CORY AQUINO’S PRESIDENCY VIOLATED CONSTITUTION!

In his column in https://www.manilatimes.net/five-facts-about-edsa-we-didnt-know-at-the-time/516842/, veteran and respected journalist Rigoberto Tiglao revealed that Cory Aquino was not qualified to run for president in the Feb. 7, 1986 snap election.

Tiglao said both the 1935 and 1973 constitutions clearly stated that the president must be a “resident of the Philippines for at least 10 years immediately preceding the election.” But Cory left the Philippines with her husband Ninoy on May 8, 1980 to live in Boston in the United States with her husband Ninoy.

Let me add that Cory returned to the Philippines ONLY AFTER Ninoy was killed in August 1983. So that only gives her an approximately two-and-a-half year residency, or seven-and-a-half years SHORT of the constitutional requirement.

Take note, people, this NEVER CAME OUT IN MEDIA during Cory’s presidency. So now, law experts correct me if I’m wrong:

Any violation of the Constitution is ILLEGAL. So the question now is WERE ALL of Cory’s acts/decisions as president illegal, too? Like the sale of Philippine Airlines to the private sector? And the sale of other government assets? Plus the creation of the Presidential Commission on Good Government?

WHAT HAPPENS NOW to all these, including financial and physical assets covered by Cory’s orders? EVERYBODY is welcome to comment.
