I can’t help but wonder what makes Leni Robredo
so seemingly SPECIAL to the Supreme Court, acting as the Presidential Electoral
Tribunal (PET), in particular to Bongbong Marcos protest lead Justice Alfredo
Benjamin Caguioa and Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno. Directly and indirectly,
Leni has been getting away with every defiant move and suspicious development
in Bongbong’s protest against her.
A story in journal.com.ph says in one of their
recent summer sessions in Baguio City, the PET deferred ruling on Leni’s motion
for reconsideration of the PET decision allowing Bongbong’s protest to proceed.
In effect, this further delayed the start of the proceedings for the protest.
But what makes the deferment suspicious is it comes after the NON-COMPLIANCE of
Leni to the initial installment required by PET for the recount of votes for her
counter-protest against Bongbong. A non-compliance which, three lawyers have informed
me, was solid ground for the immediate dismissal of Leni’s counter-protest. But NEITHER CAGUIOA NOR SERENO has said a word
of reprimand or even disappointment. As if nothing happened.
Bongbong beat the deadline for his recount fee
with an initial P36 million deposit. Reports say the PET has officially accepted
Bongbong’s initial payment for his recount fee but Caguioa has yet to announce a
schedule on when the retrieval of ballot
boxes covered by the protest will start and how will it be done. Let’s not forget that Caguioa has also not yet
set a preliminary conference for Bongbong’s protest, even though PET rules
state that the same must be scheduled after the last pleading has been filed.
Bongbong had earlier noted that the last pleading was filed in September last
year.
And in case you’ve forgotten, guys, Leni was
LATE in filing her reply to Bongbong’s protest last year. But the PET still
accepted it, without imposing any sanctions on her. Plus the various HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS
events related to the protest, like the UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION by Smartmatic to
the script of the transparency server which the Comelec CONTINUES TO HIDE from
audit by private sector experts and LOADED SD cards earlier declared by Conelec
as unused during the polls.

ReplyDeleteCguro delaying tactics naghihintay rin sila na mapalayas ang Pres. at yang babaing yan ang papalit (Revolution na lang) 'di kase sila magkakapera sa Govt. ngayon tsaka siguro marami silang dapat panagutan. eh kung si lugaw ang maging pres. libre na sila. Isa pa di ko alam kung anong ikinatatakot nila kay Bongbong Marcos. Para sa'kin mag gyera na lang kaysa si lugaw o ibang dilawan na naman ang maghari.
