HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE, LENI!

Much as I had wanted to ignore her, the STUPIDITY AND BIAS Leni Robredo is showing in support of Leila de Lima is too sickening not too comment on. Especially considering that she is a lawyer herself.

                           

In a story in gmanews.tv, Leni was quoted as saying that De Lima should face the accusations against her over her alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade.  But Leni added that the proceedings must be done at the proper forum. 

Alleged illegal drug offenses are criminal cases. Under the law, regional trial courts have jurisdiction over these. De Lima may have been a government official when the alleged crimes happened but the Ombudsman DID NOT EVEN INVESTIGATE her. Only the Department of Justice (DOJ) conducted an investigation. And De Lima DID NOT APPEAR to give her sides at the DOJ probe before the cases against her were filed before the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC). So how can the RTC be a wrong venue?  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. 

           

Leni was also quoted in the gmanews.tv story as saying: Kung wala pang kaso may judgment na, ano iyong assurance natin na she (De Lima) will be afforded the due process of law?” NAKA-FILE  na nga sa Muntinlupa RTC, WALA PANG KASO? WALA ring nagsasabi na may judgment na. At bilang abugida, alam dapat ni :Leni na KORTE LAMANG ANG MAY KAPANGYARIHANG magbigay ng judgment o hatol. Pero KAKAFILE PA L;ANG ng mga kaso laban kay Leila. WALA pa kahit isang hearing. Kaya anong judgment ang pinagsasasabi ni Leni? Anong klaseng abugada ba siya?

No wonder, Leni failed the bar examinations three times. 30
