Comelec issued a SEPTEMBER 2016 resolution setting 25 percent as the valid vote threshold for the manual counting of votes for the Marcos protest. “What we are asking is for the PET to use the standard that was used in the 2016 polls because we can’t change the rules in the middle of the game.”

The PET had set the ballot shading standard for manual recounts at 50 percent SINCE 2010. The 2016 elections were held on May 9, But the resolution Robredo is insisting on was issued, by HER OWN WORDS, ONLY in September, or FOUR MONTHS AFTER the polls. And the manual recount has been going on for months BEFORE Robredo filed a motion for the use of the 25 percent threshold.

Tapos Robredo, ikaw pa ngayon ang may SUPER-KAPAL NG MUKHA na magsabing “…we can’t change the rules in the middle of the game.”  NAIINTINDIHAN MO BA ANG IBIG SABIHIN ng sinasabi mo?

Under the Random Manual Audit Visual Guidelines of Comelec, a valid mark is higher than the Vote Counting Machine’s (VCM) threshold of 20 to 25 percent. The Comelec’s 2016 National and Local Elections Random Manual Audit Report also states that the Comelec set the threshold at 25 percent “to ensure that the chances of a mark would be read as a vote.”

Robredo even STOOPED DOWN to this level of STUPIDITY in her desperation to gain public sympathy: The 25 percent threshold shows the intent of the voter to vote:

As early as February until the May 9 2016 elections, there were repeated press releases and interviews in media, and posters in voting precincts reminding the voters that either they shade the ballots FULLY or their votes won’t be counted. So COMMON SENSE alone will dictate that those who want to be SURE that their votes will be counted WILL FOLOW the full shading rule.  Only CHEATERS and he INSANE will disregard it.

Defnitely, Robredo, the rules SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED NOW, FOR YOUR BENEFIT. 30
