si Romulo Macalintal sa pagtatanggol sa 25 percent ballot shading threshold na
PINAGPIPILITAN NILANG MAG-AMO sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET).
In a

saying: “…we challenge (Bongbong) Marcos to use the picture images of the
ballots to determine the true results of the election.”
Ang
PET ang TANGING MAY KAPANGYARIHAN NA GAMITIN O GAWIN ANG ANUMAN na may kaugnayan
sa protesta ni Bongbong Ramos laban kay Robredo. WALA NANG IBA, lalong lalo
nang hindi si Bongbong. Ang PET din ang
NAGIISANG MAY KAPANGYARIHAN para DESISYUNAN ANG PROTESTA AT IDEKLARA ang tunay
na nanalong bise-presidente.

HINDI ang anumang sabihin ng Comelec ang dapat na MASUNNOD, O MAGING BATAYAN,
ng kanilang patakaran aty desisyon/

abogado n Robredo, ALAM NA ALAM ni Macalintal ang lahat ng ito. 0Pero SI
BONGBONG ANG HINAHAMON niyang gumamit ng mga picture images para malaman ang
resulta ng eleksiyon. At BINIBILANG NA
ULIT, MANUALLY, ang mga balota. Bakit kailangang picture images na lang ang
gamitin para kay Macalintal? Para PANIBAGONG DELAY NA NAMAN dahil babguhin na
naman ang proseso?

And as I had pointed out in
my preceding blog as early as Feb. 8, 2016, no less than Comelec spokesman
James Jimenez specifically said in a TV interview that the ballot will have to
be shaded FULLY for it to be counted. Comelec was CONSISTENT with this reminder
UNTIL the May 9 polls, through posters in ALL PRECINCTS NATIONWIDE. Never was the public informed that the
Comelec had set the PCOS ballot shading standard at 25 percent.
