The municipality of Ragay in Camarines Sur is

provinces included in Bongbong’s protest against her.
Glenn produced records from the COMELEC
ITSELF showing that all the 62 vote counting machines in Ragay were turned off
on May 8. But on the same day, a query from an unknown terminal asked where can
a transmission to alias 1730 be sent. Glenn said alias 1730 later turned out to
be Ragay.
Blogger silent no more posted that Glenn is a
lawyer of Bongbong. He cited as proof a letter from Bongbong’s lead lawyer
George Garcia, which was presented by Sen. Franklin Drilon. But the letter was only a nomination for
Glenn to be a representative of Bongbong in the protest before the Presidential
Electoral Tribunal (PET). Glenn said he declined the nomination. He added that anyone
can check the logs and other equipment at the PET and see that he was never
there.
Senate President Tito Sotto categorically
said Glenn is NOT HIS SOURCE for the privilege speeches he had delivered months
ago on 2016 election fraud. And representatives of both Comelec and Smartmatric

Ngayong LANTARAN NANG KUMAKAMPI ang Comelec kay Leni Robredo, wala nang dahilan para HINDI NILA ILABAS ang mga ebidenisya ng dayaan noong 2016 elections na nasa control pa nila.

the Comelec sided with Robredo in asking for
25 percent as a ballot shading threshold instead of the 50 percent being
used by the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) in the recount of votes
covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against her.
Instead
of being IMPARTIAL in their comment to the PET, as MORALLY DICTAED by the
following:
Under Section 4, Article VII of the
Constitution, ONLY THE PET has “the sole authority to judge all contests” for
vice-president. So, the Comelec has no jurisdiction over Bongbong’s protest.
The PET had set the ballot shading threshold at
50 percent AS EARLY AS 2010, or SIX YEARS before the 2016 pols. For the Comelec
to SIDE WITH ROBREDO now in insisting on disregarding this in her favor is
NOTHING LESS THAN SUSPICIOUS and shameless BIAS and PROTECTION. I’m not a
lawyer but I will dare say that no law exempts Robredo from the SIX-YEAR-OLD 50
percent PET standard.
Robredo insisted that the Comelec had informed
the PET in a letter that a 25 percent threshold would be used in the May 2016
elections. But the letter was dated sometime in September 2016, FOUR MONTHS
AFTER THE ELECTIONS. And that it was
about the optical scan counting during the voting and NOT THE MANUAL COUNTING being
done by the PET. Only the IDIOT AMONG IDIOTS will think and argue that optical
scan and manual counting are the same or should have the same standards.
And
in their UNDENIABLE DESPERATION to put LOGIC to their comment, the Comelec
warned that “To use different standard would be erroneous and may result to
unnecessary questions on the legitimacy of all elected officials, from the
President down to the last Sangguniang Bayan member.”
ONLY
THE VICE-PRESIDENCY IS AT STAKE in the shading threshold and recount of votes. NOTHING
ELSE. To include other positions in the issue is both IDIOTIC and a BRAINLESS
SCARE TACTIC that even children won’t be frightened of.

The second voting for Speaker which
officially installed Mrs. Arroyo was done through PROCEDURE. An interim
presiding officer was present. Mrs. Arroyo was first nominated for Speaker. And
when no other congressman was nominated, an election followed and the votes
were counted.

ANOMALIES have been uncovered in ballots and ballot boxes from her home

Hontiveros threw the following attacks against President Digong Duterte.
"Unrest
is brewing, the resistance is growing and increasingly, people are coming
together to oppose President Duterte's tyranny.” But she DID NOT POINT OUT
where the supposed unrest is, who are in it and who the supposed people coming
together to oppose Duterte’s tyranny.
"What kind of father directed the killing of thousands of
his children..” But Hontiveros DID NOT CITE ANY PROOF that shows Duterte had
ordered EVEN ONE of the supposed killings. Neither did she present a SINGLE
DETAIL to prove she’s telling the truth – NOT ONE NAME of any victim. No date/place/circumstances
of any of the supposed murders either.
Isa
lang ang alam kong puwedeng tawag sa ganitong klaseng tao, TSISMOSA. MANLOLOKO
NA nga lang, WALA PANG LAMAN. Hindi man lang GAMITAN KAHIT KAPIRASONG UTAK.
Hontiveros
also said Duterte's "cronies" have been rewarded despite their
incompetence and corrupt government deals and intemperate spending. She cited immigration
officials' extortion activities, the Department of Tourism's (DOT) P60-million
scandal, the Solicitor General's sweetheart deals with different government
agencies and the PCOO's mind-boggling spending, apparently on an international conference
in Manila last year.
Either Hontiveros is STUPID ENOUGH NOT TO KNOW THE CORRECT MEANING OF REWARDED or she’s LYING through her teeth.

The
two former immigration officials involved in the supposed extortion of a
Chinese gaming billionaire are now facing criminal charges. They were forced to
return the money and if I’m right, they’re now in jail. The P60-million controversial
advertising deal between the DOT and the company of a brother of the former
secretary is now being probed on orders of Duterte. The same thing with the questionable expenses
of the PCOO. So I repeat, where is the reward for these people which Hontiveros
is SHAMELESSLY claiming?
The
deals of the solicitor general’s company with various government agencies have
been declared as legal/above board by the Department of Justice (DOJ). So
Hontiveros should either prove that the DOJ is wrong or she should have the
decency to SHUT UP, since she has NO POWER/AUTHORITY to prejudge if something
is anomalous.

Ilang buwan nang MINUMURA. ININSULTO at kung
ano-ano pa ng netizens ang Comelec at si Caguioa dahil sa kawalang aksiyon nla
sa mga katibayan at signs ng DAYAAN sa vice-presidential election sa pagitan
nina Bongbong at Leni Robredo. Pero kahit na TULOY-TULOY na nawawasak ang reputasyon
nila, WALA silang ginagawang aksiyon para MAPABALIK si Bautista mula sa ibang
bansa upang LIWANAGIN ang lahat at MAGKAALAMAN NA NG KATOTOHANAN.
Bilang Comelec chairman noong eleksiyon,
IMPOSIBLENG HINDI ALAM ni Bautista ang lahat nang naganap noon at pagkatapos ng
eleksiyon, hanggang sa magresign siya. NASISIRAAN na ng bait ang magsasabing
walang alam si Bautista sa mga nangyari.
Sinumang INOSENTE sa anumang bintang o batikos
na wala nang tigil na pinupukol sa kaniya ay AGAD-AGAD NA SUSUNGGABAN ang
anumang pagkakataon, o ang sinumang tao, para agad-agad ding mapatunayang wala
silang ginawa o ginagawang kasalanan at malnis ang kanilang mga pangalan.
Pero ang Comelec at si Caguioa, WALANG
ANUMANG AKSIYON o rekomendasyon man lamang na marinig ang sambayanan para
mapauwi si Bautista at mapagtapat o maimbestigahan. Kahit na by TELECONFERENCE MAN LAMANG. Hindi
na baleng MASIRA ANG PAGKATAO O REPUTASYON NILA. Basta HINDI NA NILA GAGALAWIN
si Bautista.
Ano ba kinakatakutan ninyo kay Bautista, mga
