If Leni Robredo’s argument will be followed,
it seems the vote counting machines or PCOS as most of us know it, had been pre-programmed
to a 25 percent ballot shading threshold in her favor during the 2016
elections.
In insisting on her motion for reconsideration
for the 25-percent ballot shading for the recount of her and Bongbong Marcos’
votes, Robredo said it was the standard used by the PCOS in the 2016
elections. This is the link:

Now, take note, people: The Comelec CLEARLY
indicated in their instructional posters in voting precincts that the ballot
MUST BE SHADED FULLY or 100 percent.
I do not recall any polling precinct poster or
notice to the public, before or during election day, in both national and
social media that a 25 percent ballot shading would also be enough, since it’s supposed
to be the PCOS standard as Rpbredo claims.
The cover-up to hide the truth and to delay the recount of the BBM protest is clearly on the hand of Caguioa. And it is also on his hand that the situation in the country will stabilize. It is because the sitting of Bong Bong will prevent Leni from taking over the position of Presidency which will bring back the power to the yellows.
