INSIGNE ALIBIS TO SKIP DIGONG MEETING SUSPICIOUS

I find as HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS the reason for Junel Insigne’s decision to skip a supposed meeting this afternoon with President Digong Duterte on the ramming and sinking of FB Gem-Vir 1.

A story in https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1130969/fishing-boat-skipper-ditches-meeting-with-duterte said Insigne was still traumatized by the collision, which happened a week ago at Recto Bank at the West Philippine  Sea.

Sabi nga ng mga kabataan ngayon, “weeehhhh di nga!’

Halos ARAW-ARAW, may pahayag sa national at social media tungkol sa mga sinasabi ni Insigne. Tapos, kay Pangulong Digong, na siyang MAKAKATULONG SA IYO NG HUISTO AT PINAKAMABILIS, traumatized ka pa rin, Insigne?

“Balak ko pong sabihin kay Presidente, tungkol po sa nangyari sa amin, panagutin po iyong kapitan ng Chinese fishing vessel saka hihingi po ako ng tulong sa pagpapagawa ng bangka,"

(Sa pahayag ni Energy Sec. Al Cusi na baka naman hindi sinadya ang pagbangga sa FB Gem-Vir`1:  "Sa salita ni Secretary, iyung pagbangga raw sa amin padaplis lang. Parang hindi sinadya... Kung sadya raw iyon, dapat sentro, gitna. Bakit parang ganoon po iyung salita ni Secretary sa amin?"

Other reports said Insigne’s wife called him on his way to a Manila-bound boat trip to inform him that the meeting with Duterte has been cancelled. Insigne and his wife DID NOT IDENTIFY the person who informed her of the cancellation. But Presidential Spokesman and Chief Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo later said there was no schedule of the supposed meeting.

So why did the person who called Insigne’s wife still use the word cancellation if there had been no scheduled meeting in the first place?
