TOTALLY, GROSSLY UNFAIR TO BONGBONG!

06 Oct.  2017

I have just been informed that UP TO NOW, Leni Robredo still has not paid the balance of the fee for her counter-protest against Bongbong Marcos! Neither is there any indication that her camp is about to settle the bill. But her counter protest against Bongbong has not been dismissed either.

This is TOTALLY AND GROSSLY UNFAIR TO BONGBONG.

Bongbong was only given THREE DAYS to pay the first installment of the fee for his protest against Leni. Since the deadline fell on Good Friday, he was granted an extension, but only for a few days. He has since paid in full.

In the case of Leni, it’s been more than a month or two since the deadline. Leni asked for an extension but there have been no reports of a new deadline, making that grace period INDEFINITE Especially considering the fact that when the PET first came out with Bongbong’s fee, Leni IMMEDIATELY YELLED that his protest against her should be dismissed at once if he fails to pay on time.

If there is a law providing Leni with indefinite and unlimited extensions or privileges as sitting vice-president, the PET should inform the people now.  If there’s none, then Leni’s protest against Bongbong should be dismissed at once in the interest of fair play. She hasn’t come out to date with any proof of fraud against Bongbong anyway. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. Plus, if her counter-protest will be rightfully dismissed now, that would FAST-TRACK the resolution of Bongbong’s protest once the recount of the vote’s he’s contesting starts and the true results are shown.

PAREHAS DAPAT ANG LABAN, AS IN PAREHAS. With the numerous SIGNS OF POSSIBLE CHEATING in Leni’s favor from the first night of the canvassing of votes up to the early stages of Bongbong’s protest, ALMOST ALL OF WHICH WERE NEVER RESOLVED by Comelec, Leni DEFINITELY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY EXCEPTIONS.  30

  1. For as long as Sereno and Caguioa are at the SC, we expect the recount to be delayed as this is the only way to block BBM...for now at least. How I wish those justices who are in favor to find the truth and put an end to the issue should stand up and raise sentiment of the majority who voted for BBM.

  4. Yes, indeed. The yellow #SCPET is obviously favoring the fake Leni Robredo. This is not only grave injustice against BBM, who observed and followed rules to the letter despite being the real winner in the 2016 VP race, but moreso, to the majority who voted for BBM. These justices headed by Lourdes Serena este Sereno and Caguioa should be booted out by the people via people power to teach these evils a lesson that they should be impartial to all.
