Sabile-David said the two official ballots found inside the packet of a
Filipino voter in Rome were not identical. “They have the same Ballot ID since
they belong to the same clustered precinct but the serial numbers are different
which only the QR Code can read."
Lie No. 1: Sa video ng insidente (please check
my timeline) , maliwanag na iyong BOTANTE MISMO ang nagsabi na IISA LAMANG ang
serial number noong dalawang balota. Siya ang nakatanggap nung mga balota,
HINDI SI DAVID. Kaya paano nasabi ni David na hindi identical ang mga balota?
Lie No. 2: David said: "When the SBEI
(Special Board of Election Inspectors) of Rome reported the matter, the OFOV
immediately gave instruction to mark the other ballot "spoiled" and
let the voter vote using the other ballot."
Malinaw na sinabi sa video noong babaeng may
hawak ng dalawang balota na irereport pa lang nila sa Comelec ang insidente,
pero PABOBOTOHIN NA NILA yung botante, sabay abot ng isang balota. WALANG
SINABI iyong babae na maghihintay muna sila ng instruction mula sa Comelec bago
nila pabotohin iyong botante. WALA ring sinabi ang babae na may utos na ang
Comelec na markahan as spoiled iyong extrang balota at pabotohin na iyong
botante.
HARAP-HARAPAN tayong gustong gawing GAGO ng
Comelec, mga kababayan. HUWAG NATING KALIMUTAN, kapag KASINUNGALINGAN na ang ginamit,
KAWALANGHIYAAN ang dahian. Kumontra na
ang kokontra.
