OUR 2016 VOTES ARE IN SERIOUS DANGER, GUYS!

Our 2016 votes are in BIG, BIG TROUBLE boys and girls! A story in philstar.com says the Commission on Elections (Comelec) has NO FUNDS for the transmission of the ballots -- from 110,000 clustered precincts to various tabulation centers in towns, provinces and cities up to the Comelec and Congress. Documents show that the poll body HAS ALLOCATED FUNDS for the following:  P1.5 billion for per diems for public school teachers, P840 million for overtime pay, P1.2 billion for training and seminar, P1 billion for “OTHER SERVICES,” P755 million for supplies and materials, P279 million for freight and transportation, P155 million for honoraria and P225 million for wages. But NO TRANSMITTAL COST.

Kapag nangyari ito, SAGAD SA BUTONG PANGLOLOKO AT PANGAAPI na ito sa atin, mga kababayan. WALANG ANUMANG MAGIGING GARANTIYA na hindi magkakaroon ng MALAWAKAN AT SAGARANG DAYAAN. Bakit PANGLOLOKO? Hindi naman siguro isang tambak na mga TANGA O ULYANIN ang Comelec para huwag isama sa budget para sa eleksyon ang gastusin sa pagpapadala ng mga balota at resulta sa mga tabulation centers. At siguradong walang aamin na ganito ang kahit isa sa kanila.

The more FISHY, NOT JUST SUSPICIOUS but fishy, point is the Comelec will spend P8 BILLION on the CONTROVERSIAL Smartmatic-Total Information Management Corp. (TIM) ALONE for the lease of vote-counting machines. But they don’t have the P1 billion they are requesting for transmittal costs. 

Bata man sa GRADE 6 ay alam na BALE-WALA ang anumang eleksyon kung HINDI MABIBILANG ang mga boto. Kaya bakit hindi automatic na naisama sa budget ang P1 bilyon na transmittal cost? Pangalawa, bakit NGAYON LANG NABALITA ang problemang ito, at ang paghingi nila ng karagdagang pondo sa House of Representatives na unang magaaproba ng election budget? Pangatlo: Kung ang P8 BILYON para sa Smartmatic ay SIMBILIS NG KIDLAT na naaksyunan bakit hindi pa naisabay dito ang gastusin sa transmittal?

At ang magiging TAGOS SA BUTONG PANGAAPI SA ATIN, mga kababayan, ay P18 bilyon na sa BUWIS at iba pang bayarin natin sa gobyerno ang GAGASTUSIN sa halalan, HINDI PA TAYO NAKATITIYAK na ang TUNAY na kagustuhan natin ang MANANAIG pagkatapos ng bilangan.
