In a story in https://www.manilatimes.net/palace-sitting-on-p1-4b-calamity-fund-coa/577028/, the Commission on Audit (COA) revealed in a report that P1.412 billion in donations for victims of calamities were NOT USED by the Noynoy presidency, like the   widespread devastation and DEATHS, resulting from Super Typhoon Yolanda (Typhoon Haiyan) in 2013.

Isipin ninyo, mga kababayan, GAANO KARAMING PAGKAIN, GAMOT at iba pang emergency na pangangailangan sana ng mga calamity victims ang nabili sa P1.412 bilyon?

At ito ang MATINDI, mga kababayan:: Of the P1.412 billion, P1.38 billion was received by the Bureau of Treasury AS EARLY AS Dec. 30, 2010, the first year of Noynoy’s presidency. The remaining P29.6 million was based on the interest earned by the money as of Dec. 31, 2012.

But until the last year of Noynoy’s presidency in 2016, the COA said there was non-formulation of guidelines to utilize the donated funds.

Anim na taong presidente si Noynoy. HALOS ANIM NA TAON DING NAKATENGGA iyong P1.412 na donasyon. Kahit na LIBO-LIBO ANGMGA NAMATAY, NASUGATAN AT NAWALAN NG BAHAY at kinabukasan noong anim na taon na iyon.
