ROBREDO SHOWS HOW INCOMPETENT SHE REALLY IS

Leni Robredo herself has just shown HOW INCOMPETENT, and how much of a DOUBLE-TALKER she is for a presumptive vice-president who could not, and SHOULD NEVER BE, president.

Reacting to the comment by Solicitor General Jose Calida to the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) that the 50 percent threshold in determining the valid votes during the 2016 elections should be maintained, as against the 25 percent she is insisting on, Robredo’s camp said Calida’s office must not be used as a venue by losing candidates to disregard the sovereign will of the electorate by applying different rules from those adopted and used during elections by the poll body. IT WAS COMELEC WHO TAPPED the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) as its LAWYER for a comment on your motion for reconsideration (MR) for the 25 percent, as required by the PET, Robredo. And you know it. So how can it be Bongbong who will use the OSG?  How STUPID and tragically ILLOGICAL, and a LIAR, can you and your people get.

You claimed, Robredo, that the OSG, through Calida, is not privy to the threshold shading issue. Everything about the threshold shading has been WIDELY PUBLICIZED in national media. So to what else is Calida not privy to?

Robredo’s lawyer, Romulo Macalintal, added that “in no instance has OSG, any of its representatives and/or lawyers, attended and observed the ongoing revision, recount, and re-appreciation of ballots. Thus, the OSG has no basis to once more make a reckless conclusion that the application of the 50 percent shading threshold does not disenfranchise the voters.”

YOU HAVE NO RIGHT WHATSOEVER, Macalintal, to prejudge the OSG’s comment as reckless. ONLY THE PET has the POWER to decide on, and declare anything and everything related to the recount, as how they see it NOT YOU. NOT ROBREDO, or anyone else in your camp. So have the DECENCY to stop MISLEADING the people.
