Leni Robredo dared Department of Foreign
Affairs (DFA) Sec. Teddyboy Locsin to
cite the legal basis of his order to cancel diplomatic passports without
a supporting legislation.

ROBREDO, kung ano ang inirereklamo mo. Hindi si Teddyboy.
Before anything else, let’s
be VERY, VERY CLEAR --- the diplomatic passports ordered cancelled by Locsin are
ONLY those issued to non- government personnel OUT OF COURTESY. HINDI LAHAT.
Robredo said
under the Philippine Passport Law, ambassadors are defined as those
who
have been appointed as
chiefs of mission and have served as Ambassador
Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary—a
clause that she said would include Del Rosario being a former
DFA Chief.
Iho
de puta, Del Rosario WAS NEVER AN AMBASSADOR. He was Foreign Affairs secretary, the BOSS of
ambassadors. To be doubly sure, I checked the meaning of Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary with Google. This is what I got:
Ambassadors are diplomats
of the highest rank, formally REPRESENTING THE HEAD OF STATE (emphasis mine), with
plenipotentiary powers (i.e.
full authority to represent the government). In modern usage, most ambassadors on foreign postings as head of mission carry the full
title of Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
As
the entire Filipino race and the international community are now FULLY AWARE
OF, Del Rosario was NOT THE REPRESENTATIVE of President Duterte to any affair/government
function or activity of both the Philippine and Chinese governments when he
flew to Hong Kong. He went there for a purely
PERSONAL PURPOSE, TO ATTEND A BUSINESS MEETING OF A PRIVATELY-OWNED FIRM.
Del Rosario WAS NOT AN AMBASSADOR when he was
barred from entering Hong Kong. So he DID NOT HAVE FULL AUTHORITY to represent
the Philippine Government.
Anybody correct me A.S.A.P if there’s anything
wrong in what I’ve written.
