WALANG BASEHAN AT
PINAKAMARUMING PAMUMULITIKA LAMANG ang pinagpipilitan ng mga kritiko ni
Pangulong Digong Duterte na dapat siyang
ma-impeach dahil sa paglabag sa Constitution, partijular ang Article 12,
Section 2.
Article 12, Section 2 states
that “the State shall protect the nation’s marine wealth in its archipelagic
waters, territorial sea, and exclusive economic zone, and reserve its use and
enjoyment exclusively to Filipino citizens.”
Pero pansinin ninyo, mga
kababayan: WALANG NAKALAGAY NA DEADLINE, O KUNG HANGGANG KAILAN lang dapat
maipatupad ito. WALA RING NAKALAGAY kung ano lamang ang puwede, at hindi puwede,
na gamitin o gawin ng gobyerno…kung ano ang MAITUTURING NA PROTECTIVE MEASURE
AT ANO ANG HNDI.
Therefore, there’s NO VIOLATION
OF THE CONSTITUTION if President Duterte sticks to DIPLOMACY ALONE in trying to
resolve our territorial dispute with China. Like the filing of diplomatic
protests, dialogues and other similar actions. Instead of taking what his
critics describe as a more aggressive move like asking help from the US or
sending our Navy ships to wherever.
