With the desperation she has been showing lately,
Leni Robredo must PUBLICLY VOW TO ACCEPT DEFEAT if she loses in the protest filed
against her by Bongbong Marcos.
With full media coverage and in writing as
well, Leni must pledge to IMMEDIATELY leave the Office of the Vice-President if
the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) rules that Bongbong is the true
winner in the vice-presidential race in last year’s elections.
She must promise to initiate a smooth turnover
of the office at once. She must assure the people that she will not cling to
power by filing one motion or petition after another the moment the PET rules
against her favor.
If Leni is 100 percent honest in saying that
her victory was fair and square, it should not be a problem for her to make
this vow. If she won’t then we, the people, will have a very big problem just
in case. 30
