BONGBONG, ININSULTO NI MACALINTAL!

Nagawa mo pang INSULTUHIN si Bongbong: Marcos sa pagtatanggol ng 25 percent ballot shading threshold na PINAGPIPILITAN ng amo mong si Leni Robredo,  Kahit na HINDI NAMAN IYON ang threshold ng Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) MULA PA NOONG 2010.

In a story in http://manilastandard.net/news/national/271777/use-ballot-images-in-recount-leni-dares-marcos-jr-.html , Macalintal was quoted as saying: “It now appears that Marcos is so afraid to know the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, since the affirmation by the Comelec of the use of the 25-percent threshold exposed the falsity of his previous claim that the Commission on Elections did not use the said threshold in the 2016 elections.”

NO SANE AND EDUCATED individual will even think that Bongbong will be afraid of anything that Comelec will say, since it’s the PET who has the FINAL DECISION on his protest. Especially if the Comelewc statement QUESTIONABLE and NOT IN ACCORDANCE with PET rules, which will govern the conduct of the protest.

Why questionable? As early as Feb. 8, 2016, no less than Comelec spokesman James Jimenez specifically said in a TV interview that the ballot will have to be shaded FULLY for it to be counted. Comelec was CONSISTENT with this reminder UNTIL the May 9 polls, through posters in ALL PRECINCTS NATIONWIDE.  Never was the public informed that the Comelec had set the PCOS ballot shading standard at 25 percent. And as early as 2010, the PET had set the ballot shading standard at 50 PERCENT.
