Before anybody gets FOOLED
by Mar Roxas or his political allies, let’s be VERY, VERY CLEAR: Stories or
social media posts claiming that President Digong Duterte has endorsed the senatorial
bid of Mar Roxas to the Filipino people is FAKE NEWS!
A story in http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/674183/duterte-vote-for-roxas-walang-problema-diyan/story/
quoted the exact words of Digong: “Vote for Roxas, Ilonggo eh.
Iboto ninyo, walang problema ‘yan.” Duterte made the remark during his distribution
of land titles to agricultural beneficiaries in Boracay.

kababayan:
Ang mga taga-Boracay at ang mga
nanood LAMANG sa pamamahagi ng mga lupa, ang kausap ni Duterte. HINDI ANG
SAMBAYANAN. HINDI sinabi ni Digong na dapat ang buong sambayanan ang bumoto kay
Mar. Kaya PUSAKAL NA MANLOLOKO ang nagpupumilit na sa buong sambayanan ininderso ni
Digong si Mar.
And if you take a REALLY CLOSE
LOOK AT IT, what the President did was NOT an endorsement but a WARNING AGAINST
VOTING FOR MAR. Why?
Digong SPECIFICALLY said of known
Roxas aide, now retired police general, Marcelo Garbo: “…naghawak ng droga sa Visayas. Iyon ang police makita mo
palagi sa tabi ni Roxas doon."
If Digong was
indeed endorsing Roxas, sincerely, he would NOT have said that of Garbo. The veteran
politician that he is, Digong knows that statement would readily cast doubt on
Mar’s character.
So how the
hell can it an endorsement of Digong of Mar to the Filipino people as a whole?
Anybody can answer.
