THE MORE REASON TO PROBE ANDRES, ASAP!

With his admission that he was with a Smartmatic official in Washington in the US last year, Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman Andres Bautista should be INVESTIGATED AT ONCE, AND I MEAN without delay. For possible BRIBERY or other related illegal or unethioal acts.

In a story in gmanews.tv (http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/621114/poll-chief-says-us-meeting-with-smartmatic-execs-an-official-function/story/) Bautista admitted that he met the Smartmatic official in Washington D>C>six months after the May 2016 elections, and that “it was not a secret meeting. I was invited by the US government to observe the US elections. One of those invited was Smartmatic. I was invited to a dinner with him with other people." 

Whether or not the meeting was secret IS NOT THE POINT, and more importantly NOT THE SUSPICIOUS MOVE made by Bautista. What is HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE IS WHY DID Bautista talk with the Smartmatic official in the first place.

Keep in mind, guys, that Bongbong filed a protest against Leni Robredo’s victory as vice-president RIGHT AFTER THE ELECTIONS. Along with the protest, Bongbong petitioned for immediate action by the Comelec on other signs of possible cheating during the polls. Most especially, a private sector examination of the unauthorized change made by Smartmatic on the transparency server and the decryption or opening of SD cards which had been first declared by the Comelec as UNUSED. There’s more. But TO THIS DAY, Bautista and the Comelec still REFUSE to allow an examination of the change by Smartmatic and would not reveal the data in the SD cards.

KALIWA’T KANAN ANG KWESTYONABLENG PINAGGAGAWA ng Smartmatic, pero HINDI KUMILOS ang Comelec. Tapos, nakipag-sosyalan pa rin si Bautista sa taga-Smartmatic, sa halip na IWASAN NIYA ITO o sabihan ng maaayos na magiging kaduda-duda kung maguusap sila. Kaya ANO ANG GARANTIYA nating sambayanan na HINDI INAREGLO O SINUHULAN ng taga-Smartmatic si Andres?  Sumagot na ang gustong sumagot. 30
