The municipality of Ragay in Camarines Sur is one of the places INVOLVED IN TRANSMISSIONS A DAY BEFORE the May 9, 2016 polls. Camarines Sur is the home province, a known STRONGHOLD of and one of the provinces included in Bongbong’s protest against her.

Glenn produced records from the COMELEC ITSELF showing that all the 62 vote counting machines in Ragay were turned off on May 8. But on the same day, a query from an unknown terminal asked where can a transmission to alias 1730 be sent. Glenn said alias 1730 later turned out to be Ragay.

Blogger silent no more posted that Glenn is a lawyer of Bongbong. He cited as proof a letter from Bongbong’s lead lawyer George Garcia, which was presented by Sen. Franklin Drilon.  But the letter was only a nomination for Glenn to be a representative of Bongbong in the protest before the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET). Glenn said he declined the nomination. He added that anyone can check the logs and other equipment at the PET and see that he was never there.  

Senate President Tito Sotto categorically said Glenn is NOT HIS SOURCE for the privilege speeches he had delivered months ago on 2016 election fraud.
