Here’s an example of doubletalk by the camp
of Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno on her possible impeachment by the House of
Representatives.
Reacting to the reported appearance of Supreme
Court (SC) Associate Justice Teresita Leonardo De Castro tomorrow as a witness
in the House hearing, Sereno’s lawyer
Winnie Salumbides was quoted in an
inquirer.net story (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/947723/sereno-camp-highly-irregular-for-magistrate-to-take-witness-stand)
as saying: “As a lawyer, I find it highly
irregular for a magistrate, for a Supreme Court justice to go down and take the
witness stand. Medyo kinikilabutan po ako. Pero kung matatamaan ang aming
depensa o hindi, wala ho kaming pangamba.”
Sa lahat naman ng walang pangamba, kampo ni Sereno ang HINDI PA NGA
NANGYAYARI AY NAGRE-REACT NA! Reaction na BANAT pa – “…highly irregular for a
magistrate, for a Supreme Court justice to go down and take the witness stand.,..”
Kumabaga, NAGPAPAKABABA si Justice De Castro.
In effect, Sereno;s lawyer is PREJUDGING
Justice De Castro should the magistrate decide to appear as a witness in her
impeachment hearing. I can hardly wait what Justice De Castro has to say.
Kung talagang inosente si Sereno, TUMIGIL NA
SA KADADALDAL, SA HALOS ARAW-ARAW NA PRESS RELEASE, ang kampo niya at humarap
na siya sa House PARA MAGKAALAMAN NA NG KATOTOHANAN! Ang tunay na inosente,
PINATUTUNAYAN AGAD na wala siyang kasalanan sa KAUNA-UNAHANG PAGKAKATAON.
If Sereno will not appear in the House
eharings, she had better SHUT UP AND SPARE US FROM ADDED NOISE POLLUTION by her
allies.30
