NAGPA-PANIC NA SI LENI!

AMININ MAN O HINDI ni Leni Robredo at ng kampo niya, NAGPA-PANIC na sila matapos ibasura ng Supreme Court, na umaakto ring Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), ang motion niya na  idismis na ng mga ito ang protesta ni Bongbong Marcos laban sa kaniya.

In a story in philstar.com.,Leni’s lead lawyer Romulo Macalintal declared: “We are not afraid of this case. We are very confident that after all these processes, Vice President Robredo will still emerge as the winner.” But Macalintal added that Leni’s lawyers are considering filing a motion for reconsideration (MR) as a remedy.

KUNG TALAGANG HINDI KAYO TAKOT, Romy, BAKIT PA KAYO maghahain ng MR? Bakit kailangang PATAGALIN PA NINYONG IDELAY ang simula ng pagdiinig sa trial? Kung talagang WALANG NAGING DAYAAN at wala kayong dapat IKATAKOT O ITAGO, lalong walang dapat maging dahilan para PAGTAGALIN PA NINYO ang simula ng trial ng protesta. Sa lahat naman  ng hindi takot, KAYO ANG DUWAG HUMARAP! Sa lahat ng NAGPUPUMILIT na inosente siya sa mga paratang sa kaniya, KAYO ANG AYAW PANG SIMULAN na patunayan ito. Sino GAGAGUHIN NINYO sa akala ninyo?

Leni said what she finds “scary” is the possibility of Bongbong being appointed as Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). WHAT THE HELL IS ITS CONNECTION to Bongbong’s protest? If her camp will say Leni’s not panicking with this TOTALLY ILLOGICAL worry, I wonder if they will admit that she’s just that stupid.

Macalintal reiterated that the PET decision only gives Bongbong a chance to prove his case. NOBODY’S CONTRADICTING THAT so if you’re not in panic, Romy, you don’t have to repeat that. But as I’ve written in an earlier post, the real issue in the dismissal of Leni’s motion is it shows that her win in the vice-presidential polls WAS DOUBTFUL, SUSPICIOUS. Macalintal said the PET decision to proceed with Bongbong’s protest was like “allowing the party to fish for evidence.” Bongbong submitted some 20,000 pages and pieces of evidence for his protest.  To date, Leni has NEVER BEEN REPORTED as having submitted even one-tenth of that for her evidence,
