LENI LOSING CREDIBILITY DAILY AS VP!

I wonder if Leni Robredo realizes that she\s LOSING MORE AND MORE CREDIBILITY, RESPECT and public sympathy daily, while Bongbong Marcos’ protest against her remains pending.  For the simple reason that the Supreme Court (SC), acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) has NOT YET DECIDED that her victory as vice-president was indeed clean and fair. 

Regardless of what she says or does, her continued stay in the Office of the Vice-President REMAINS QUESTIONABLE, SUSPICIOUS. And without even a tentative date for the start of the PET trial, and TOTAL INACTION by the Comelec on ALL the DAMNING events, admissions and discoveries related to Bongbong’s protest, public perception is rapidly spreading that Leni is just BEING PROTECTED and her victory isn’t really totally clean.

At the EXPENSE OF OUR TAXES.

Especially considering the fact that Leni herself IS NOT PUSHING for the immediate START of the PET trial to clear her name once and for all. She insists on the fairness of the vice-presidential election. But she IGNORES the chance for her to prove this, an abnormal reaction for somebody who claims she’s innocent.

Sa mga nagtatanong na kung bakit ayaw kong tigilan si Leni dahil may protesta naman na: hangga’t PATULOY NA BINABALE-WALA ang protesta ni Bongboing at HINDI LUMALABAS ANG KATOTOHANAN, WALA RIN AKONG BALAK TIGILAN SI LENI.  Hindi ko hihintaying MAGKALIMUTAN, MABAON SA LIMOT o matapos muna ang kwestyonableng panunungkulan ni Leni bago ako magsalita.  Kaya nga madala sko rin maisip: NAKAKATULOG PA KAYA NG MAAYOS SI LENI SA GABI? 30

BONGBONG PROTEST DELAY WILL DESTROY SC

I sincerely hope that the Supreme Court, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) is not forgetting the reality that the LONGER the protest of Bongbong Marcos versus Leni Robredo is delayed, the more will their IMPARTIALITY BE QUESTIONABLE, IF NOT DESTROYED.  And protest lead Associate Justice Alfredo Caqguioa, an appointee of former President Noynoy Aquino, had better be ready for this possibility.

MAS LALALIM ang paniniwala ng marami na INUUPUAN.  delaying tactic ang hindi pa pagsisimula ng proteta ni Bongbong  PITONG BUWAN MATAPOS ITONG IHAIN SA SC, Lalo pa at WALA PA RING BINIBIGHAY na paliwanag ang PET o si Caguioa kung bakit HINDI PA ITINATAKDA man lamang ang simula ng pagdinig sa protesta.

This despite the fact that Bongbong himself has noted that the last pleading on the protest was filed more than FOUR MONTHS AGO, on Sept. 9, 2016. And that under the 2010 PET rules, the tribunal shall order a preliminary conference after the filing of the last pleading to discuss, among others, the possibility of obtaining stipulations or admissions of facts and documents to avoid unnecessary proof.

The PET has also not ORDERED THE COMELEC TO IMMEDIATELY EXPLAIN SIGNS OF POSSIBLE CHEATING in the vice-presidential election. Among these are the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE made by Smartmatic on the script of the transparency server (which the Comelec continues to refuse to show) when Boinbong was leading by almost a million votes over Leni; Smartmatic’s admission of using other servers which even the Comelec did not know about; the escape o a Smartmatic engineer included in charges earlier filed by Bongbong’s camp and the INACTION of the Comelec on it and  the LOADED SD cards on vote counting machines (VCM) which the Comelec itself had first declared as UNUSED

Amid all these, Smartmatic remains UNTOUCHED by the Comelec, without any CLEAR REASON OR JUSTIFICATION. Instead, earlier reports said, Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista is calling for the COMPLETE PAYMENT of Smarmatic’s services during the elections.

More than 14 million people voted for Bongbong in the election. These 14 million people ALL HAVE THEIR EYES on the PET, particularly in the tribunal’s FAIRNESS.  Here’s hoping Caguioa is aware of that. 30

DESTROY DUTERTE/PNP PLOT BEHIND JEE SLAY!

Any way you look at it, the Jee Ick Joo kidnap-slay is part of a destabilization plot against the Duterte Administration, and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

First: Jee was abducted from his homer in Angeles City in Pampanga last Oct. 18. On the same day, a story in reuters.com/investigates/special-report/philippines-duterte-data/ reported that nearly 2,300 people have been killed since President Digong Duterte began his anti-drug war. Ordinary people like us can only imagine how many tens or hundreds of millions of pesos have been lost by drug lords until that time.

Second: The heat was on drug lords and illegal drugs. Police ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG operatives executed the abduction, NOT FROM ANY OTHER PNP unit. 

Third: The justification or pretext for Jee’s abduction was the ‘Oplan Tokhang’ or visits by police anti-drug personnel to the homes of suspected drug lords or pushers/users.

Fourth: Most of all, Jee was KILLED INSIDE CAMP CRAME, which is the PNP General Headquarters. He could have been killed SOMEWHERE ELSE, where the chances of the suspects being identified would be very highly unlikely. But the killers chose Camp Crame instead. What else would have been more shameful than to the PNP, and to President Digong’s anti-drug war? And think about this, guys: Jee’s killers would not have had the guts to kill Jee inside Camp Crame if they did not know VERY INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE are behind them.

The Jee kidnap-slay is MUCH, MUCH DEEPER than what it seems to be, people. Believe me. 30

BONGBONG PROTEST DELAY RAISES FRAUD RISKS!

In case some people don’t realize it, the longer the delay in the protest of Bongbong Marcos versus Leni Robredo the higher the risk for anomalies.

Until proceedings start, anybody can do anything to any and all objects and documents which can be used as evidence. Like WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW. There’s the unauthorized change made by Smartmatic n the script of the transparency server, which the Comelec continues to refuse to show. Smartmatic admitted using other servers which the Comelec did not even know about, and from which NOTHING HAS BEEN HEARD ABOUT SINCE. A total of 26 loaded SD cards which had been earlier reported as unused by the Comelec were turned over to the poll body for decryption. But data in 13 of the SD cards have disappeared.

There are more issues, NONE of which has been acted upon by the Comelec. So unless the Supreme Court, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) starts the trial and begins issuing subpoenas, orders, and other similar directives, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE that tampering is not happening and every possible proof will be totally safeguarded.

Not to mention the fact that the second highest office of the country is at stake in the protest, and our taxes continue to be spent on salary and allowances, and other expenses of Leni in the Office of the Vice-President. Despite her continued, highly suspicious term.

We deserve nothing less than the truth, and legitimacy of the vice-presidency. 30

President Digong Duterte should order the Comelec as soon as possible to STOP IGNORING ALL QUESTIONABLE issues on the protest of Bongbong Marcos versus Leni Robredo and start acting and producing results.

MAMASAPANO ISSUES MAR ROXAS MUST EXPLAIN!

Let’s not forget that apart from former President PNoy Aquino, Mar Roxas also has a lot to explain on the Mamasapano Massacre of the SAF 44.

Mar was among, if not the first officials to describe the fight between the SAF 44 and as many as 1,000 terrorists as a MIS-ENCOUNTER!  But he also admitted in a Senate hearing that early on the day of the massacre, he was getting conflicting reports on what was really happening. So WHO TOLD HIM it was a mis-encounter, what time and where? What was his basis for believing it? Considering how smart he’s supposed to be, it would be both ridiculous and impossible for Mar NOT TO KNOW what a mis-encounter is. More importantly, did anybody order him to declare the fight as a mis-encounter to media?  When the truth finally came out, it was never reported that Mar reprimanded, penalized or even asked whoever described the raging fight as a mis-encounter. Why?    

The SAF 44 were police commandoes. Being the Interior and Local Government secretary then, Mar was the immediate boss of the Philippine National Police (PNP). He also admitted that he was with PNoy at the Edwin Andrews Airbase in Zamboanga City in the heat of the battle.

So WHY WERE NO REINFORCEMENTS DISPATCHED to the SAF 44?  Did he issue an order for it? If yes, what happened? If no, why not? The SAF 44 WERE HIS MEN? Did he even try to recommend, or insist, on a rescue mission to PNoy? If yes, what happened? If no, why not?

Roxas would also be in a very good position to reveal why PNoy did not send reinforcements to the SAF 44 until the battle ended after some 10 LONG HOURS.  Again he was WITH PNoy in the base at the height of the fight.   

And as I had pointed out in my earlier post, determining the exact location of the SAF 44 should not have been too tough a problem. Any aircraft could have been dispatched to the fight scene to plot the coordinates of the SAF 44’s position. The SAF 44 were IN THEIR UNIFORMS. The battle site was an OPEN-AIR CORNFIELD. IMPOSIBLENG HINDI MAKILALA AGAD ANG SAF 44 kahit mula sa ere. Most of all, the headquarters of an Army unit were just KILOMETERS AWAY from the battle scene, Companions of the SAF 44 were positioned in areas NEARBY and had reportedly wanted to rush to the fight to help. If necessary, PNP and military units could have been AIRLIFTED to Mamasapano and the trip would surely not have taken 10 LONG HOURS.30

The non-invite of Leni Robredo to the Miss Universe coronation rites is NOT just a simple case of lack of VIP tickets. And it’s definitely NOT THE FAULT of the Department of Tourism (DOT) as some of her fanatics are trying to portray.

The non-invite is PROOF that even if Leni is the sitting vice-president of the country, SHE DOES NOT ENJOY THE IMPORTANCE AND RECOGNITION  of the international organizers of the pageant. Otherwise, a seat in the VIP section would have been AUTOMATICALLY RESERVED for Leni being the second highest official of the host country. Long before the coronation night was scheduled. Remember, the Philippines is ONLY the host country. EVERYTHING related to the pageant is at the discretion of the organizers.

Whether or not she and her camp admit it, it’s a HARD SLAP on Leni’s face.

Considering the fact that Leni has TRAVELLED TO VARIOUS COUNTRIES FOUR OR FIVE TIMES since she became sitting vice-president seven months ago. Trios which had given her a lot of international exposure.

SERENO, CAGUIOA BETTER INHIBIT FROM MARCOS PROTEST!

If the Supreme Court (SC), acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) would still NOT SCHEDULE the start of sessions for the protest of Bongbong Marcos versus Leni Robredo, Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno and lead justice for the protest Alfredo Caguioa had better inhibit this early. And Sereno had better NAME ANOTHER JUSTICE who will decide AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON WHEN TO BEGIN THE PROCEEDINGS.

I am zeroing in on Sereno and Caguioa in particular because as Chief Justice, Sereno has the FINAL APPROVAL on PET operations. Caguioa is the one who is supposed to evaluate everything and make all recommendations on the protest. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

In filing for a petition for a preliminary conference, Bongbong noted that the last pleading on the protest was filed more than FOUR MONTHS AGO, on Sept. 9, 2016. If there are still hindrances to the start of the protest, the PET should reveal and explain ti to the public immediately

PERSONAL INTERESTS, specifically a lust for glory and money, are emerging in the Mamasapano massacre of the SAF 44.

First: Details of the PNP-SAF 44’s mission WAS NOT SHARED and/or coordinated in advance with top PNP officials, including then acting PNP Director-General Leonardo Espina, and the military.  But both Pnoy and then SAF chief Getulio Napenas ADMIIT that the US government WAS AWARE of the mission and had even provided information and equipment for its success.  

Sa Amerika, PUWEDENG MAGBIGAY NG IMPORMASYON O DETALYE. Pero sa KAPUWA NILA PULIS, mga matataas na opisyales ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) na mga KAKLASE NILA sa Philippine Military Academy o mga DATI NANG KAIBIGAN na makakatulong sana sa SAF 44, WALANG DAPAT MAKAALAM.  Kahit na inamin na ni PNoy sa isang interview na sa briefing pa lamang ay alam na niyang baka mapalaban ang SAF 44 sa hanggang 3,000 terorista.

I can only think of two possible reasons – LUST FOR FAME, GLORY AND THE REWARD MONEY in vase the SAF 44 returned safe from their already successful mission or TOTAL DISTRUST of the military.

Second: PNoy is insisting that he still used Purisima for the Mamasapano operation even if the then PNP chief was UNDER SUSPENSION  because of the top cop’s vast knowledge on the task, including details on the target, international terrorist Marwan.  

So if PNoy and Purisima had no PERSONAL INTERESTS OR HIDDEN AGENDA, why did he not order the suspended PNP chief to turn over everything he knows and he has about Marwan to Espina? And to a select group of military officials who are more familiar with Mamasapano and its terrain than the SAF 44? Surely, Espina and other top PNP and military generals can do what Purisima can do with the Mamasapano operation.

Para matahimik na ang mga kaluluwa ng SAF 44, may MAGSALITA NA SANA sa mga NAKASAKSI NG LAHAT NG NANGYARI noong Mamasapano Massacre. Lalo na iyung mga nakakaalam ng tunay na dahilan KUNG BAKIT WALANG PINADALANG REINFORCEMENTS si PNoy Aquino.

NAMATAY LAHAT ang SAF 44 dahil WALANG DUMATING NA REINFORCEMENTS. Hindi lang dahil sa hindi nag-coordinate kuno si dating SAF chief Getulio Napenas sa military, tulad ng deklarasyon ni PNoy. Kayo ang TANGING PAGASA para malantad ang katotohanan. Katotohanan na tanging susi sa katarungan. Kung hindi kayo tutulong, para na rin kayong kasabwat ng mga pumatay sa at naging dahilan ng massacre ng SAF 44. At maniwala kayo, tutoo ang KARMA.

Hindi na presidente si PNoy. Wala na kayong dapat ikatakot. At tandaan ninyo: KAINITAN pa lang ng labanan, ALAM na ni PNoy na NA-TRAP na ang SAF 44 at DAAN-DAAN ANG NAKAKALABAN. At NASA EDWIN ANDREWS AIRBASE siya sa Zamboanga noon. MAY MGA EROPLANO O HELICOPTER AT MGA SUNDALO doon. on Pero HINDI SIYA NAGUTOS nito.

The Supreme Court (SC), acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), owes the public an explanation on why it has not even scheduled the start of proceedings on the protest of Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo.

Marcos himself noted that the last pleading on the protest was filed more than FOUR MONTHS AGO, on Sept. 9, 2016. But under the 2010 PET rules, the tribunal shall order a preliminary conference after the filing of the last pleading to discuss, among others, the possibility of obtaining stipulations or admissions of facts and documents to avoid unnecessary proof and the simplification of issues; the limitation of the number of witnesses and the fastest way for the retrieval of ballot boxes containing the ballots, election returns, certificates of canvass and other election document.

Kaya ANO PA BA ANG HINIHINTAY NG PET? ANO PA ANG PUMIPIGIL sa kanila para simulan na ang protesta ni Bongbong? MAY PUMIPIGIL BA?

There’s also the REFUSAL of the Comelec to have private sector computer experts examine the UNAUTHORIZED CHANGE made by Smartmatic in the script of the transparency server in the heat of the canvassing votes on election night. Remember, Bongbong’s almost ONE MILLIO -VOTE LEAD over Leni was wiped out JUST HOURS after the change was done.

START BONGBONG PROTEST VS LENI NOW!

A story in abs-cbnnerws.com says Bongbong Marcos has asked the Supreme Court, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) to schedule a preliminary conference on his poll protest against Leni Robredo.

With this, there’s NO MORE REASON NOT TO START with the proceedings immediately.

The last pleading on the protest was filed more than FOUR MONTHS AGO, on Sept. 9, 2016. But under the 2010 PET rules, the tribunal shall order a preliminary conference after the filing of the last pleading to discuss: the possibility of obtaining stipulations or admissions of facts and documents to avoid unnecessary proof; the simplification of issues; the limitation of the number of witnesses; the fastest way for the retrieval of ballot boxes containing the ballots, election returns, certificates of canvass and other election documents involved in the election protest; and other matters which can help fast-track the disposition of the protest or petition for quo warranto.

And let’s not forget, guys, both Bongbong and Leni have submitted their evidence and other requirements for the protest, with Bongbong having as many as 20,000 pages of proof as against Leni’s, the volume of which only she and her lawyers know. To top it all, the Comelec HAS NOT ACTED OR EXPLAINED controversial actions and discoveries related to the protest t date.

We are NOT REQUIRED to spend for Leni INDEFINITELY. We DO NOT DESERVE this INHUMANE CRUELTY. Neither does Leni deserve EVERYTHING she’s enjoying now at the people’s expense. This must stop. The TRUTH must come out now once and for all.. NOBODY has the MORAL  RIGHT to withhold it indefinitely. 30

Sa halip na malinis ang kaniyang pangalan, LALONG IDNIIN ni daring Pangulong PNoy Aquino ang kaniyang sarili sa massacre ng SAF 44 sa Mamasapano dalawang taon na ang nakakaraan.

In his reply to attacks by President Digong Duterte in a story in gmanews.tv, Aquino DID NOT ANSWER the key question WHY DID HE NOT SEND REINFORCEMENTS DESPITE REPEATED CALLS by the AF 44 and their superior officers, UNTIL THE 44 WERE ALL DEAD.

First. Digong is NOT FACING ANY LEADERSHIP CRISIS. The latest popularity surveys still give him a VERY GOOD RATING. There are NO MASSIVE, CONTINUOUS PROTESTS by the majority of the people. Except for the Liberals and their MINORITY ALLIES, senators and congressmen HAVE NOT EVEN JOKED about ousting Digong from Malacanang. Even acting Liberal Party head Francis Pangilinan recently said ikn a press statement that they would still be willing to support Digong. So WHAT LEADERSHIP CRISIS is De Lima talking about? DOES SHE EVEN KNOW THE MEANING of leadership crisis?

Second: Duterte is HIGHLY QUALIIFIED, legally and professionally, to initiate a new prove of the Mamnasapano massacre. He is the President of the country. Apart from being also a lawyer like De Lima, Duterte was once a PROSECUTOR or fiscal. De Lima was NEVER A PROSECUTOR. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Third: Lack of accomplishments? Among others, under Digong, at least ONE MILLION PUSAHERS AND USERS of Illegal drugs SURRENDERED. Imagine how many thousands more crimes would have been committed if that had not happened. Filipino fishermen can fish again in the Spratlys. Government housing units for victims of super typhoon ‘Yolanda’ were FINALLY COMPLETED and occupied in some areas.  The notorious ‘laglag bala’ racket at the airports stopped.  The list goes on..

Regardless of what and how much explanation is made by anyone, it can’t be denied that the PNP-SAF 44 WERE LEFT TO DIE in their final fight at Mamasapano two years ago today.

The encounter lasted for some 10 AGONIZING HOURS, BUT NO REINFORCEMENT OF ANY KIND EVERY ARRIVED to support the SAF 44 and get them out of the battle. I am not, and have never been a soldier. But I will dare say that 10 HOURS WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE, MUCH MORE THAN ENOUGH, to resolve whatever had been the problem in rescuing the SAF 44.

Top police and military generals who knew the mission of the SAF 44 in advance, AND MOST OF ALL THEN PRESIDENT PNOY AQUINO, were also informed of the Mamasapano gunfight SHORTLY AFTER IT BEGAN. Most, if not all, of the generals were products of the Philippine Military Academy where only the smart guys graduate. It would be IDIOTIC to think that they did Not know what to do, how to solve fast whatever the problem was in sending reinforcements to the SAF44,

Bago matabunan sa media ng kaso ng pagpatay kay Jee Ick Joo, HUWAG NATING KALIMUTAN mga kababayan na may 93 pang SD cards na hindi nagamit kuno pero may laman nang data na nadiskubre sa mga isinoli ng Comelec na unused vote counting machines (VCM) sa Smartmatic.

Kasama ang 93 ng 13 pang SD cards na hindi rin nagamit kuno pero nakitaan rin ng laman at nakatakda nang eksaminin ng Comelec. Kasalukuyang nasa Senate Electoral Tribunal ang  93  SD cards kaugnay ng protesta ng natalong kandidato na si Francis Tolentino. Uulitin ko lamang, HINDI IKINAILA ng Comelec at ng Smartmatic ang pagkakaroon ng data nang mahigit 100 sa mga hindi nagamit kuno na VCM na isinoli na ng Comelec sa Smartmatc.

WALA PA TAYONG KATIYAKAN kung ano ang laman nung 93 SD cards  --  mga boto ba ng Senate elections lang o mayroon din tungkol sa mga boto nina Leni Robredo at Bongbong Marcos,  ebidensiya ba ng dayaan o hindi ng anumang bilangan.

Kaya’t HUWAG NA HUWAG nating kalimutan ito, mga kababayan. Huwag tayong malunod o mabulag sa araw-araw na balita tungkol sa Jee case hanggang sa makalimutan na natin ang 93 SD cards. LENI'S VICTORY IS DOUBTFUL BECAUSE..

These are excerpts from an explanation by former politician and computer expert Glenn Chong on why he thinks that there was cheating in the victory of Leni Robredo over Bongbong Marcos (BBM). Chong’s explanation was in response to an article by rappler.com which said an examination of election data could prove Leni was the real winner. "In a vain attempt to mislead the public, rappler laced the article with graphs and mathematical calculations from a so-called megamix. But relying purely on numbers is simply not enough. To be conclusive, one needs to drill down further and uncover the underlying facts and circumstances that produced the data.

"An examination of the transmitted results will show that the after the system was manipulated by election officials, the undervotes for the vice president suspiciously rose by a whopping 73% in the Negros Integrated Region and by 62.5% in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, both of which Robredo won heavily,” Chong said.

Chong claimed what could have happened was that valid votes for Marcos  were transferred to undervotes with the use of automation to prevent him from gaining huge margins per precinct

Rappler claimed that Marcos' votes just arrived earlier than Leni's, explaining why the votes for Robredo increased rapidly hours before the finalization of the results.

"Delaying the voting or transmission at the precinct level is not impossible considering that Bicol and Regions VI and VII, plus throw in the ARMM, are under the control of the ruling Liberal Party. Thus, it is not surprising that the delayed transmissions are from areas controlled by Robredo’s party. And equally not surprising is the fact that the manipulation of the system came a few hours after the start of the vote tally.

"BBM built a lead of 943,045 votes when roughly 58,836 precincts transmitted their results. Robredo unbelievably wiped out that lead in just roughly 21,925 precincts transmitting late and built her winning margin in the last 11,749 precincts. In other words, Robredo won heavily in the late precincts by almost twice as much as BBM won in his bailiwick precincts. While the data don’t lie, the purveyor of the data can very well make a lie,” Chong added. 30

PANIC MUCH NA SI LENI!

Hear ye, hear ye, NAGPAPANIC NA SI LENII ROBREDO! Hindi lang basta panic kundi tulad ng favorite expression ng isa kong malapit na kaibigan, PANIC MUCH NA!

A story in tribune.net.ph says in a press conference in Camarines Sur last Saturday, Leni said Bongbong Marcos should just concede and accept his loss instead of pushing through with his protest against her.

Kung hindi ba naman PANIC VERY MUCH na si Leni:  BAKIT KAILANGANG MAG-CONCEDE na lang ni Bongbong kung TALAGANG SIGURADO SIYA NA MALINIS ang kaniyang panalo, na WALANG DAYAANG NAGANAP para siya ang  magwaging bise-presidente? Mula nang ifile ni Bongbong ang protesta niya, WALANGTIGIL SA PAGPUPUMILIT ang kampo ni Leni na hindi sila nandaya  o walang dayaang naganap para siya manalo. Pero sa lahat naman ng walang dapat katakutan, na nagsasabing malinis siya, si Leni ang TAKOT NA MAGPATULOY ANG PROSESO na magpapatunaysa mga ito.

In a PATHETIC ATTEMPT to hide her panic, Robredo gave an IDIOTIC, OR SHOULD I SAY LIE, as her justification: “Instead of us just working, we now have to fix this mess first, just because he can’t accept his loss.”  Let’s NOT FORGET, people: Leni HAS NO POSITION IN GOVERNMENT NOW.   Other than being the vice-president, the SPARE TIRE of President Digong Duterte, Leni is JOBLESS, and NOT ENGAGED IN ANY OFFICIAL WORK.  SHE KNOWS THIS! So for her to claim instead of her working, she has to fix Bongbong’s protest first is a SHAMELESS, DESPERATE ATTEMPT to gain public sympathy by FOOLING THEM!

Robredo insisted that Bongbong’s camp was lying when his lawyer said data found in 13 SD cards which had been first declared by the Comelec as UNUSED was proof of poll fraud. She said since the SD cards had indeed never been used, the fraud allegations cannot obviously be true.

Kung hindi ba naman tlalagang TARANTA MUCH na itong si Leni:

Kaya nga ang isyu, BAKIT MAY LAMAN NA YUNG 13 SD CARDS kung talagang UNUSED? SINO NAGLAGAY NUNG LAMAN, multo? Yung SD cards mismo?  Ilang araw na nalagay sa national at social media ang pagkakaroon ng laman ng hindi nagamit kuno na 13 SD cards. Sisimulan na nga sanang i-decrypt o buksan ng Comelec. Watch out, guys, especially Bongbong Marcos and his legions of supporters: BAKA MAG-MILAGRO NA NAMAN para kay Leni Robredo!

A story in gmanews.tv quoted Leni as saying “Obviously hindi iyon totoo” when she was asked to comment on a statement by Bongbong’s camp that data in 13 SD cards which had been earlier declared by the Comelec as UNUSED was proof of massive poll fraud. Now THINK ABOUT THESE, PEOPLE:

Ang 13 SD cards ay kasama ng 127 iba pa na hindi nagamit kuno noong eleksiyon pero nadiskubreng may laman nang mga  data nang isoli ang mga ito ng Comelec sa Smartmatic kasama ng kanilang mga vote counting machines (VCM). HINDI IKINAILA NG Comleec at ng Smartmatic ang nadiskubreng mga data nang ireport ito sa media. Dahil  kinuha muna ng Senate Electoral Tribunal ang mahigit 90 sa  127 VCMs, 26 lamang ang natira para mauna nang eksamnin ng Comelec.

Pero nang tingnan na ng Comelec ang 26 na SD cards, BURADO NA ANG LAMAN ng 13 sa mga ito. WALA PANG PALIWANAG ang Smartmatic at WALA RING INIUUTOS NA IMBESTIGASYON ang Comelec. HINDI PINAGPAPALIWANAG ng Comelec anf Smartmatic. Ang matindi pa, AYAW MAGBIGAY NG COMELEC ng petsa kung kasilan nila matatapos eksaminin ang 13 SD cards. Samantalang ayon sa isang computer expert na kinonsulta ko, matagal na ang 30 minutos para maeklsamin ang encrypted datra na nasa 13 SD cards. At kung famit naman ang sasabihing problema ng Comelec, may nabibili naman daw.

Ngayon, matapos MAGLAHO ANG DATA sa 13 iba pang SD cards, heto na si Leni at SINISIGURADO nang hindi ebidensiyha ng malawakang dayaan ang laman ng 13 natitirang SD cards. Parang noong eleksiyon noong isang taon.

Mula sa pagiging PANGHULI o malapit sa hulihan, BIGLANG NAG-NUMBER 1 si Leni sa mga survey dalawangl inggo bago magelesiyon. At ilang araw pa bago ang halalan, SINISIGURADO NA NIYA ANG KANIYANG PANALO.    Sa araw ng eleksiyon, umabot na sa halos ISANG MILYONG BOTO ang lamang ni Bongbong kay Leni nang gumabi na. Pero LUMIPIAS LANG ANG MAGDAMAG, NATULOG LANG ANG SAMBAYANAN, NAWALA ang isang milyong lamang n Bongbong at tuluy-tuloy nang lumamang si Leni hanggang sa matapos ang bilangan. Agad na nagrekalmo si Boingbong pero BINALE-WALA SYA ng Comelec, tulad ng nangyayari ngayon sa usapin gn SD cards.

One of our readers, Nikki Docta, shared this comment on the challenge of Leni Robredo’s camp to Bongbong Marcos to prove massive election fraud with the initial 13 LOADED BUT DECLARED BY THE COMELEC AS UNUSED SD cards or withdraw his electoral protest against her: “Kaya nga may husgado, sila magdedetermine nyan!” Let me elaborate:

MALIWANAG NA KABOBOHAN AT BRAINWASHING ang ipinakita nina Leni at ng kaniyang abugado na si Romy Macalintal sa hamong iyun. May pending electoral protest na si Bongbongf laban kay Leni sa Korte Suprema, na umaaktong Presidential Electoral Tribunal (P.E.T). Kaya’t P.E.T  LAMANG ang may karapatan o kapangyarihang MAGPATUNAY AT MAGDEKLARA ng katotohanan ng anumang bagay o statement o legalidadf o hindi ng KAHIT NA ANONG MAY KAUGNAYAN sa protesta. So for Macalintal to challenge Bongbong to proive massive fraud in the 13 SD cards is OUTRIGHT STUPIDITY. The statement of Bongbong’s lawyer that the 13 loaded SD cards was proof of massive electoral fraud was just his opinion. It’s just like Macalintal when he says Leni’s votes were all valid and her victory as vice-president was clean.

Uuliitin ko, P.E.T LAMANG ang may kapangyarihan na MAGPATUNAY at magdeklara kung ebidensiya nga ng massive fraud o ,malawakang dayaan ang laman ng  13 SD cards.  Gusto lamang LOKOHIN, O IKONDISYON ng kampo ni Leni ang  isip ng publiko na  hindi nagsasabi ng tutoo ang kampo ni Bongbong dahil ALAM NILANG HINDI ITO ang magdedesisyon sa laman ng 13 SD cards.

NO NEED FOR BATO TO RESIGN!

There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for PNO chief Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa to resign for watching the Bryan Adams concert after he learned that Korean businessman, Jee Ick-joo, was murdered inside the PNP General Headquarters in Camp Crame.

First: Jee had LONG BEEN DEAD when Bato was informed about the slay inside Crame. He DID NOT uncover the plan to kill Jee inside the camp IN ADVANCE and tolerated it, or did nothing to stop it.

Second: As PNP chief, IT WAS NOT Bato’s  job to personally investigate how was Jee murdered right inside the camp. His presence in the concert DID NOT SUSPEND OR HAVE ANY NEGATIVE EFFECT on the investigation.

Third: The case HAS BEEN SOLVED. It did not remain idle indefinitely. The policeman who strangled Jee to death is now detained, and his cohorts identified.

Fourth: The Jee killing inside Crame IS NOT THE LONE GAUGE OR STANDARD in determining the moral and professional fitness of Bato to continue serving as PNP chief.  Bato’s accomplishments, especially in the war against illegal drugs, FAR, FAR OUTWEIGH the unfortunate lapse in the killing of Jee. Whether government critics admit it or not, the anti-drug war HAS SAVED AND SPARED COUNTLESS LIVES from drug lords and pushers, and the evils triggered by drug abuse like murder, robbery and rape.  

Think hard about these people: HOW MANY MORE THOUSANDS OF CRIMES WOULD HAVE HAPPENED had the one million or so drug pushers and addicts not surrendered?  How many hundreds or thousands more of policemen and innocent civilians would have been killed, women raped and homes or establishments robbed?

The Jee killing alone is DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH to wipe out these accomplishments by Bato and justify calls for his resignation. 30

KAGULANGAN, PANLOLOKO NG LENI CAMP!

Tingnan ninyo, mga kababayan, kung gaano KAGULANG AT MANLOLOKKO ang kampoi ni Leni Robredo tungkol sa umiinit na senyales ng PANDARAYA sa 13 mga MAY LAMAN NANG SD CARDS na nauna nang sinabi ng Comelec na HINDI NAGAMIT noong eleksiyon.

In a story in inquirer.net, Robredo’s lawyer Romulo Macalintal dared Bongbong Marcos and his lawyer to withdraw their electoral protest if they fail to prove massive fraud in the May elections based on the data in the unused SD cards.

Kung hindi ba naman PANLOLOKO NA NAMAN sa sambayanan ito, si Macalintal na rin ang nagsabi kahapon  o kamakalawa lamang na HINDI SD CARDS LAMANG ang basehan ng resulta ng eleksiyon. Tapos ngayon, gusto ng Leni camp na basta hindi massive fraud o malawakang dayaan ang makita sa SD cards, dapat nang iwithdraw ni Bongbong ang kaniyang protesta. Gusto pa tayong gawing SUPER TANGA ni Leni at ng mga alagad niya.

At isipin ninyo ito, mga kababayan, kung susundin ang utak ni Macalintal, di kung hindi pala malawakan ang mak,ikitang pandaraya, dapat ok lang, ganun. WALA DAPAT MAGING PARUSA o anumang dapat gawin si Leni. Kung hindi pa rin KAGULANGAN ANG TAWAG DITO, siguruhin lang ng kokontra na may LAMAN aang magiging paliwanag niya. At kung gusto pa ng mga pro_Leni ng dagdag pruweba ng kagulangan ng idolo nila, idipin ninyo tio mga kababayan:

Macalintal said if massive fraud will be found in the 13 SD cards, he was willing to give up his law practice and withdraw as her counsel. ONLY THAT. LENI DOESN’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. LENI DOESN’T HAVE TO YIELD the vice-presidency or resign. No nothing. But if there’s no massive fraud, Boingbong must do the ultimate act, withdraw his protest.

IT’S LENI WHO’S DREAMING, NOT BONGBONG! 

As expected, Leni Robredo’s camp is saying that Bongbong Marcos’s camp must be dreaming in saying that election fraud  has been proven in data found by the Comelec in SD cards which were supposedly unused  during the May 2016 polls. My take: IT’S LENI WHO’S DREAMING! The ISSUES AT HAND EXISTS. They are REAL. They are NOT NON-EXISTENT as dreams are supposed to be.

There are INDEED LOADED SD CARDS which had been earlier declared by the Comelec as UNUSED. Kung TALAGANG HINDI NAGAMIT, DAPAT AY WALANG LAMAN ang mga SD cards. Kung WALANG DAPAT ITAGO sa mga loaded na SD cards, bakit idineklara ng Comelec na hindi nagamit ang mga ito? BAKT ISINAMA sa mga hindi nagamit na SD cards?

Kung natatandaan ninyo, mga kababayan, 127 SD cards mula sa 127 HINDI NAGAMIT KUNO na VCMs ang naulat sa media na MAY LAMAN NG DATA nang inspeksiyunin ang mga ito matapos isoli ng Comelec, kasama ng mahigit 1,000 iba pang unused VCMs kuno, sa Smartmatic noong nakaraang Oktubre. HINDI ITO DINENY NG COMELEC at ng Smartmatic. WALA ring nabalitang imbestigasyon ang Comelec tungkol dito. Pero ibinulgar ni computer expert at dating Biliran Congressman Glenn Chong sa isang storya sa manilatimes.net na sa inisyal na 26 na SD cards na sinusuri na ng Comelec, WALA NG LAMAN ANG 13. Samantalang, uulitin ko, HINDI IKINAILA ng Comelec at ng Smartmatic na MAY LAMAN NANG DATA ang 127 SD cards nang isoli ang mga ito. SINOLI lang sa Smartmatic, NABURA NA ANG LAMAN. Hanggang sa snulat koi to, WALANG DENIAL ang Comelec o ang Smartmatic sa sinabi ni Chong.

Chong added that of the 13 remaining, supposedly unused SD cards one, with Serial No. BUF0631C, showed signs of tampering He pointed out that Smartmatic had earlier claimed that they had only used the Linux operating system (OS) in formatting the SD cards. But BUF0631C had telltale marks that the Windows OS had been used to access it I consulted a kumpadre of mine who has been a computer expert all his life. His immediate comment was why was BUF0631C accessed with the Windows OS if it had been formatted with the Linux OS? My kumpadre’s exact words were “What  makes BUF0631C so special?”

Hindi lang NANAGINIP si Leni…BINABANGUNGOT PA! Kumontra na ang kokontra. 30
