REVEAL BONGBONG DECRYPTION RESULTS!

The Comelec had better start reporting to the people on the partial results of the decryption and printing of the ballots covered by the protest of Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo

The decryption has been going on FOR WEEKS but there has been NO NEWS on what has been uncovered or revealed by the decryption. Especially discrepancies or other questionable discoveries on the ballots and the official tally of votes.

The Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) has not yet even scheduled the retrieval of the ballots from Bongbong’s three pilot areas for the recount. There’s NO SIGN it will come anytime soon. So the 14 million-plus people who had voted for Bongbong in last year’s elections have ALL THE RIGHT TO KNOW what’s happening in the decryption.

With NO INDICATION whatsoever on the start of the recount, it will be the HEIGHT OF INJUSTICE for Bongbong and his followers and an IMMORAL DISREGARD and MOCKERY of the TRUTH if the Comelec will also keep everyone in the dark on the progress of the decryption.

If there is any legal obstacle, the Comelec SHOULD IMMEDIATELY seek a solution with the Presidential Electoral Tribunal.

I’m sure a lot of you guys have already read or heard of this DELUSION AND STUPIDITY of Kris Aquino, in reference to her late father Ninoy: “The truth is you do owe this man the fact that you have freedom of speech, freedom of expression and freedom of the press today - because he had the balls to actually die for his country- in super clear language, hindi siya inurungan ng bayag kahit alam niya nung pababa siya ng eroplano na babarilin na siya sa tarmac ng airport.”

For those who were not born yet or were too young to understand the situation then, Ninoy was assassinated on his return from self-exile from the US in 1983 and his foremost political foe, former President Ferdinand Marcos was the prime suspect. So before anybody gets FOOLED by this BRAINLESS publicity stunt of Kris, let’s be VERY, VERY CLEAR:

Obviously, Kris is alluding to the People Power revolt in 1986 which ousted Marcos from power in 1986 which resulted in the supposed restoration of the freedoms she cited, Bur FOR THE INFORMATION of the youth and the RECOLLECTION of the rest of us:   

First: Ninoy’s death WAS NOT THE REASON, OR MAIN REASON, BEHIND People Power. The revolt was due to a lot other reasons like supposed massive corruption.   Second: Ninoy has been dead FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS when People Power erupted. From the time he was killed until the revolt began, NO ONE AMONG NINOY’S FOLLOWERS or the Aquino family and clan HAD THE GUTS to start a revolution to unseat Marcos from the presidency.  So for Kris, and anyone else among their camp, to claim that we owe our supposedly restored freedoms to Ninoy is NOTHING LESS THAN IDIOTIC ARROGANCE.

Third: If anyone should be credited for People Power, it’s then Defense Minister Juan Ponce Enrile and his then chief security officer Gringo Honasan. NOT NINOY. Enrile and Honasan, along with Gringo’s Reform the Armed Forces Movement (RAM), WERE THE ONES WHO RISKED THEIR LIVES in openly breaking away from the Marcos Government ONLY BY THEMSELVES AND WITHOUT ANY IMMEDIATE SUPPORT from anywhere in the military.

Fourth and last: many of Ninoy’s political allies then were JAILED LIKE HIM BUT NEVERTHELESS CARRIED ON with what they were doing in various ways from behind bars. Like the late Jose ‘Pepe’ Diokno, Francisco ‘Soc’ Rodrigo, Ramon ‘Monchng’ Mitra and Jovito Salonga. These guys did not die then but whether Kris or anybody else admits it or not, their own efforts and sacrifices HELPED  win their collective struggle then. And NOT JUST NINOY’S DEATH.  

I sincerely hope this will help clarify the TRUTH about Kris’ gimmick. I wrote this because NOBODY SHOULD BE FOOLED by her self-serving statement. 30

In the interest of FAIRNESS, Leni Robredo should REIMBURSE Bongbong Marcos for his expenses for the decryption and printing of images of ballots covered by his electoral protest against her.

I sincerely hope the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) would REQUIRE Leni to pay back part of the P2.9 million Bongbong spent for the decryption. And if Leni knows the real meaning of FAIRNESS AND DELICADEZA, she would do so soonest even without an order from the PET.

Whether Leni admits it or not, she is BENEFITTING from the decryption. Her votes are also being reflected in the process and it doesn’t take a genius to realize that she will NEED the results once the recount starts. And since it’s NOT Bongbong’s obligation to spend for whatever she needs or will need for the protest, Leni is MORALLY AND ETHICALLY BOUND to share in the expenses.

If Leni won’t reimburse Bongbong then shame on her if she will insist on getting FREE COPIES of printouts of the decrypted ballot images, and/or use these as evidence in the future.

But believe me, people, I still would like to think that Leni still has some shame. 30

Reacting to the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) disallowing Bongbong’s appeal for a technical examination of voters’ records in three Mindanao provinces, a gmanews.tv story(http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/634687/pet-denies-marcos-appeal-for-technical-exam-of-poll-records-from-3-armm-provinces/story/) quoted Leni Robredo’s lawyer Romy Macalintal as saying: “For in the hundreds of election protest cases filed involving the 2010, 2013 and the 2016 automated elections, not a single election protest has been won by any protestant on the basis of a recount of the ballots,” 

Is Macalintal saying that Len WON’T ACCEPT DEFEAT in case a recount of the votes for vice-president shows that Bongbong was the TRUE WINNER? Just because history supposedly shows so? Leni and Macalintal should PUBLICLY VOW to respect the recount results in case she loses, IMMEDIATELY AND GRACIOUSLY.

HISTORY IS NOT THE JUDGE in Bongbong’s protest versus Leni, Macalintal. It’s the PET AND THE PET ALONE. Just because that’s the supposed history of electoral protests does not automatically mean that it’s the way Bongbong’s protest should go. So STOP CONDITIONING the public mind and prejudging the protest. WE’RE NOT IDIOTS, Macalintal. YOU ARE if you think you can influence or fool us. SHAME ON YOU!

Again, you and Leni unceasingly insist on her supposed clean victory. But you use EVERY SINGLE ISSUE TO QUESTION EVERY MOVE of Bongbong and CONTINU0USLY DELAY THE RECOUNT. Of all people who claim innocence, only Leni CONSISTENTLY AVOIDS AND/OR PROLONGS every opportunity to prove she’s clean.

So rest assured, Macalintal, that we the people ARE NOT STUPID to believe your and Leni’s statements or antics without question. Not all of us may be lawyers like the two of you but we’re SMART ENOUGH to read and think between your lines. Count on that! 30

In a story in cnnphilippines.com (http://cnnphilippines.com/news/2017/11/28/Ex-President-Aquino-MRT-problem-Arroyo-admin.html), Aquino wants to blame former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for the crisis plaguing the Metro Rail Transit -3 (MRT-3).  He said a total overhaul of MRT-3 was supposed to have been implemented by the Arroyo Administration but was never carried out. When he took over, then maintenance contractor Sumitomo wanted to raise fees and eliminate warranty.

Kundi ba naman PINAKAMAKAPAL NA TALAGA mukha ni Noynoy:

NOWHERE in the story did he SPECIFY the details of the supposed overhaul ---date, technical aspects/justification, terms and conditions, duration, costs and the like.  There’s no reaction from Sumitomo in the story but assuming, just assuming, the firm indeed wanted to raise costs, Noynoy DID NOT ALSO EXPLAIN why his government dropped the company as maintenance contractor.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but THROUGHOUT NOYNOY’S PRESIDENCY, NO MAJOR REHABILITATION/.OVERHAUL of MRT-3 WAS EVER REPORTED. It came to a point wherein, among others, escalators and elevators were not working and toilets smelled like rats in various stations and the airconditioning system was WORSE than a rundown restaurant kitchen.

But MRT-3 fares were INCREASED during Noynoy’s presidency, by almost 50 percent. Then Transportation Sec. Joseph Emilio Abaya first said the higher fares was for improvements in the train system. Then he said it was for backpayments to the earnings of the private sector partners.

All these, despite mounting complaints from passengers and increasing exposes on various anomalies, like the maintenance contract for which Abaya is now facing charges. And Noynoy NEVER PENALIZED OR MADE ANYONE ACCOUNTABLE.

Kasing-kapal na yata talaga ng adobe ang pagmumukha nitong si De Lima. Si Pope Francis na nga mismo ang nagbigay ng rosary ay gusto pang GAMITIN IYON sa PANLOLOKO AT PAGPAPAAWA sa taumbayan. So I sure hope somebody with connections to the Vatican or to the Papal Nuncio here in the country will get to read and relay this to the Pope:

Persecution: De Lima was jailed based on CRIMINAL CHARGES filed against her before the court. And NOT SIMPLY BECAUSE President Digong Duterte wanted her detained, even without basis. It was the Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court which ORDERED THE DETENTION of De Lima, not DUTERTE. To date, SHE HAS NOT PRODUCED even a single proof that the President had ordered or had had a hand in her detention.

Before she was jailed, De Lima was GIVEN SEVERAL CHANCES to appear before and explain her side on the criminal allegations and eventually charges she is facing before the House of Representatives and the Justice department. SHE DID NOT APPEAR.

Most of all, De Lima has been RELENTLESSLY HURLING ACCUSATIONS AND INSULTS against Digong one after another LONG BEFORE charges were filed against her and she was jailed. But she was NEVER SUED by the President, nor by anyone among his family. UP TO NOW, De Lima can FREELY hit Digong from even behind bars, and the President or anyone else in government HAS NOT STOPPED HER, or has done anything to force her to shut up.  So WHAT PERSECUTION AND VENGEANCE is De Lima talking about Does she even KNOW THE MEANING of those words?

Fight tirelessly for the welfare of the Filipino people? Since De Lima became senator, it has NEVER been reported that she has had even one program or project or proposed law which can reduce poverty and criminality, bring down the prices of goods and services and fuel, apprehend drug lords and traffickers and decrease or wipe out the supply of illegal drugs and truly help uplift the quality of life of the people.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. Otherwise, what for the welfare of the Filipino people is De Lima talking about? 30

Winnie Salumbides was quoted in an inquirer.net story (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/947723/sereno-camp-highly-irregular-for-magistrate-to-take-witness-stand) as saying:  “As a lawyer, I find it highly irregular for a magistrate, for a Supreme Court justice to go down and take the witness stand. Medyo kinikilabutan po ako. Pero kung matatamaan ang aming depensa o hindi, wala ho kaming pangamba.”

Sa lahat naman ng walang  pangamba, kampo ni Sereno ang HINDI PA NGA NANGYAYARI AY NAGRE-REACT NA! Reaction na BANAT pa – “…highly irregular for a magistrate, for a Supreme Court justice to go down and take the witness stand.,..” Kumabaga, NAGPAPAKABABA si Justice De Castro. 

In effect, Sereno;s lawyer is PREJUDGING Justice De Castro should the magistrate decide to appear as a witness in her impeachment hearing. I can hardly wait what Justice De Castro has to say.

Kung talagang inosente si Sereno, TUMIGIL NA SA KADADALDAL, SA HALOS ARAW-ARAW NA PRESS RELEASE, ang kampo niya at humarap na siya sa House PARA MAGKAALAMAN NA NG KATOTOHANAN! Ang tunay na inosente, PINATUTUNAYAN AGAD na wala siyang kasalanan sa KAUNA-UNAHANG PAGKAKATAON.

VERY SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR LENI!

I was informed by sources from my media days that Leni Robredo still has NOT PAID the balance of her counter-protest fee against Bongbong Marcos. And that there are no indications that the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) is about to even set a second and final deadline for it.

In contrast to Bongbong, who has settled his protest fee IN FULL and in advance. That is after being given an initial payment period of a week or so, with the deadline falling last Good Friday, and was extended only when he asked for consideration.

I also found out that it’s been ALMOST THREE MONTHS after the PET approved the recount of votes in three initial provinces wherein Bongbong is contesting the election results in some precincts. But the PET still HAS NOT ISSUED AN ORDER for the retrieval of the questioned ballots. There are no signs that they are about to, and they have not given an explanation WHY they could not do so.

What’s SICKENING about this is it UNJUSTIFIABLY PROLONGS the protest, and Leni’s QUESTIONABLE STAY in the Office of the President.   Nobody knows WHEN will the PET finally order the retrieval. Add to this the WEEKS OR MONTHS it will take to finish the retrieval, and the weeks and months which will be needed to start and conclude the recount.  

Whereas if the retrieval will start now, GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH TIME WILL BE SAVED for the protest, and HOW MUCH OF THE PEOPLE’S MONEY will be spared from spending on the SUSPICIOUS LEGALITY of Leni’s vice-presidency.

That’s why I can’t help but wonder WHY THE SEEMINGLY VERY SPECIAL TREATMENT for Leni? 30

‘Tokhang’ was inefficient? MORE THAN A MILLION drug pushers and users surrendered. The crime rate dropped, and even the Opposition couldn’t deny it. People from all walks of life commented in mainstream media reports and social media posts that they felt safer than before under ‘Tokhang.” It was not perfect, definitely. There have been suspicious killings under ‘Tokhang,’ yes. But only an IDIOT OR ONE WHO HAD LOST HEAVILY UNDER ‘Tokhang’ would use the imperfections and questionable deaths as the SOLE gauge for the overall efficiency of the program.    

So what is efficient for you, Risa? Are you really from this planet?  And just asking, have you ever done anything as a senator –proposed law or project – to help eliminate illegal drugs? 30

A gmanews.tv story  (http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/634221/bongbong-s-witnesses-on-duty-poll-officers-not-voters-lawyer/story/) said Bongbong’s lawyer and spokesman  Vic Rodriguez, has released documents showing  alleged discrepancies between some registered voters’ signatures and those of who voted on election day in the provinces of Basilan, Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur.  The story quoted Rodriguez as saying: “All (that) one has to do is compare the signatures of the registered voters with the ‘signatures of the actual voters.”

For those who may have forgotten, Bongbong DID NOT GET ANY VOTE in Basilan, Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur in last year’s polls. Even though there were Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) chapters in all of them, and the INC proclaimed Bongbong as their OFFICIAL CANDIDATE for vice-president.

So this can be a VERY SIMPLE TEST to prove whether or not cheating did happen during the 2016 vice-presidential race to help Leni win. All that’s needed are signatures experts to find out the truth. I hope it would be legally possible for Bongbong’s camp to challenge Leni to a PUBLIC SCRUTINY of their copies of the actual and seemingly forged copies of Basilan, Lanao del Sur and Maguindanao voters.

If Leni really won clean as she has always insisted on, a public scrutiny should not be a problem for her. 30

My take: UNAHIN mo muna sina dating Transportation Secretaries Mar Roxas at Joseph Emilio Abaya, Ms. Poe. O kaya ay PAGSABAYIN MO, PAGKOMPRONTAHIN MO sa isa’t-isa. Magiging UNFAIR ka kung hindi.

The riding public itself is fully aware that the MRT3 DETERIORATED during Roxas’ term, and reached the pathetic and shameful stage after he was replaced by Abaya.  And NOT WITHIN the Duterte Admnistration.

Roxas and Abaya CONTROLLED the MRT3 through the then DOTC for a total of SIX YEARS. Whatever monstrous problems welcomed the Duterte Administration developed during THEIR WATCH. I’m not a rail technology guy but I will dare say that the 17 months of the Duterte Administration may not be enough solve or wipe out problems which had been raging for SIX YEARS.

Especially considering the fact that THERE WAS HARDLY ANY, if indeed there were, any marked improvements or upgrades in the MRT3 during Roxas’ and Abaya’s reigns. Until the campaign period started for the 2016 polls, among others, escalators in various MRT3 stations were NOT WORKING. Toilets were either out of order or nauseating and the air conditioning system was WORSE than that of a dilapidated electric fan.

Pero NAGTAAS PA NG PAMASAHE noon sa MRT 3. Kung tama ako ay dalawang beses, at yung isa ay HALOS 50 PORSIYENTO ang naging dagdag ilang buwan bago nagsimula ang kampanya noong isang taon.

Sina Roxas at Abaya ang UGAT ng KAHIHIYAN NGAYON na dulot ng MRT 3, Ms. Poe. Sila ang unahin mo bago ang mga nagmana ng IMPIYERNONG DULOT NILA. 30

Si Leni Robredo ang NANLOKO, SA TAUMBAYAN, nang akusahan niya si Bongbong Marcos ng pagsisinungaling sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) dahil sa hindi mga rehistradong botanteng testigo sa protesta nito laban sa kaniya. HINDI SI BONGBONG.

Nilinaw ni Attorney Glenn Chong, isa sa mga kilalang taga-suporta ni Bongbong, na MALINAW sa Paragraph 3, Page 2 ng Manifestation and Compliance nito sa resolusyon ng PET na:.

Ni-reserve ni Bongbong ang pagpresent ng DALAWANG  REHISTRADONG BOTANTE bilasng testigo sa bawat isa sa 2,756 presinto sa Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur at Basilan. Ibig sabihin, 2 x 2,756 = 5,512 testigo LAMANG ang mga rehistradong botante. Idadagdag ko lamang, mga kababayan, na HINDI SINABI ni Bongbong na lahat ng kaniyang testigo ay mga rehistradong botante. Kaya nasaan ang pagsisinungaling na pinaparatang ni Leni kay Bongbong?

Dahil humigit-kumulang 8,268 testigo ang nilista ni Bongbong, ayon kay Attorney Chong, mayroon pang 2,756 testigo na maaaring hindi mga rehistradong botante.

Ang natitirang 2,756 na testigo ay maaring mga  taong-gobyerno na naka-assign sa Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur at Basilan noong araw ng eleksiyon ngunt hindi naman mga residente doon kaya’t natural na hindi rin rehistradong botante sa kani-kanilang puwesto.  Halimbawa ay mga Comelec regional directors, Comelec provincial election supervisors, Comelec election officers, police provincial commanders at marami pang iba.  

Binigyang-diin ni Attorney Chong na competent witness pa rin sila  sa mga pangyayari sa mga lugar na ito sa araw ng halalan dahil nandoon sila at nagta-trabaho. Kagaya ng Board of Election Inspectors, na testigo sa mga pangyayari sa kani-kanilang mga presintoi dahil nandoon sila mismo.

And as I’ve written in my blog yesterday, the question on Lanao del Sur, Basilan and Maguindanao is NOT about registered and unregistered voters, or of recount of the votes.  Bongbong’s petition for the three provinces is for the declaration of FAILURE OF ELECTIONS THERE due to massive fraud. These are two TOTALLY DIFFERENT ISSUES.

Also, Leni’s camp DID NOT IDENTIFY THE SUPPOSED UNREGISTERED VOTERS. Yet, they specifically describe them as such.  How can you truthfully describe somebody as something if you don’t even know his or her name?

That is the aim of Leni Robredo’s claim that some voters listed by Bongbong  Marcos as witnesses from clustered precincts in Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao and Basilan which are covered by his protest against her were not registered for last year’s elections.

First and foremost, even if the voters in question were indeed not registered, it DOES NOT FOLLOW that they don’t know anything about what really happened in their areas on Election Day, especially in Lanao del Sur.  Or possibly even have proof of unlawful activities that they had heard of or seen.

Second: The question on Lanao del Sur, Basilan and Maguindanao is NOT about registered and unregistered voters, or of recount of the votes.  Bongbong’s petition for the three provinces is for the declaration of FAILURE OF ELECTIONS THERE due to massive fraud. A highly-successful but low-profile lawyer/businessman from Makati sent me his observations on Leila de Lima:

She is running out of issues and arguments. She no longer argues her case. What a pity that she now looks like a fool who comments on almost each and every move the Duterte government makes just to have something bad to say against the President. An undeniably desperate move just to be always in national media like her obvious ally Inquirer.

Like her latest comment on the Philippines ‘No’ vote on the United Nations deliberations on the Myanmar refugee issue. De Lima said the vote was out of the Duterte Administration’s fear of further exposing human rights’ violations.  

Who is she to talk about human rights violations? She is not from Myanmar. She is not a human rights official of the current government. She has been in jail since February. So it’s disgusting and ridiculous, if not insanity, for her to have the nerve to still prejudge the government’s ‘No’ when she does not have first-hand knowledge of the issue since she’s behind bars.  Most of all, she shamelessly committed human rights violations when she blocked former President Gloria Arroyo from leaving for abroad for medical treatment despite an approval by the Supreme Court.

De Lima should be reminded that she hardly enjoys any credibility now. The only way for her to regain some is to confront the drug cases against her and prove her claim of innocence. Mere media presence is not, and will never be, the solution. 30

Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno must be panicking over her possible impeachment by the House of Representatives.

In a story in gmanews.tv (http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/633832/chief-justice-sereno-warns-of-threat-to-democracy/story/?top_picks&order=1), Sereno warned that an attempt to impeach her could threaten the country's democracy.  In what way?

First:  As Chief Justice, Sereno knows very well that she alone DOES NOT SYMBOLIZE OR REPRESENT DEMOCRACY. Nor did any of her predecessors. Second: The late former Chief Justice Rene Corona was impeached but democracy WAS NEVER THREATENED, AND CONTINUES to this day. If I remember correctly, some groups then even claimed that Corona’s impeachment was proof that democracy was very much alive. Third, impeachment of the Chief Justice is provided for in NOTHING LESS THAN THE CONSTITUTION. Is Sereno saying now that adhering to, or following, the Constitution is a threat to democracy?

Sereno was also quoted in the story as saying that: "Is the judiciary safe? And if the judiciary is not safe, is democracy safe? 

If ever, it will only be Sereno who will be on trial in case she gets impeached. Not the entire Supreme Court, and definitely not the entire Judiciary. So for Sereno to point that is a sign of either ARROGANCE OR PANIC! Your choice, boys and girls!

Somebody had better tell Sereno that at this point, self-serving press releases will NOTBOOST HER CREDIBILITY, OR PUBLIC TRUST RATINGS. 30

Nasa Marawi City daw si Leni Robredo, para daw tingnan kung ano ang magagawa niya at ng opisina niya para sa rehabilitasyon ng mga nawasak ng labanan sa pagitan ng Maute terrorists at ng gobyerno.

Mga taga Marawi, GINAGAMIT LANG KAYO ni Leni, para sa publicity.

Ilang linggo na ang nakakaraan mula nang ideklara ni Pangulong Digong na malaya na ang inyong lungsod mula sa mga terorista. Pero NGAYON LANG NAGPAKITA si Leni sa inyo para tingnan kuno kung ano magagawa niya. Hindi isa, dalawa o ilang araw lamang matapos ang labanan o isa o dalawang linggo. NGAYON LAMANG, kung kailan marami na ang nagiging balita tungkol sa plano ng Duterte Administrasyon para sa muling pagbangon ninyo, samantalang siya ay nagiinspeksiyon pa lamang.

Galing na noon si Leni sa Marawi, noong may labanan pa, tutoo. Pero ang punto ngayon ay rehabilitasyon na ang usapan, at hindi lamang photo o press releases o pagdadala ng ilang relief goods ulit.

Sa tanggapin o hindi ng kampo at mga galamay ni Leni, malinaw na gusto lamang niyang masabi na kumilos din siya para sa rehabilitasyon ng Marawi kaya nagtungo at naginspeksiyon siya doon.

Kaya sa mga hindi pa gaanong nakakaunawa sa mga taga-MARAWI: HINDI NINYO KAILANGAN si Leni para sa inyong rehabilitasyon. Huwag ninyo man lamang isipin siya ang pagasa ninyo. Walang masama kung tatanggap kayo ng tulong mula kay Leni Pero tandaan ninyo ito: Anuman ang kailangan ninyo ay maaari NINYONG IPARATING NG DERECHO sa concerned government agency o official. Ganun din kung may magiging problema o anomalya sa inyong paghingi ng tulong. At hindi kay Leni lamang, na sinasabi niyang ginagawa niyang programa ngayon laban sa kahirapan.

Hindi ko kilala ng personal si Mocha Uson pero payong kapatid ito sa kaniya: MAGARAL KA MUNA NG BATAS AT PULITIKA bago ka kumandidatong senador. Kahit na si Pangulong Digong Duterte pa ang magsabi sa iyo na tumakbo ka.

Alam mong HINDI KA PA QUALIFIED para maging senador.  Paggawa ng batas ang pangunahing trabaho ng senador, Mocha. Pero right against self-incrimination lang, na basic sa Batas, hindi mo alam. Kaya manalo ka man bilang senador, alam mong darating at darating ang panahon na pagtatawanan o iinsultuhin ka, o kaya ay hindi igagalang dahil sa kakulangan mo ng kaalaman, Tiyak namang ayaw mong mangyari iyon hangga’t maaari, kahit minsan.

Hindi mo ko tagahanga, Mocha, pero sa nakikita ko, naniniwala rin ako tulad ng marami na tunay mong gustong makatulong sa kapuwa. Pero MAS MAKAKATULONG KA NG MAS EPEKTIBO KUNG PAGHAHANDAAN MO MUNA ang pagtulong na iyon. Tunay kang igagalang at sasaluduhan ng sambayanan.

Kahit na naguumapaw ang mga followers/tagahanga mo na boboto sa iyo para senador, hindi magiging kahiya-hiya sa kanila kung magaaral/maghahanda ka muna. Maniwala ka, Mocha, MAS MAMAHALIN ka nila.  Tutal, batang-bata ka pa.

With the detachment of an MRT-3 car from the main train link last Thursday, and the subsequent disappearance of the card which can possibly reveal the cause, the MRT-3 had better be shut down at once for a TRULY TOP-TO-BOTTOM, 100 PERCENT safety check.

Transportation and MRT officials SHOULD NOT WAIT A SECOND LONGER, FIRST, for a tragedy to happen which will KILL OR HURT  hundreds or thousands of people before finally suspending operations and DOING EVERYTHING, AS IN EVERYTHING, to ensure the passenger’s safety 1,001 percent.

Suspending operations, for as long as necessary, will be a VERY BIG INCONVENIENCE to the hundreds of thousands of MRT riders daily. NHo question about that.

Pero MAS MABUTI NA ANG MAABALA/MAHIRAPAN sa halip na PAGLAMAYAN O MASAKTAN. Piso manalo isang libo, walang tatanggi  dito pasahero man o opisyal ng gobyerno at MRT.

While MRT-3 is being repaired, government can provide buses and other vehicles for passengers at all MRT stations throughout the train system’s business hours. Besides, it’s ONLY THE MRT-3 which will be closed temporarily. There’s still the LRT and other MRT lines which can service MRT-3 passengers up to their destinations or near these. I have a friend form Quezon City who can ride either the LRT or MRT-3 and still get off at points just a ride away from her home.

Kung HINDI TITIGIL PANSAMANTALA ang operasyon ng MRT-3 KILALANIN na ngayon pa lang ng kinauukulan KUNG SINO ANG DAPAT SISIHIN AT MAKASUHAN/MAKULONG kung sakali, at HUWAG SANANG IPAHINTULOIT NG DIYOS, na trahedya na ang mangyari  sa MRT-3. At hindi iyung magtuturu-turuan ang kung sinu-sino. 30

A story in journal.com.ph (http://journal.com.ph/news/nation/bongbong-to-sc-junk-robredo-plea) says Bongbong Marcos Jr. has asked the Supreme Court sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), to deny the request of Leni Robredo for copies of decrypted and printed ballot images in three pilot provinces of his protest against her. Bongbong said he shouldered the cost of the process which totaled P2,974,075 WITHOUT (emphasis mine) ANY SHARE (emphasis mine) from Leni.

Aba SUPER KAPAL naman pala talaga itong si Leni. HINDI NA NAGBIGAY kahit piso, kahit na alam niyang KAILANGAN NIYA RIN iyong paunang resulta ng decryption, gusto pang MAKINABANG NGAYON NG LIBRE mula sa taong pinrotesta niya rin. Kumbaga, gusto pang gawing gago ni Leni si Bongbong at ito pa ang dapat GUMASTOS sa mga kakailanganin niya. KAKAPALAN lang ba talaga ng mukha ito o KAHIBANGAN o pareho?

The decryption has been going on for WEEKS! It’s not FOR FREE. Leni is FULLY AWARE of this. If she knows what FAIRNESS means, she should have had the civility to contribute whatever she could to the cost of the decryption and printing. If she didn’t intend to, ever since, SHAME ON HER for still asking copies of the initial results, FOR FREE.

I’m not a lawyer but I will dare bet 5 is to 1 there’s no law automatically granting Leni, as the supposed vice-president, FREE COPIES of whatever possible proof Bongbong will have against her AT HIS OWN EXPENSE. It’s NOT Bongbong’s obligation to finance her in any way whatsoever. Whatever she needs is HER PROBLEM, NOT BONGBONG’S.

2 REASONS TO START BONGBONG RECOUNT, IMMEDIATELY!

There are two MAJOR, AND COMPELLING, REASONS to start the recount of votes covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo.

First: The votes of Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) chair Nur Misuari and his members. Some friends informed me that latest estimates of MNLF members are at as high as 35,000 and not just 12,000 as I had first written earlier. But since we’re talking of the period before the 2016 elections, plus other factors, let me just put it conservatively at 20,000.

I consulted a former politician whose clan is from Mindanao. He said Misuari’s word is the law in the Front. In a video clip, which I had shared on my timeline, Misuari specifically declared that his candidate for vice-president was Bongbong Marcos. Now, think about this, boys and girls: If each MNLF member had pulled in at least four more votes for Bongbong – from either his/her spouse, children, parents, brother/sister, relatives or friends – that would equal to five votes per member. Multiplying 5 by 20,000, you’ll get 100,000 VOTES. 

Leni supposedly won over Bongbong by ONLY more than 200,000 votes. That means with the possible MNLF votes ALONE, Leni’s margin over Bongbong would already SHRINK TO 100,000 plus, Now, add to this the IGLESIA NI CRISTO VOTES for Bongbong.

It has been PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE for ages that whoever is the official candidate, Iglesia members support the choice without question, whether they like it or not. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

In the 2016 polls, the Iglesia leadership publicly declared that Bongbong was the sect’s OFFICIAL BET for vice-president, NOT LENI.  However, there have been reports since last year that in three locations (I just forgot where) in Mindanao where the Iglesia had chapters, Bongbong DID NOT GET ANY VOTE. How the hell could that be? If that happened in Mindanao, it could have possibly happened anywhere else NATIONWIDE where the Iglesia has chapters. If I remember correcly, Iglesia’s voting bloc for the 2016 elections was estimated at 4 to 5 million.

With just the Iglesia and MNLF votes, the truly elected vice-president or whether or not massive cheating took place can very well be determined. If no one has anything to hide, TRUTH SHOULD NOT BE WITHHELD EITHER. 30
