OCHOA'S TURN TO EXPLAIN ON ATIMONAN!

As I’ve stated before, the Atimonan killings is much deeper than we think.

Relieved Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas Rizal and Quezon) police director Chief Supt. James Melad now says Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, head of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), had approved their plan.

In TOTAL CONTRADICTION to earlier published claims by Ochoa that the Atimonan operation had been disapproved by Malacanang.

A story in manilastandard today.com quoted Melad as telling reporters: “In fact, in the declaration of the PAOCC, the disapproval is only on the portion of funding … it’s go pa rin.”

Melad did not show proof of his allegations. But think about this, boys and girls, and this IS NOT IN DEFENSE of him:

Melad would NOT DARE BELIE OCHOA, the SECOND HIGHEST official in the Cabinet, if he had no basis. I’m not saying that I believe him 100 percent. But he definitely knows that Ochoa can LITERALLY DO ANYTHING with him if he can’t prove what he’s saying, totally or partially.

If the operation wasn’t really approved, WHY didn’t Ochoa IMMEDIATELY QUESTION or ordered Melad to explain IMMEDIATELY after it happened?

Was anybody among police and military officials questioned by anyone in Malacanang right after the killings, since they say the operation had been disapproved in the first place?

If Ochoa or anyone else in Malacanang will say that Melad wasn’t directly under him, then did he order DILG Sec. Mar Roxas to question the police official? If yes, what was the result? If no, why not?

Why did it take more than a week before Melad was disciplined?

Ochoa should also categorically clarify if he had ever suggested an interrogation of Ochoa to PNoy. Again, if yes, what happened? If no, why?

The operational plan for the Atimonan killings had been reported earlier as confidential. But with Melad belying Ochoa’s pronouncement, somebody had better produce a certified true copy of it.

And reveal the details as well, like when was it submitted, by whom, who exactly disapproved it in the PAOCC and why?

Ang hindi maglabas ng kopya at magbigay ng detalye nung operational plan, MAY ITINATAGO. 30
