Lima sa illegal na droga. Kaya walang dahilan para pahirapan pa ninuman si Kerwin para ituro lamang si De Lima. Si Dayan naman ay ilang ulit na itiinuro sa naging imbestigasyon sa House of Representatives na siyang kumolekta o tumanggap ng protection money mula sa mga drug lords para kay De Lima. Kaya hindi na siya kalangang pahirapan pa para piliting gawin ang anuman, sa dami ng testigo laban sa kaniya at kay De Lima. At si De Lima ang GINAGAWANG DRAMA ang mga nangyayari sa kaniya, hindi ang sinuman. Siya itong ILANG BESES nang umiyak sa mga naging pagharap niya sa media. Siya itong ilang beses nabalitang nagpunta sa iba-ibang eskwelahan para magsalita sa mga isyu laban sa kaniya. Siya ang nakunan ng litratong nakaluhod at nagdadasal sa loob ng simbahan.  Siya ang minsan ay nabalita na pati sa loob ng simbahan ay nagkuwento ng mga nangyayari sa kaniya. Di ko lang matandaan kung bago o pagkatapos siya ng misa nagsalita.\

ABS-CBN DAYAN STORY MISLEADING!

ABS-CBN’s story on Ronnie Dayan is HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE. ABS-CBN claims Dayan surrendered to police at Barangay San Felipe, San Juan town in La Union late this morning. But other news websites described the event as AN ARREST.

When one uses the term surrender that means the fugitive READILY GAVE UP, WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING, to lawmen who have arrived to get him. He will just yield, with the lawmen not having to do anything either, to place him under arrest. When you say arrest the lawmen had to exert effort or perform an action before they can take the fugitive into custody.

ABS-CBN posted a video to support their story. The first part showed Dayan’s family and siblings talking to a police official who asked them to convince Dayan to give up. The second had people and police arriving at a house, then people running on an open field. The last shot, STILL ON THE FIELD, had Dayan being held and led by a man and a woman, with a man in fatigues beside them. Ahead of them were other policemen and what appeared to be onlookers.

Anyway, I look at it, people on the field were running AFTER DAYAN. The video did not show ANY OTHER PERSON or reason for the people to do so. Therefore, it was an ARREST and not a SURRENDER. If it had been a surrender, the video would have shown Dayan IMMEDIATELY COMING OUT of the house and extending his wrists to the policemen to be handcuffed.  

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. Otherwiise, PAANO NAMAN NAGIING SURRENDER IYONG GINAWA N I DAYAN? 30

LENI STARTS MIND-POISONING DRIVE!

Keep a VERY CLOSE EYE on Leni Robredo, people. She has started an IDIOTIC MIND-POISONING drive that will RUIN THE INTEGIRTY of innocent people this early in her panicky bid to keep the vice-presidency.

A story in inquirer.net said Leni has warned the people against a supposed plot to steal the vice-presidency from her through a recount of votes in four to five provinces starting this month until December WITHOUT THE APPROVAL of the Supreme Court acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (P.E.T). After the recount, deliberations are supposed to follow and she will be ousted by next year. Bongbong Marcos had earlier petitioned the P.E.T. to nullify the elections in Lanao del Sur, Basilan and Maguindanao; and to recount the votes in 22 provinces and five cities Choose one, ladies and gentlemen: Leni Robredo is simply STUPID or a LIAR to the max or both.

For those who are not so familiar: By her OWN WORDS, Leni said the supposed plot will be carried out without the approval of the P.E.T. Therefore, the plot will be ILLEGAL if it happens. So SHE CANNOT BE REPLACED by Bongbong.  She’s a lawyer and she’s supposed to know that.

Kaya kung hindi siya NANLOLOKO, at namamalimos ng AWA ngayon pa lamang sa taumbayan, ano ang matinongh dahilan para patulan at ikjalat niya ang INTRIGANG ito? Kung mayroon man.

STOP FOOLING THE PEOPLE, LENI!

A story in gmanews.tv said according to Leni Robredo, Filipinos were cheated once again with the surprise burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. Her main reason: "Meron tayong prosesong sinunod at hinihintay natin 'yong motion for reconsideration. Hindi pa final and executory ['yung desisyon” STOP FOOLING THE PEOPLE, LENI! What you and the rest of your ‘yellow gang’ want is NOT THE LAW!

In my preceding post, I wrote that no less than Supreme Court (SC) spokesman Atty. Theodore Te SPECIFICALLY stated that there was NO APPERAL AGAINST THE BURIAL until it was carried out at noon yesterday. NONE! Te said neither was there an order by the SC stopping the burial. He added that a motion for a new status quo ante order against the burial had not been acted upon by the SC until it was carried out.

There is, indeed, a 15-day period within which a motion for reconsideration of the SC decision allowing the burial can be filed. But, as a law professor confirmed to me, THERE I S NO LAW either that says the Marcoses cannot proceed with the burial within the 15 days  IF THERE IS NO PENDING MOTION FOIR RECONSIDERATION OR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER.  Until I wrote this piece, NOBODY has belied this argument.

So HOW WAS THE PEOPLE CHEATED, Leni? Cheated of what? Cite the  law, order or process which was violated, please. If you cannot cite anyt, TIGILAN MO NA ANG PANLOLOKO sa taumbayan. STOP SOWNG SEEDS OF CONTINUED DIVISION among the people with your baseless innuendoes and allegations on the burial. Instead of diverting public attention from the TRUTH about the 2016 vice-presidential election,  start FOCUSING ON THE PROTEST against you by Bongbong Marcos.  START PROVING that you did not cheat, or anybody else did so for you, during the elections. Start showing us that the people were not CHEATED OF THEIR TRUE WILL and ROBBED OF THEIR VOTES to make you win.   If you can’t, or you won’t, then SHUT UP

Katatapos ko lang komunsulta sa isang propesor ng batas at isumangayon siya sa aking obserbasyon:  WALANG NALABAG NA BATAS sa naging biglaang libing ni dating Pangulo Ferdinand Marcos (FM) sa Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB). At hindi na kasalanan ng mga Marcoskung MABAGAL KUMILOS ang mga kalaban nla.

First and foremost, Supreme Court spokesman Theodore Te himself said\there was NO STANDING TEMPOIRARY RESTRAINING ORDER stopping the burial until it was carried out at noon today. Second:  While it is correct that there is a 15-day period in which a motion for reconsideration (MR) can be filed, the professor and I noted that until the burial, NOTHING had been reported as having been received at the SC.  If there had been a pending MR, the professor said then the burial would have been illegal.

Iyong apila ng grupo ni Satur Ocampo  sa SC para sa paglalabas ng bagong status quo ante order ay HINDI MR Ang ibninigay nilang dahilan para dito ay para hindi mabale-wala ang BALAK NILANG PAG-FILE NG MR. Balak pa  lang. At hanggang sa libing ni FM kanina, WALANG AKSIYON ang SC dito.

The professor also pointed out that even if the 15-day period is not yet over, any action by the concerned party can proceed unless there is a TRO from the court. The antis should have filed an MR a day or two after the Nov. 8 SC decision allowing FM’s burial at LNMB. But they did not, and had not, until noon today.  And that definitely is NOT the fault of the Marcoses.

A story in inquirer.net says Robredo wants Bongbong Marcos Jr. to move on following the dismissal by the Manila Prosecutor’s Office (MPO) of electoral cases filed against some personnel of Smartmatic and Comelec by his campaign adviser Jonathan dela Cruz. Pero tingnan ninyo, mga kababayan, kujng gaano na KALALA ANG KAYABANGAN, KAHIBANGAN at pagiging SARCASTIC ng kampo ni Leni Robredo.

Robredo’s lawyer, Beng Sardillo, was quoted in the story as saying:  “The dismissal means that they (Bongbong’s camp) failed to establish their case. Mr. Marcos, however, does not want to move on. His camp is now looking to the Department of Justice (DOJ) to rule in his favor. While the right to litigate is accorded to any person, fair play demands that we guard against false or baseless charges. There are times when we just need to accept the facts and the truth no matter how painful it might be.” Sardillo added that no amount of appeal can change things if evidence is lacking to warrant the case to be brought to court.

HINDI PORKE sinabi ng MPO ay IYUN NA ANG KATOTOHANAN AT TAMA. Sa apila ni Dela Cruz sa DOJ, tanging DOJ LAMANG ang may karapatang magsabi kung kulang nga ang naging ebidensiya niya. HINDI SI SARDILLO, o sinuman sa kampo ni Robredo. At kung saanman makarating ang kaso, WALANG KARAPATAN ang sinumang abugado na HUSGAHAN AGAD ang ebidensiya ng kabilang panig, lalo pa kung sasabihin niyang BASELESS o FALSE (kasinungalingan) ito. HUKUMAN o ang AHENSIYANG PAGSASAMPAHAN NG DEMANDA, ang may ganoong karapatan at kapangyarihan.

And Sardillo is the lawyer of Robredo, not of Bongbong. So unless she and hert bosses are DELUSIONAL EGOCENTRICS and are not aware of it, they have no professional or moral right to say that Bongbong’s camp cannot accept the truth. On the contrary,  Bongbong’s camp has accepted the truth of what they perceive as an erroneous resolution by the MPO. That\s why they are MOVING ON to the DOJ to seek remedies.. After all, moving on is NOT WHAT OR HOW Robredo’s camp wants it to be.

Lastly, the Robredo camp’s statements DID NOT cite any rebuttal to the following grounds for appeal  by Dela Cruz:  Under the Cyberbrime Prevention Act, intent or good faith was immaterial and “the mere commission thereof amounts to a breach in the confidentiality, integrity and availability of computer data and systems.” The change in the transparency server script was made without right or authority as admitted by Comelec commissioners, which is punishable under the Cybercrime Law. The MPO said the script change was with “mplied” right under the principle of Protocol of Escalation. But Dela Cruz said the principle did not apply because the matters raised in the script change pertained to incident management and not to change management. 30

DESPERATE ANTI-FM BURIAL TACTIC!

Here is a DESPERATE TACTIC AT NATIONAL MEDIA’S EXPENSE to delay, if not prevent, the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos (FM) at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB) – A MEDIA BLITZ on anything that can CAST DOUBT on the legality or propriety of the event.

A story in philstar.com discussed in full detail a 76-YEAR-OLD conviction of FM for CONTEMPT OF COURT. Not just one, five or 10 but a 76-YEAR-OLD case. The story said the piece was by guys from UP Diliman. In inquirer.net, a story quoted Leni Robredo’s lawyer Romeo Makalintal as saying the burial can’t be implemented yet until the Supreme Court decision allowing it becomes final and executory due to pending motions for reconsideration. But Makalintal DID NOT IDENTIFY who filed the motions for reconsideration.  Read the stories for yourselves, guys.

But apart from all these, let me add, among others, the following: Makalintal is an ELECTION LAWYER. The burial is NOT an election issue. The writers of the philstar.com story are not even sure that contempt of court is a crime of moral turpitude which is a ground to ban FM from being buried at LNMB. The Supreme Court decision clearly stated that there is NO LAW which prohibits FM’s burial at LNMB,

Most of all, BOTH the philstar.com and nquirer.net stories WERE POSTED WITHOUT any comment or reaction from the Marcoses or their lawyers.  Despite the fact that a STANDING RULE in media is BOTH SIDES of the story must come out together. If the other side is not available, efforts by the media company to contact them MUST BE INDICATED IN THE STORY. I’m a former senior editor of a NATIONALLY CIRCULATED group of tabloids. I won’t pass judgment on inquirer.net and philstar.com But as far as I know, that rule HAS NOT BEEN ABOLISHED. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. 30

A story in various news websites says according to police investigators, the inmate who stabbed JB Sebastian last September has pointed to a Philippine Navy man as the mastermind, The attacker, former Navy man Tomas Donina, did not identify the mastermind but claimed in an affidavit that the motive was to prevent Sebastian from testifying against Leila de Lima in House of Representatives probe of the illegal drug trade in the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).

HINDI PROBLEMA ITOI. Walang dapat gawin kundi alamin ang LAHAT ng units sa Navy kung saan na-assigin si Donina bago siya nakasuhan at nakulong. Mula doon, madali nang alamin kung SINU-SINO ang mga naging MALAPIT NA KAIBIGAN  ni Donina. Lalo na iyung mga NAKASAMA niya sa mga delikadong misyon. Higit sa lahat, yung mga PINAGKAKAUTANGAN NIYA NG LOOB dahil sa kung anupamang bagay. Yung mga dating kasamahan niya na HINDI NIYA MATATANGGIHAN, o basta-basta matatanggihan, kapag may hiniging pabor sa kaniya.

After identifying these people, narrow down the list further to those who have been accused, suspected or been reported before as having links to illegal drug lords or traffickers and their known associates. The person Donina is referring to MAY JUST HAVE DONE ON SO ON ORDERS OF ANOTHER GUY. Whatever EVIDENCE, FACTS AND FIGURES will be unearthed will unmask the alleged brains behind JB’s stabbing.

Tandaan natin, mga kababayan: TUKOY AGAD kung taga-saan diumano ang utak. May pagsisimulan agad at hindi yung PAGIISIPAN PA MUNA kung saan sa Pilipinas unang kikilos ang mga mag-iimbestiga. Para mas madali pang makakuha ng pangalan, TINGNAN ang logbook ng mga DUMALAW KAY DONINA bago niya sinaksak si JB at alamin kung sino sa mga ito ang taga Philippine Navy, o dating kasapi nito.

May isang kabataang reader na nagtanong: Paano daw kung halimbawa ay may mapatunayang dayaan sa protesta ni Bongbong Marcos pero walang makikitang ebidensiya na alam, pinayagan o iniutos ito ni Leni Robredo? Kahit hindi ako abugado ay nangahaas akong sumagot ng ganito:

ANUMANG BOTO na nakuha ni Leni na mapapatunayang resulta o galling sa anomalya o pandaraya, ang mga ito ay BABALE-WALAIN at IBABAWAS sa kabuuang total ng mga boto niya.  Anuman ang magaging pinal na resulta ang siyang magiging batayan kung sino ang tunay na nanalo bilang bise-presidente.

HINDI porke hindi alam o pinayagan kuno ni Leni ang  mga maanomalyang boto ay ituturing pa rin itong balido at kasama sa kabbuang bilang ng kaniyang boto. Anumang resulta o galing sa pandaraya ay illegal at bale-wala.  Maging snupamanm ang makikinabang.

Humigit-kumulang sa 20,000 pahina at piraso ng ebidensiya ng pandaraya ang kasama nang isumite ni Bongbong sa Korte Suprema ang kaniyang protesta laban kay Leni. Wala pang nababalitang nakapaghain si  Leni ng ganoong karaming pruweba, o kahit kalahati o 10 porsiyento (2,000) nito laban kay Bongbong. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako. 30

And get this, people De Lima said ikna news story in abs-cbnnews.com that Dayan collecting drug money in her name without her permission is "within the realm of possibilities." Meaning, she cannot be 100 percent sure that Dayan is clean. So the more the possibility that drug lords and their protectors would want Dayan dead.

Kjaya’t ang tanging kaligtasan na lamang ni Dayan ay ang lumabas at sumuko.  WALANG DAHILAN para gustuhin ng gobyerno na patayin siya DAHIL TESTIGO SIYA. Ang PNP na lamang ang maaaring pumrotekta kay Dayan dahil marami at armado rin ang mga tauhan nito.

A story in abs-cbnnews.com says Leila de Lima has admitted to having an affair with her former driver, Ronnie Dayan. Sa PAGAMIN ni De Lima, NILAGLAG NA NIYA si Dayan lalo pa niyang BINAON ang sarili niya.

Mas may BASEHAN na ngayon ang alegasyon ng mga drug lord sa New Bilibid Prison at iba pang tao na si Dayan ang kumokolekta o tumatanggap ng protection money mula sa kanila para kay De Lima. ASSUMING, WITHOUT ADMITTING, na tutoo ang alegasyon, hindi ito magiging imposible dahil nga KA-RELASYON NIYA si De Lima kaya’t natural na siya lamang ang pagtitiwalaan nito ng ganung kaselan na bagay.

Intindihin moa ng sarili mo.

Kay De Lima naman kung nagawa niyang iipitin ang klatotohanan tungkol sa kanila ni Dayan sa nakaraang ilang buwan na pagkakasangkot nito sa iulegal na droga sa Bilibid, lalong WALA na tayong garantiya na wala na siyang inililihm pa tungkol sa naturang kontrobersiya. Huwag tayong makalimot, WALANG nilalabas na ebidensiya hanggang ngayon si De Lima na wala siyang kwestryonableng yaman, at WALA siyang kinoimpronta kahit isa sa mga nagakusa laban sa kaniya. 30

SHUT UP, LENI, AND FACE THE PROTEST!

A personal friend told me that from what she’s been hearing, Leni Robredo keeps on repeating her wish for an UNBIASED Supreme Court (SC) in deciding the electoral protest filed against her by Bongbong Marcos even in private gatherings. Why don’t you SHUT UP, Ms. Robredo, and just FACE THE PROTEST? So that the people can find out once and for all if you really won clean or through cheating? How?

Ask the SC, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (P.E.T), to start hearings on the protest.  Ask the Comelec to AGREE to an IMMEDIATE TECHNICAL AUDIT by private sector experts of the UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION in the transparency server script. DEMAND AN EXPLANATION from the Comelec and Smartmatic on the following:  WHY were the SD cards of more than 100 supposedly UNUSED vote counting machines already loaded with data when they were returned to the company?  Find out yourself why did Smartmatic use secret servers and why did they conceal this even from the Comelec.

There are other issues. But anybody correct me if I’m wrong,  you have not yet presented even a single piece of evidence of any wrongdoing by Bongbong, or of any fraudulent vote for him during the elections. As against the 20,000 pages and pieces of proof of supposed election irregularities to help you win.

If you really won clean as you claim, then doing these things should not be a problem for you. If you don’t want to face the protest, then you have NO MORAL OR LEGAL RIGHT to cast doubt in any way whatsoever oin the integrity of the SC. SHAME ON YOU if you think you do. 30

SUPER KAPAL na ang MUKHA ni Leni Robredo. A story in abs-cbnnews.com said according to Leni Robredo, she hopes the Supreme Court acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (P.E.T) will be "unbiased" in deciding on the electoral protest filed against her by Bongbong Marcos.

Ibig sabihin, KAPAG NATALO SIYA AT NAALIS bilang bise-presidente, BIASED ang Korte Suprema. Kapag nanalo siya, HINDI BIASED. Hindi pa nga nasisimulan ang pagdinig sa protesta, WALA O KULANG NA AGAD ANG TIWALA niya sa P.E.T. LATE  na nga siya sa pagsumite ng sagot niya sa protesta ni Bongbong pero TINANGGAP pa rin ng P.E.T.,tapos TAMANG DUDA pa siya ngayon sa mga ito. Kung dedepensa ang mga maka-Leni na hindi kakapalan ng mukha niya ito, maghanda rin sila ng paliwanag kung bakit kinailangan niyang sabihin iyon.

Nagpahabol pa si Leni na sana, desisyunan yung kaso according to the merits.

SANA NGA. SANA NGA, SA MERITS at wala ng iba. Among others, HUYWAG NATING KALIMUTAN, mga kababayan: Hanggang ngayon, AYAW IPAEKSAMIN ng Comelec ang pagbabago na ginawa ng Smartmatic, ng WALANG PAALAM, sa script ng transparency server. Nagsoli ang Comelec sa Smartmatic ng mga hindi nagamit KUNO na vote counting machine (VCM) noong eleksiyon. Pero natuklasang ang SD cards ng MAHIGIT 100 sa mga VCM ay MAY LAMAN NANG DATA kahit na hindi itio KUNO nagamit. Inamin ng Smartmatic na GUMAMIT sila ng secret servers na HINDI NILA IPINAALAM kahit sa Comelec. At higit sa lahat, WALA pang nababalitang kahit isang pirasong ebidensiya na naipakita si Leni na nandaya si Bongbong. Pero si Bongbong, halos 20,000 pahina at piraso ng ebidensiya na nadaya siya ang naisumite nasa P.E.T.    

Kung may kokontrang hindi kakapalan ng mukha ito ni Robredo, siguruhin lang na may kasamang paliwanag at hindi mura o insulto lamang. Dahil hindi ko kayo papatulan at ide-delete at iba-block ko na lang kayo agad. 30

IT\S FVR WHO SHOULD APOLOGIZE!

A story in philstar.com said according to former president Fidel V. Ramos (FVR), the Marcos family owes the Filipino people an apology for the abuses under martial law and that the 1986 EDSA 1 revolt in 1986 should neither be forgotten nor trivialized.

On the contrary, IT’S RAMOS WHO SHOULD SAY SORRY to the people. It’s HIK, WHO SHOUYLD HAVE APOLOGIZED, IMMEDIATELY, for TWO MAJOR REASONS which only he himself is accountable for.

First: Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but until he JOINED then Defense Minister Juan Ponce Enrile in breaking away from, the Marcos Government during EDSA 1, NEVER was it known that FVR did anything to stop what he now describes as abuses during Martial Law. FVR DID NOT RESIGN as chief of both the Philippine Constabulary (PC) and the Integrated National Police (INP) from the Marcos Government until EDSA 1, despite the abuses he now trumpets.  For those who were not born yet during EDSA 1, the revolt was started ONLY by Enrile and then Col. Gringo Honasan and his Reform the Armed Forces Movement (RAM). They had already announced their breakaway when FVR joined them.

Second: There were a lot of reports of abuses by both policemen and PC soldiers during Martial Law. FVR WAS THEIR IMMEDIATE BOSS. But, again, anybody correct me if I’m wrong, FVR was NEVER REPORTED as having apologized to Martial Law victims or to the Filipino people as a whole. This, despite the fact that FVR was THE ONE IN DIRECT CONTACT with the PC soldiers and policemen and not then President Ferdinand Marcos (FM), whom his critics are SOLELY BLAMING for abuses during Martial Law.

Only the innocent has the MORAL RIGHT to demand an apology from what he says is the abusive leader of an event in which he was also a participant. IF FVR or any of his men did not commit any abuses during Martial Law, then it should not be a problem for him to prove it. 30

A story in thestandard.com.ph quoted Bongbong Marcos’  campaign adviser and former ABAKADA Party-List Congressman Jonathan dela Cruz ’as enumerating the reasons why cases he had filed against personnel of Smartmatic and Comelec should proceed instead of being dismissed by the Office of the City Prosecutor in Manila.

Among others, the Office of the City Prosecutor had reasoned that Dela Cruz had failed to present evidence that the alteration in the script of the transparency server had compromised the integrity of the elections, and that there was also no evidence of an intention on the part of the respondents to compromise the transparency server. .

Dela Cruz countered that under the Cyberbrime Prevention Act, intent or good faith was immaterial and “the mere commission thereof amounts to a breach in the confidentiality, integrity and availability of computer data and systems.” By assuming that no damage had been caused by the alteration, Dela Cruz emphasized the change was made without right or authority as admitted by Comelec commissioners, which is punishable under the Cybercrime Law.

Dela Cruz also rejected the city prosecutor’s ruling that the script change was with “mplied” right under the principle of Protocol of Escalation. He said the Principle did not apply because the matters raised in the script change pertained to incident management and not to change management.

Una: Malinaw na sinabi ng Korte Suprema na WALANG BATAS na nagbabawal na mailibing si FM sa LNMB dahil sa sari-saring akusasyon laban sa kaniya kaugnay ng termino niya, lalo pa nooing Martial Law.  Pangalawa: Malinaw din sa batas na buko sa pagiging dating Pangulo, may karapatan pa ring mailibing si FM sa LNMB dahil dati rin siyang sundalo at iba pa. Pangatlo: Nilinaw rin ng Korte Suprema na bilang Pangulo, may kapangyarihan si Diong Duterte na ilaan ang anumang lugar sa LNMB sa kaninumang nararapat na mailibing doon.

Fourth: The burial does not mock the spirit of EDSA 1 because pending cases against the Marcoses WILL CONTINUE. And as I have pointed out in an earlier blog, the burial DOES NOT ACQUIT them of anything they’re facing now. Most of all, the burial WILL NOT DELETE OR ALTER ANYTHING or record as to the things that happened during Martial Law. So where is the mockery there?

Lastly, no less than Pope Francis himself consistently calls for forgiveness and compassion. But you are practicing the exact opposite with your one-sided tirades. Are you for real? 30

LENI ROBREDO SHOULD DO THIS, AT ONCE!

With the Supreme Court (SC) decision allowing the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos (FM) at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB), Leni Robredo must now do something AT ONCE, as in IMMEDIATELY.

She must pledge that she will GRACEFULLY ACCEPT DEFEAT WITHOUT QUESTION if she loses in the protest filed against her by Bongbong Marcos for the vice-presidency. She must swear to an immediate and smooth transition of power. And if ever her supporters call for protests, she will be the first to stop them from doing so.

Leni must make the pledge in public and before national media. To prove her sincewrity in making the pledge, she must promise to unconditionally support the SPEEDY resolution of the protest in every possible way, like no unnecessary postponements of the hearings and on-time submission of whatever will be asked by the SC, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal, in the process.

If Leni firmly believes her victory in the elections was clean and honest, making the pledge should not be a problem for her. If she won’t, and she loses in the protest, be prepared for any eventuality, people. 30

Sa mga walang tigil sa KADADALDAL laban sa desisyon ng Supreme Court (SC): Mga pangaabuso noong Martial L:aw ang inuulit-ulit ninyo. Pero sa mga pangaabso at KAWALNGHIYAAN nonng temino ni Noynoy Aquino BULAG, PIPI AT BINGI KAYO.  Kaya’t kung hindi kayo isang tambak na mga IPOKRTO, ano ang dahilan? DAHIL KUMIKITA KAYO?

Hanggang ngayon, WALANG MAKAPAGPALIWANAG o makapagpakita ng DETALYADONG KUWENTA kahit isa sa mga tao ni Noynoy kung SAAN NAPUNTA ang BILYUN-BILYONG PONDO AT DONASYON para sa mga biktima ng bagyong ‘Yolanda.’ Kamakailan lamang, lumabas sa national media na hjalos 200,000 sa mga biktima ang wala pang tirahan hanggang ngayon. Pero kahit na sno sa inyo, WALANG UMAANGAL O UMAATAKE kay Noynoy o sinuman sa mga tao niya, kahit HALOS TATLONG TAON na ang nakalipas matapos ang ‘Yolanda.’

Mahigit isang taon pa bago matapos ang Aquino Administration nang mangyari ang SAF 44 massacre.  Pero ilang linggo na lamang bago bumaba si Noynoy sa puwesto nang gumalaw ang kaso. MAHIGIT ISANG TAON na walang ginawa ang Aquino Government para maaresto ang mga killer, kahit na nalaman na agad na ilan sa mga ito ay miyembro ng Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).  Pero ni isang salita ng pagkondena sa Aquino Government, o simpatiya sa mga naulila, WALANG NABALITA mula kaninuman sa inyo.

Ayon sa isang ulat saa inq uirer.net ilang buwan na ang nakakaraan, inihayag ng Freedom from Debt Coalityion na sa umutang ang gobyerno ni Noynoy ng P4.16 TRILYON, sa loob lamang ng anim na taon niyang termino. Pero hanggang sa bumaba siya sa puwesto, laganap pa rin ang kahirapan at NI ISA SAI INYO WALANG UMATAKE o humingi ng paliwanag kay Noynnoy kung saan napunta ang perang ito.

Mahaba pa ang listahan. Kaya kung hindi lang kayo PAPAREHAS, at kung sariling kagustuhan o interes lamang ang habol ninyo at hindi ang sa sambayanan tulad ng gusto ninyong palabasin, MAHIYA naman kayo kahit kaunti kung bibingihin ninyo ang taumbayan  At for the recvprd, HINDI KO SINASABI, AT HINDI KO SASABIHN KAILANMAN, NA INOSENTE si FM . HUKUMAN LAMANG ang puwedeng magsabi kung guilty o inosente si FM. HINDI KAYO, O AKO.30

STUPID SORE LOSERS IN FM BURIAL! 

Here are two STUPID SORE LOSERS in the Supreme Court (SC) decision allowing the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos (FM) at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB):

In a story in gmanews.tv, Risa Hontiveros said in a statement: The SC “miserably failed the test of history” and broke the hearts of the Filipino people. By allowing the remains of the late dictator to be buried in the Libingan ng mga Bayani, the high tribunal has failed to protect the truth from the Marcoses' fictional universe. The decision intends to effectively wipe the Marcos slate clean and negate the sacrifices of the thousands of brave souls who fought and suffered under the brutal Marcos dictatorship.”

Let’s be very, very clear:  FM’s burial at the LNMB WILL NOT CHANGE OR ERASE ANYTHING. Everything that happened during Martial Law will FOREVER BE IN HISTORY. The SC decision DOES NOT delete or alter the facts. Pending cases against the Marcos will CONTINUE. The SC decision DOES NOT ACQUIT anyone of them in anything.

Hontiveros also said President Duterte should choose either to “stand up for truth and justice or submit himself as an instrument to the Marcos family's desperate attempt to rewrite history and clear their name.” Again, the SC does not delete or alter anything in Martial Law history. And only a COURT OF LAW can clear the name of an accused. NO ONE ELSE, especially NOT THE ACCUSED.

Francis Pangilinan said: “This is a horrible day for democracy. Thanks to the Supreme Court the Philippines will be a laughing stock of the world.”  The SC decision is far from bringing closure to the Marcos burial, and that it has created a “huge divide that will haunt the nation for days and years to come.” On the contrary, today is a triumphant day for democracy. Both sides were EXTENSIVELY HEARD in oral arguments on the FM burial. Voting on the decision was even POSTPONED TWICE for thorough deliberations by the SC justices. In the end, the decision was based on the law, and not on the wishes or sentiments of a few. DISREGARD of the law to cater to a few is what makes democracy horrible.

Huge divide? Among others, ONE MILLION SIGNATURES OF SUPPORT to FM’s burial were submitted to the SC. Never were the ANTIS reported as having produced even 10 percent of that. A last-minute picket against the burial was heled last week, But mainstream media placed the number of participants at a MISERABLE 100.  

Somebody had better remind Risa and Kiko that their cult DOES NOT REPRESENT THE MAJORITY of the Filipino people. They may be lawmakers , but  they and their tribe are NOT THE LAW 30
