RH BILL PROVES PNOY HAS NO CONSCIENCE!

PNOY PERSONALLY FAST-TRACKED the approval of the RH bill by the Senate and the House of Representatives with the “Urgent” classification he gave to it.,

But HE WOULD NOT INTERVENE to speed up the delivery of relief goods and badly-needed supplies to the tens of thousands of STARVING victims of typhoon “Pablo.”

PNoy WOULD NOT EVEN ISSUE A DIRECT ORDER to anyone, or any government agency, to WORK 24 HOURS A DAY if necessary to ease the plight of the victims.

In case you don’t know, the Senate will have to extend its session up to Thursday to comply with the three-day session waiting rule had PNoy not certified the RH bill as urgent..

That would have endangered ratification by both the Senate and the House since there’s no more time to form the joint panel which will reconcile the bill’s two versions.

But with PNoy’s urgent certification, the Senate and House of Representatives can go to third and final reading on Monday. The bicameral conference committee can meet to ratify the final version of the bill and PNoy can sign the bill into law as early as .Thursday.

The death toll from typhoon "Pablo" has reached 955, and 841 are still missing.
Of the affected residents, 59,764 remain inside evacuation centers.

Twelve bridges and four roads are still not passable while 33 areas are experiencing power interruption.

And media reports added that In badly-devastated areas in Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental, residents have begun blockading the road waiting for the arrival of trucks carrying relief goods.

Police appeals for the victims to disperse are practically ignored since the blockades resume right after they leave.

I wonder how many hundreds more corpses must be found, or how many more survivors must die first, before PNoy speaks out and acts again in aid of “Pablo’s “victims.” 30
