It’s been more than six months since Bongbong protested the victory of Leni as vice-president before the SC. He has submitted some 20,000 pages and pieces of evidence. My sources say Bongbong has likewise complied with all the requirements for his protest. The same thing with Leni.  And that the only thing left is for the hearings to begin.

Anong batas o regulasyon, kung mayroon man? O may TAO BANG NAKIKIALAM na wala namang karapatan?

If there is no legal basis for the delay, then there’s no reason either NOT TO PRIORITIZE Bongbong’s protest versus Leni.

First: What’s involved is the SECOND HIGHEST OFFICE of the country. A position which will be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE FILIPINO RACE in case something happens to the President, and thus REQUIRES ABSOLUTE AND INDISPUTABLE LEGITIMACY.  Second: MILLIONS of what is supposed to be the SACRED VOTES of our countrymen have been allegedly stolen or regarded like GARBAGE. Third, Leni continues to receive MILLIONS in salaries and benefits, and has been spending only God knows how much so far of our HARD-EARNED TAXES WITHOUT INDISPUTABLE PROOF that she is the duly-elected vice-president. We don’t have an obligation to CONTINUE FINANCING a questionable public office INDEFINITELY.

Let me be VERY CLEAR—I AM NOT PREJUDGING the protest. Neither am I preempting the SC. But I sincerely hope that the SC realizes that the longer the delay, the deeper the people’s suspicion gets that they’re protecting Leni.30
