‘NO DESTAB DUTERTE PLOT’ MY ASS…
One of our readers, Danica Docta raised this
timely concern: SAAN KUMUHA NG PERA si Edgar Matobato para sampahan ng kasong
murder at iba pa si President Digong
Duterte sa Ombudsman? At ng pambayad sa abugado?
Let me add to that: Where will Matobato get
the money for expenses during the preliminary probe and, if ever, hearings
(which I personally doubt because of presidential immunity from suit) of his
complaint like travel and lawyers’ appearance fees? If I remember correctly, Matobato is so poor
that he didn’t even reach high school during his youth. So who’s the financier?
If Matobato or his lawyer will say that the
financier is a private individual, his camp must identify and or enumerate
details of that’ person’s financial capacity. If he or she is a public official
or a politician, there must be proof that the spending is allowed by law. Take
note, people: Kung pera ng Sambayananang ginagastos kay at ni Matobato, sabi
nga natin sa Tagalog, GINIGISA ANG GOBYERNO SA SARILI NITOING MANTIKA.
But most of all. Guys, what must be explained
is WHAT THE HELL is Matobato’s suit for? If it’s not part of a destabilization
plot against the Duterte Administration, why file it? The basis for the murder raps
was Digong’s alleged role in the Davao Death Squad (DDS) killings But the
Office of the Ombudsman had already terminated a probe of it before.
And let’s not forget the LIES that Matobato had
stated in the Senate, like the place where a Daavao billionaire-businessman was
murdered and the time when he and his supposed fellow DDS members brought a terrorist
to the headquarters there of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Task Force
(PAOCTF). Matobato declared that the businessman was murdered at a fast-food
restaurant but media reports said it happened in the victim’s office. No less
than former PAOCTF chief Sen. Ping Lacson said the task force was already disbanded
when the supposed terrorist turnover happened.
No Duterte destab plot? Tell it to the Marines,
both Philippine and US. 30
