DON'T BE FOOLED BY PRO-PNOY SURVEYS!

Before anything else, people, please accept my prayers and wishes for an eternal rest to your departed loved ones this All Saints’ Day.

A personal friend of mine asked me this morning if he should believe purported surveys showing high popularity ratings for PNoy.

Without thinking, I told him DEFINITELY NOT. I warned him NOT TO BE FOOLED by the surveys and readily pointed out the following:

For so many months now, NOT EVEN ONE ORGANIZATION or sector has expressed continued and unconditional support to PNoy. Not even the KNOWN PRO-PNOY FRONTS like the Black and White Movement of Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda and Leah Navarro

No paid advertisements in print or broadcast, no public statements or manifestos of support, no pro-PNoy rallies, no nothing.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

More often than not, pro-PNoy surveys come out almost immediately after he is attacked in media or is denounced by the public over a serous blunder.

Agad-agad, may survey na manggagaling mula sa Social Weather Stations (SWS) o Pulse Asia at lalabas sa mga dyaryo. Gimik na kahit SAKSAKAN NG BOBO ay maiisip na para lamang mapagtakpan ang kapalpakan ni PNoy.

For those who don’t know, PNoy’s relatives are either co-owners or top officials of the two survey firms. And SWS or Pulse Asia are THE ONLY survey firms which give consistently high ratings to PNoy.

WALA NANG IBA PA, gayung napakarami namang survey companies sa buong bansa.

SWS and Pulse Asia are among the top survey firms in the country, But it doesn’t follow that everything their supposed surveys say about PNoy are true, or is the truth. Please keep that in mind, people.

And most of all, pro-PNoy surveys HAVE NOT yet been explained in detail to the public to prove their accuracy,

I don’t know with you, guys, but I HAVE NOT read or heard of any CLEAR and LOGICAL explanation from survey firms on how can their usual 1,200 respondents be reflective of the sentiments of more than 50 percent, or some 45 MILLION, of us Filipinos.

Since PNoy assumed office, NEVER were the alleged respondents to surveys supportive of him IDENTIFIED, either by name or location or sector of society.

For verification by the public, if they really exist.

WALANG NAKALAGAY sa mga pro-PNoy surveys kundi mula anong idad hanggang sa anong idad ang mga respondents.

Pero kahit na SINGNIPIS NG BUHOK ni PNoy ang survey, IKAKALAT ito ng mga bata ni Pnoy sa lahat ng dyaryo at mga istasyon ng TV at radio para lumabas  o ma-broadcast agad.

They’ll do it over and over again, in whatever way they can think of.

Para iyung mga hindi masyadong nakakaintindi ay NALOKO nila at isiping siguro nga ay tutoo ang pro-PNoy survey dahil kung saan-saan lumalabas o nabo-broadcast ito.

Will anyone allow the surveys to FOOL or DECEIVE him or her? 30

BLAME DINKY SOLIMAN, NOT GMA,, FOR UN FAILING GRADE!

If the PNoy government will insist on blaming, again, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA) for the failing grade the Philippines received from the United Nations on poverty eradication, then they’re BARKING ON THE WRONG TREE!

PNoy, and his TOTALLY PREDICTABLE spokesman Edwin Lacierda, should BLAME Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Sec. Dinky Soliman.

Kung talagang perpekto sa kalinisan at galing ang Aquino Government tulad ng  PINAGPIPILITANG PALABASIN nina Pnoy at Lacierda, hidi lang sisihin kundi  IMBESTIGAHAN nila si Soliman.

Lacierda had claimed that the failing grade from the UN was based on data during the Arroyo Administration, and not during PNoy’s term which started in 2010.

Now here’s the catch, boys and girls:

Soliman WAS ALSO DSWD secretary during GMA’s presidency. She ran, and was IN CONTRO, of the government’s anti-poverty program Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT).

Including the FUNDS AND RESOURCES for it, until she resigned.

Therefore, it’s Soliman whom Lacierda should point a stinking finger at for what he SHAMELESSLY and IRRATIONALLY attributes to GMA.

So if PNoy’s government s is not responsible, then he and Lacierda had better start asking Soliman for an explanation on what she did with the money and logistics for the CCT during the Arroyo Administration.

They should do it publicly and through media, like what they’re doing to GMA

Iyun ay kung alam nila ang IBIG SABIHIN ng PAREHAS NA LABAN, at kung mga TUNAY SILANG LALAKI na may pinagaralan at naniniwala dito.

PNoy and Lacierda should ask Soliman to do a full and detailed accounting in public, with full media coverage. Complete with supporting papers and details, like names and locations of beneficiaries.

For the simple reason that there has been NO BREAKDOWN up to now of CCT funds. We have NO GUARANTEE that the funds are NOT BEING STOLEN.

If PNoy and Lacierda won’t do this, then they had better have one hell of a justification on what makes Soliman SACRED and UNTOUCHABLE in their government.

Ewan ko lang kung maiisip nila na sila na rin ang MAGPAPATUNAY na DUWAG at IPOKRITO  silang dalawa.

 

AS USUAL, KASALANAN NA NAMAN NI GMA!

As expected, PNoy’s government is blaming the Arroyo administration for the failing grade the Philippines received on poverty eradication from a United Nations (UN) report.

A story in inquirer.net quoted Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda as saying that the data presented in the UN report were from periods before the Aquino administration took office on June 30, 2010.

But throughout the inquirer.net story, Lacierda DID NOT CITE ANY SPECIFIC DATA OR PROOF that it indeed came from the Arroyo presidency.

Check it out yourself, people.

Lacierda boasted in the inquirer.net story that “from less than a million beneficiaries (of the Conditional Cash Transfer program) before we entered office, we are now on track to cover 3.1 million by the end of this year.”

But Lacierda DID NOT NAME even one of the supposed millions of beneficiaries.He DID NO CITE EVEN ONE LOCATION where the supposed beneficiaries can be found.

Neither did Lacierda point out even one specific example of a supposed beneficiary who has been pulled out of poverty by the CCT.

Again, check the story out yourselves, guys.

Basta para kay Lacierda, kasalanan pa rin ni GMA, tapos. Hindi niya kailangang maglabas ng ebidensiya.

Ganito KABULOK ang style ni Lacierda, mga kababayan, sa pagtatanggol sa gobyerno ni PNoy. Lahat ng problema, kasalanan ni GMA. Hindi ng gobyerno nila. Kumbaga, perpekto ang Aquino Administration.

I’m not a psychologist or a psychiatrist.

But I will dare say that anyone who thinks that he, and his gang, are perfect. Is MENTALLY SICK.  

So, allow me boys and girls, to reiterate some of the questions that I had raised in an earlier blog on this issue:

First: WHERE are the supposed millions of CCT beneficiaries? WHO EXACTLY are they –names and addresses?

Where are the TENS OF BILLIONS of pesos which have been poured by PNoy’s government to the CCT?  How much did each beneficiary get? Who is/are holding the monies? WHERE are the SUPPORTING PAPERS of the disbursements?

What is our GUARANTEE that the CCTV funds, which came from OUR TAXES, is not being stolen?

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but in the almost three years that PNoy has been president, NO DETAILED BREAKDOWN of the disbursements of CCT funds has been released by his government to media. 30

QUESTIONS ON SHAMEFUL SC BLUNDER ON GMA TRO!

I see a lot of questions on the issuance of the erroneous media advisory that the Supreme Court (SC) has issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) on the hospital arrest of former President now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.  

First, who authorized the SC Public Information Office (PIO) under Atty. Gleo Guerra to inform reporters through text message that it will furnish the media and upload a copy of the TRO on GMA?

Considering the sensitivity of the issue, the PIO would not have the guts to issue the advisory WITHOUT authorization. If that had been the case, then who’s to blame?

Second: Media reports say the advisory was sent out at 11:25 a.m.

Who noticed the error? How was it noticed and what time? What happened after the error was discovered? What had Guerra been doing all this time?

Third: It was only until before 3 p.m. when Guerra sent e-mails to media to clarify that the TRO does not cover Mrs. Arroyo That’s MORE THAN THREE HOURS after the erroneous advisory.

What took Guerra so long? What events transpired?

Fourth: The TRO was issued by the SC Third Division which is chaired by Associate Justice Presbiterio Velasco.

Was the erroneous media advisory cleared with Velasco before it was sent to media? Was Velasco IMMEDIATELY INFORMED of the erroneous advisory after it was sent?

If yes, what did he say or do? If no, why not? Most of all, WHY isn’t Velasco or the other members of the Third Division saying anything? Remember, it’s their TRO.   

Having happened in the SC, this is nothing less than a COLOSSAL BLUNDER

Unless the SC or Guerra, come out with a DETAILED, BLOW-BY-BLOW account of EVERYTHING that had happened immediately, then they shouldn’t complain or be surprised if the people DON’T BELIEVE THEM.

And raise the possibility of intervention by Malacanang.

Why Malacanang? It’s only PNoy who can deal straight with SC justices on an issue as sensitive as GMA’. 30  .

AUDIT ANTI-POVERTY FUNDS, NOW!

The failing grade given by the United Nations (UN) to the Philippines in eradicating poverty raises a lot of VERY ALARMING QUESTIONS.

First: WHERE are the supposed millions of poor families who have supposedly benefited from the Conditional Cash Transfer Program (CCT) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), as SHAMELESSLY claimed by PNoy?

Second: If these millions REALLY EXIST, WHERE is the PROOF?

Third: More Importantly, HOW can PNoy’s boys disprove the UN report?   

Remember, guys, IT’S THE UN speaking, through its “Asian-Pacific Regional Millenium Development Goal Report. This is not just another survey firm or supposed think-tank.

Fourth: WHO EXACTLY are these millions of beneficiaries?

I don’t know with you, people, but I have yet to see or hear of even five thousand IDENTIFIED BENEFICIARIEs, their locations and PHYSICAL PROOF of how the CCT has helped ease their poverty.

FIFTH: TENS OF BILLIONS of pesos have been poured by PNoy’s government to the CCT?

Where’s the money? How much did each beneficiary get? Who is/are holding the monies? WHERE are the SUPPORTING PAPERS of the disbursements?

Sixth: What is our GUARANTEE that the CCTV funds, which came from OUR TAXES, is not being stolen?

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but in the almost three years that PNoy has been president, NO DETAILED BREAKDOWN of the disbursements of CCT funds has been released by Pnoy’s government to media or to the public.

Seventh: A couple of weeks ago, the DSWD admitted in media reports that HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS REMAIN UNLIQUIDATED or unaccounted for from CCT funds.

What’s the latest on these? Is anything being done at all to recover the funds? WHO are the people involved? Anybody is welcome, even Pnoy’s supporters, to reply.

But let me leave you boys and girls with this word of caution:

MAGTANONG AT HUMINGI tayo ng DETALYADONG PALIWANAG mula kay PNoy o sa mga tao niya tungkol dito. MAGIINGAY TAO NG HUSTO.

At kung hindi pa rin magbibigay, o makapagbibigay, ng MALINAW na explanation si PNoy, HUWAG NA HUWAG NINYONG KALIMUTAN ang isyu na ito pagdating ng eleksiyon sa isang taon.

BRIEF HISTORY

The rather small statue  of the Holy  Child was bought  by my  mother  sometimes in 1988  from the store,  I really  wouldn’t  know.  When my younger brother met a fatal accident coming from his duty as a medical intern, we placed the image in our sala to be able to pray unceasingly day and night.

It was  Monday,  at about 10:30 A.M  January 27,  1952, I saw  our whole  sala flooded with a very sweet  smelling  and sticky  liquid For fear  of what I saw, I sat in a sofa  to gain my composure. I thought I was crazy or something. But when I had my eyes roam around.  I saw the holy image shedding liquid profusely from His tantalizing eyes. My instant reaction then was to scoop the liquid flowing down His chubby cheeks, and applied it to my brother's whole body over and over again.  And with the Holy Oil, my brother started to recover gradually.

At about noon, nuns and priest of different congregations came to pay homage to Him.  Endless devotees started to pour in everyday.  For this reason, we had to construct a small Prayer Room to be able to accommodate devotees coming from all over the country.  Soon devotees from foreign countries started to visit Him.

Msgr. Josefino Ramirez gave him the name "Miraculous infant Jesus de la Providencia” and blessed the Holy Family Room on June 16, 1992.

Blessing  and miraculous  healings  of deadly and serious  disease of credible  devotees  has  been reported  since  January  27,1952 up to the present time.

Please pray slowly, wholeheartedly and perseveringly and please include in your prayer the following intentions: For the physical, spiritual and temporal healing of all devotees:

TINGNAN NATIN KUNG SINUNGALING SI PNOY O HINDI!

A personal friend whom I had known and proven to be neutral in everything from way, way back  commented to me that PNoy should be given the chance to prove that the now notorious ‘wheelchair joke ‘ was really just passed on to him and not really his.

Without thinking, I readily replied: Then, let’s ask PNoy to REVEAL THE SENDER and mobile phone number for PUBLIC VERIFICATION. Or better yet, PNoy should present the sender in public.

I told my friend PNoy and his Malacanang boys SHOULD ALLOW the public, ESPECIALLY MEDIA PEOPLE, to question the source as extensively as they want  to test the source’s credibility. PNoy should not stop the questioning. 

PNoy should not also object if there will be calls to subject the source to a lie detector test by PRIVATE SECTOR EXPERTS.

Instead, he should support it for its immediate conduct.

To find out once and for all, on the spot, if the source is what he really claims to be and was not just paid or coerced by PNoy to be the fall guy.

If PNoy is telling the truth that the wheelchair joke was nt his original gimmick, then he should have no problem in naming and presenting the source in public, with FULL AND LIVE MEDIA COVERAGE.

Kung wala o hindi niya papangalanan ang sender, HINDI DAPAT UMANGAL  si Pnoy o sinuman sa mga tao niya kapag sinabing naging BASTOS at MAPANGAPI siya sa paghahayag niya ng wheelchair joke.

Kung saan ang maliwanag na pinatatamaan ay si dating Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo *GMA).

The wheelchair joke had said that here at home, corrupt people try to flee from cases they’re facing in a wheelchair. And since PNoy became  president, GMA is the only accused in a major crime who tried to leave for medical treatment abroad on a wheelchair.

Kaya tingnan natin  ngayon kung  sinungaling si PNoy o hindi. 30

The Office of the Ombudsman has dismissed a graft case against former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo over the alleged misuse of funds of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).

The Ombudsman said there is no sufficient evidence to warrant plunder or graft charges against Mrs. Arroyo.

A complaint had been filed by former Solicitor General Frank Chavez with the Department of Justice (DOJ), accusing Arroyo of misusing and diverting over P540 million of OWWA funds in 2003.

Chavez had claimed that the funds were used to finance election expenses in the 2004 presidential elections.

Lawyer Raul Lambino, legal spokesman of Mrs. Arroyo, said the Ombudsman’s decision is clear proof that the case was mere political harassment.

Montri Santos, Arroyo's lawyer for the OWWA, said that in January, they had heard rumors that the DOJ  panel had recommended instead of plunder a lesser offense of technical malversation.

“We never really received any resolution. It was only October 18 we received altogether true enough the January resolution by the DOJ investigating panel recommending only technical malversation.

“We also received two resolutions from the Ombudsman, one dated February 10 2012, the other one Sept. 2012. The two disapproved recommendations to file technical malversation and completely dismissed all of the cases. These are things na hindi nabalita." ###

PNOY LOOKED RUDE, STUPID AND DICTATORIAL!

I wonder if PNoy and his people realize that he looked RUDE, STUPID and DICTATORIAL in sharing the now famous ‘wheelchair joke’ and in claiming that it was just passed on to him.

His RUDENESS was highlighted because he had MADE FUN of the poor health of the subject of the supposed joke. Which was crystal clear as NONE OTHER than former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA).

Since PNoy became president, the only known person who had tried but failed to leave for medical treatment abroad in a wheelchair while facing court charges is GMA. The  Supreme Court restraining order on the travel ban against her was ignored by Justice Sec. Leila de Lima.

Even if the ‘joke’ was just passed on to him, PNoy SHOULD HAVE BEEN SMART ENOUGH to realize that it was TOTALLY DEHUMANIZING to the subject.

If he was a TRUE GENTLEMAN who knew the correct meaning of, and practiced  RESPECT,  he should have ignored or kept it to himself instead of picking on a lady, a sick one at that.

Sabi nga natin sa Tagalog, BAKLA lang ang pumapatol sa babae.

And the ‘joke’ showed PNoy’s  DICTATORIAL  nature when he categorically described the  subject  as corrupt.

Tandaan natin, mga kababayan:

Sa  ilalim ng ATING KONSTITUSYON, ang isang akusado ng anumang krimen ay itinuturing pa ring  INOSENTE HABANG HINDI PA NAPAPATUNAYAN SA HUKUMAN na nagkasala.

Wala naman sigurong SARILNG KONSTITUSYON si PNoy. Lalo naman sigurong hindi ang konstitusyon ng ibang bansa ang tinitingnan o sinusunod niya.  So PNoy had NO MORAL AND LEGA;L RIGHT to sweepingly describe somebody as corrupt.

Even if he’s the President of the country. He is not a judge of any court.  I’m not a lawyer but I’ll dare say that the law does not give PNoy any special privilege to judge and tag anybody as corrupt.

When a ruler IGNORES the law in doing anything he or she pleases, regardless of whether it’s humane or not, that ruler is a dicator.

Anybody can correct me if I’m wrong.

As I have often said, I’m not saying that GMA is innocent. Neither am I defending her against the charges she is facing. I have also been proposing that the trial f her cases should be expedited to find out the truth once and for all.

What I’m defending is her dignity as a person, and as a lady.

It’s something that I’ll readily do whenever I could to anyone, anytime and anywhere. Not just me but I’m sure all of you boys out there. 30

HOW TO HONOR ST. PEDRO CALUNGSOD

Apart from praying to him, here are other ways to honor our brand new St. Pedro Calungsod:

Make him known and loved.

Share with your friends and relatives anything and everything you know or have about St. Pedro. Post it on their walls or in the Internet and twitter groups you belong to.

You can also send it to their private e-mails.

If you don’t have the time for the Internet but have some extra cash, buy St.  Pedro’s statue, prayer book or any other icon of him and give it as a gift to your friends.

Better yet, give to charity or make it a point to always share your blessings to the needy, whether or not you know them personally.

Emulate his courage in defending God.

Enlighten the misguided. Lead anyone going astray, or about to do wrong, to the right path. Do the best you can and pray hard for that person, whoever he or she is.

Educate the uneducated, especially the kids and the unschooled poor.

Remember, IT’S NOT THE AMOUNT or the SCOPE AND VOLUME of work that you’ll do that counts. It’s THE THOUGHT, THE SINCERITY of doing good that matters.

Even if you only have P1 to share but will give it wholeheartedly to someone in need, you’re more pleasing in the eyes of the Almighty than someone who gives P10,000 with a heavy heart.

As I’ve said last night, guys, we now have a second, national DIRECT LINK to God in St. Pedro.

BANGSAMORO DEAL 'ANOTHER RECIPE FOR WAR'

Hi, guys, I’m back

Before anything else, let’s thank the Lord our God for giving us a brand new saint in Pedro Calungsod.

Let’s praise the Lord for giving us another direct link to Him. Let’s NOT WASTE THIS HEAVENLY OPPORTUNITY. And let’s see to it that we talk to St. Pedro everyday for his help, his guidance and his prayers Trust me, boys and girls, IT WORKS.

A story in inquirer.net said Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) head Nur Misuari has declared to some 7,000 of his followers that armed struggle remains an option for them despite the signing of the framework agreement between the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and the Aquino Government.

SAAN MANG ANGGULO TINGNAN, PAGBALI-BALIGTARIN MAN, MADUGONG GIYERA, UBUSAN ITO NG LAHI, pag nagkataon.  Remember, the MNLF is as heavily-armed, and is as fearless, as the MILF.

And in the inquirer story, Misuari was quoted as saying that the framework agreement “would be another recipe for war.”

When somebody categorically describes something as a recipe for war, FIGHTING can follow ANYTIME, as in anytime.  And as most of us now, the MNLF waged war against the government for a lot of years before signing a peace treaty with the government in 1996.

So I’m not pushing the panic button. I’m just being REALISTIC.

Especially considering the fact that the MBNLF is better armed and equipped than the military. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

I’ve asked this before and I’m asking it again, specifically to the government:  KAPAG NAG-GIYERA ang MNLF at MILF, SINO ANG DAPAT SISIHIN? SINO ANG DAPAT MANAGOT?

Who will be responsible for the soldiers, the fighters and the civilians who will die? Who will take care of their families? Who will pay for the properties that will be lost or damaged? Who will feed the evacuees? Who will finance the rebuilding of the lives that will be shattered?

The PNoy government had claimed that the MNLF was consulted on the framework agreement before it was signed.

But with Misuari’s warning this early of armed struggle as an open option, whatever consultation was done was OBVIOUSLY DEFICIENT. Otherwise, Misuari would not issue a statement as chilling as that.

So WHAT EXACTLY TRANSPIRED between the MNLF and the government, if indeed consultations took place? Who were the representatives of both sides and  what were the results, in detail?

To our Muslim brothers, neutral or not:

Better start asking the answers to these questions from the government, or from yo0ur congressmen and senators, AT ONCE.

IT’S YOU who will GET HURT, OR DIE, in case the MNLF and the MILF start shooting at each other. It’s your lives which will be disrupted, or destroyed.

Not those of the brains behind the framework agreement.
