Anyway you look at it, DELICADEZA dictates that Supreme Court Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa should INHIBIT NOW MORE THAN EVER as supervising justice for the Bongbong Marcos protest against Leni Robredo.
There is already a NEW CHIEF JUSTICE. It would be RIDICULOUS to even think that Caguioa is not aware of the basic courtesy that Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin should have a free hand in doing anything he wants in the Supreme Court.
And since Caguioa has not been known or reported to have acted on most, if not all, of the pieces of evidence and tell-tale signs of cheating uncovered so far in Bongbong's protest, better hand over the job to someone else.
Especially considering the fact that Caguioa was appointed to the Supreme Court by then president Noynoy Aquino, who had publicly vowed all-out opppsition to the return of the Marcoses to Malacanang. Even if Bongbong was running only for vice-president.
Caguioa once said he has always been fair in handling Bongbong's protest. NOW'S THE BEST TIME to prove it. Otherwise, ALAM NA DIS!
