With all due respect to Sara Duterte and all
the other senatorial candidates, they should just IGNORE the challenge of Ocho
Derecho for another debate.
Accepting the Ocho Derecho dare would be a WASTE
OF TIME. It would just be DESPERATELY NEEDED MEDIA MILEAGE for Ocho Derecho at
the expense of Sara and the senatorial rivals of Ocho Derecho.
TWO DEBATES have already been conducted, in
Channel 2 and Channel 7. Ocho Derecho bets performed way below expectations,
and thus were unacceptable to the people. So why give them another chance to
increase their DYING CHANCES in the May elections?
Debating again with Ocho Derecho WON’T DO ANY
good for Sara’s senatorial bets, and the rest of the candidates.
It will be USELESS for anyone to demolish Ocho
Derecho anymore because this early, the surveys and humiliating social media
posts (like they’re being ignored by the people at Plaza Miranda last Monday) clearly
show they will need a MIRACLE TO WIN.
If the Ocho Derecho are in a MISERABLE STATUS
this early in the campaign, it’s NOBODY’S FAULT. Neither is it the obligation
of any of their rivals to give them any elbow room. And chances for debates are
NOT, AND WILL NEVER BE, UNLIMITED.
