START MANUAL RECOUNT OF BONGBONG, LENI VOTES!

With the INCREASING SIGNS OF CHEATING in the SD cards of vote counting machines (VCM) which had been earlier declared by the Comelec as UNUSED during the elections, a MANUAL RECOUNT of the votes of Bongbong Marcos and Leni Robredo must be started at once. And the Supreme Court (SC), acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), should immediately order the Comelec and Smartmatic to explain and TAKE CUSTODY of all the VCMs leaseds by Comelec from Smartmatic, used or unused.
