in Catanduanes are about to be battered by 185 kilometers-per-hour (KPH) strong typhoon
\Nina’ in a few hours. And NOT A SINGLE WORD from you – no word of concern,
advice, no orders to your staff to help in any way you could, NO NOTHING. Somebody
immediately correct me if I’m wrong.

Camarines Sur and not from Catanduanes but they’re still your FELLOW BICOLANOS,
your FELLOW FILIPINOS. You’re vice-president of the country so just like
President Duterte, you are IMMEDIATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FILIPINOS after him.
