Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET)
Chairperson and Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno and PET member Justice
Alfredo Caguioa had better INHIBIT themselves from the electoral protest filed
by Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo. Not just because they were appointees
of Bongbong’s arch nemesis Noynoy Aquino but OUT OF DELICADEZA.
It’s been MONTHS since the PET APPROVED the
recount of votes Bongbong had asked for, and SEVERAL MORE MONTHS before they
began acting on the protest.. To date, however, the PET has NOT ANNOUNCED when
the recount would start. Even the retrieval of the questioned ballots from the
three initial provinces covered by Bongbong’s protest has NOT BEEN SET. And
neither Caguioa, who’s the justice for the protest, nor Sereno has EXPLAINED
WHY. As lead justice, it’s Caguioa’s job to initiate or propose any and all moves
that can fast-track the resolution of Bongbong’s protest. Anybody correct me if
I’m wrong.
Amid all these, Robredo CONTINUES TO ENJOY AN
INDEFINITE DEADLINE for the balance of her counter-protest fee against Bongbong.
In total contrast to the COMPLIANCE of Bongbong to the deadline given to him to
pay his protest fee. Plus the CONTINUED INACTION on incidents and the immediate
turnover to the PET of ALL MATERIALS AND PARAPHERNALIA which show signs of
possible cheating during the 2016 vice-presidential polls.
If Sereno and Caguioa have no intention of
expediting the processes for Bongbong’s protest for AN EARLY DECISION, they
should have the DECENCY to step aside and let somebody else take over. We, the
people ARE NOT PAYING FOR THEIR SALARIES AND PERKS to make us WAIT FOR THE
TRUTH for as long as they like. 30
Actually, these two are obviously in cohorts with the Comelec.They are playing people's aggressiveness to know the truth,they should not be in the SC! They are only there for their God Noynoy, not for the interest of the country.The more they delay the recount, the more we believe they are hiding something and BBM was indeed CHEATED!

ReplyDeleteDapat lahat ng appointed na Supreme Court Justices ni Pinoy Aquino ay umalis na rin diyan sa Supreme Court para out of delicadeza everytime na magkakaroon ng decision ang Supreme Court lalu na sa mga legality ng mga decision ng pangulo para hindi masabing bias kung kayo ay sasalungat. Hindi lang sa PET, palagay yun ang mas tama.
