SI NOYNOY ANG NADUWAG SA CHINA, HINDI SI DIGONG!

Malinaw na: SI NOYNOY AQUINO ANG NADUWAG sa China, hindi si Pangulong Digong Duterte.

Sa oral arguments sa Supreme Court kahapon tungkol sa writ of kalikasan na hinihingi ng mga mangingisda sa Palawan at Zambales,  nabunyag na ang lahat ng mga basehan nila laban sa ilang opisyales ng Duterte Administration na nirereklam,o nila ay nangyari NOONG 2012, 2013 at 2014.

NOONG SI NOYNOY pa ang presidente, HINDI SI DIGONG. Noong mga TAO PA ni Noynoy ang mga nakapuwesto sa gobyerno, at HINDI ang mga inappoint ni Digong. Mismong mga Justices ng SC ang nakapansin ng KATARANTADUHANG ITO.

Associate Justice and former Aquino Administration Solicitor General Francis Jardeleza:

The petitioners took a “big, big, big leap” in saying the named government officials should to be held accountable for damage brought by incidents before they assumed office in 2016.  “You blame now officials that came in 2016 for all those acts that happened, that were damaging to us very severely before the officials came in.”

Associate Justice Jean Paul Hernando:

“But the officials concerned would not only be in reference to those sitting now, but even those who sat in the past administration, including (the) then-Department of Justice Secretary [Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa], because he was DOJ secretary from October 2015 to January 2016 before he was elevated to this court. Having sat as DOJ secretary at a time when the government had evidence of violation of our laws, then it goes without saying that the officials of (the) past administration HAVING DONE NOTHING (EMPHASIS MINE) as to those 2012 violations should be made liable for these damages, including Justice Caguioa."

Kung may magsasabing hindi kaduwagan ang ginawa/ipinakita ni Noynoy at ng gobyerno niya, siguruhin lang na may detalye. Sila ang NADUWAG SA CHINA, pero si Digong ang gusto nilang MAGDUSA. PAGMUMUKHANG WALA NANG KAKAPAL PA!
