At the rate things are going, Bongbong Marcos
had better BE READY for DESPERATE AND TOTALLY UNEXPECTED GIMMICKS aimed at
helping Leni Robredo win in the electoral protest he had filed against her. Remember,
guys, not even Bongbong and his camp DID NOT EXPECT that Smartmatic will have
the guts to alter the script of the transparency sever even without permission.
I have been getting persistent info that Leni
has NOT YET PAID the balance of her counter-protest fee. And no deadline for it
has been set by the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET). Why is Leni enjoying
this unlimited grace period?
MORE THAN A YEAR after it was done, the
Comelec STILL REFUSES TO SHOW THE UNAUTHJORIZED change made by Smartmatic for
private sector examination. Keep in mind, people, after that change Bongbong’s
almost one-million vote lead over Leni VANISHED OVERNIGHT! I’ve consulted two
computer experts and they both said THERE’S NO VALID REASON WHY the Comelec
won’t allow private sector experts to scrutinize the change IF THERE’S NOTHING
ILLEGAL TO HIDE! The same thing with the LOADED SD CARDS which had been first
declared as UNUSED by the Comelec. Like the alteration in the transparency
server script. ONLY THE COMELEC HAS ACCESS to the LOADED SD cards and the data
inside these. NOBODY ELSE. The experts I
consulted both the script and the SD cards can be opened and tampered with by top-caliber
computer guys. Add to all these the server which Smartmatic had admitted using
WITHOUT THE COMELEC’S KNOWLEDGE. Up to now, ONLY the Comelec knows what was in
that server and where it’s being kept. There’s a lot more!
Most of all, it’s been some two months since
the PET approved the recount of votes in three pilot areas covered by Bongbong’s
protest. But NO SCHEDULE has been set yet for the start of the recount. No reason
has been given, even though Bongbong has paid his protest fee in full and has
complied with everything the PET has ruled on. And UP to now, the Comelec has not yet shown
proof that the ballots covered by Bongbong’s protest are safe – from theft,
tamnpeiring, switching, arson and other criminal acts.
