CHEATING SCENARIOS IF VOTES WON’T BE TRANSMITTED!

In case our votes won’t be transmitted, or would be UNDULY DELAYED for transmittal to tabulation centers in next year’s polls simply because the Comelec DID NOT ALLOCATE MONEY for it, here are TWO possible cheating scenarios:

First: The PCOS machines will be HACKED while transmittal is being awaited. Hackers will have all the time they need to find a way to alter the results for their client until transmittal can start. Second: UNEXPECTED OR UNSCHEDULED POWER OUTAGES will strike polling precincts, giving way to swapping or changing of the original PCOS to a RIGGED one.  Or EVERYBODY will be forced to leave the precinct for supposedly security reasons because of the darkness, thereby giving way to ON-THE-SPOT manipulation of the PCOS.

We can do two things, IMMEDIATELY, to prevent or fight these possible DEVILISH INTENT AND GIMMICKS:

To ALL COMPUTER EXPERTS, especially INSTRUCTORS AND PROFESSORS: Start joining forces and study this early EVERY POSSIBLE WAY to cheat in or fix the elections once transmittal of the votes won’t be done, IMMEDIATELY, after the polls. Whatever findings you’ll come up with, PLEASE SHARE these with the whole nation through the social media, national or mainstream media and discussions with friends.  Share it as often as you can, as much as you can. Explain your findings in the simplest words possible for easier understanding by all sectors of society.

To the rest of us: Let’s start forming our own groups which will watch polling precincts on election day, from the start of the voting until the counting and transmittal of the votes to tabulation centers.  Let’s all bring flashlights, candles and matches and every lighting equipment we can. This early, let’s start compiling the phone numbers of all TV and radio stations and newspapers,  the main office and branches of the Comelec and police stations and all law enforcement agencies in our areas. So that once an illegal act is committed or something suspicious starts happening, we can report it at once.   

Remember, the results of the elections will affect ALL OF US, no exceptions. So cheating is EVERYBODY’S FIGHT.  Preventing it will be UP TO US. 30
