NO PHYSICAL PROOF MARCOS ORDERED NINOY SLAY!

Come to think of it, I can’t recall any PHYSICAL EVIDENCE that former President Ferdinand Marcos masterminded the murder of Ninoy Aquino. If any of you guys do, details please.

I have never heard of any written order or instruction, audio or video recording, letter or any other solid proof that Marcos had directly or indirectly instructed anyone to kill Ninoy when he returned home from the US on Aug. 21, 1983. I can’t remember any witness who ever came out in public, directly pointed to Marcos as the brains behind the assassination and presented physical evidence to prove it. Not even one witness ever emerged to say he or she had heard Marcos giving orders to anyone for Ninoy’s death. On the contrary, one of the soldiers convicted and jailed for the crime pointed to a relative of Cory Aquino as one of the plotters.

The only issue then against Marcos was he was Ninoy’s number one political rival, and therefore would have the biggest motive to want Ninoy dead. But take note, people: As I’ve said several times before, Marcos was smart enough to realize that If something happened to Ninoy, he would be the top and only suspect. Considering his unpopularity then, Marcos surely knew that the end of his administration would follow next.  And he wasn’t an idiot to even dream about that.

Add to all these the fact that Noynoy Aquino DID NOT ALLOW a reopening of his dad’s murder even if the Marcoses themselves were asking for it in the interest of truth.

For the record, I’m NOT SAYING THAT MARCOS IS INNOCENT. I’m just pointing out my observations and anybody can correct me if I’m wrong. What I’m after is the TRUTH. If ever, we all don’t deserve a 33-YEAR black propaganda blitz. 30

LENI TREMBLING IN FEAR OVER RECOUNT!

Leni Robredo is obviously trembling in fear over a looming recount of her votes and that of Bongbong Marcos. Her lawyers say they will appeal the Presidential Electoral Tribunal’s (PET) decision to proceed with the electoral protest filed by Bongbong against her. But here’s the catch:

Leni’s lawyers will ask from the PET the grounds for their ruling       IN DETAIL. KUMBAGA, HIHMAY-HIMAYIN ang desisyon. I consulted two lawyers before I wrote this piece. Both of them said the grounds are usually enumerated in the decision already. If for any reason it was not, Leni’s lawyers can just go over their copies of Bongbong’s protest in preparing their APPEAL without wasting the time of the PET in providing the details they want.

OBVIOUSLY, Leni’s appeal will just be a DELAYING TACTIC. Especially considering the fact that despite the many SUSPICIOUS, UNEXPLAINED and UNACTED ON events related to Bongbong’s protest, Leni’s camp continues to insist that her victory was clean. Don’t forget, people, among others Comelec STILL REFUSES TO ALLOW PUBLIC SECTOR EXAMINATION of the unauthorized change by Smartmatic on the script of the transparency server and data were found on secure digital cards which were supposedly UNUSED during the elections.

So if Leni’s not scared to death of Bongbong’s protest, and that she had really won clean, there’s no MORAL reason for her to delay the case any longer with an appeal.

Kung walang dapat IKATAKOT, HINDI DAPAT MATAKOT. Ang tunay na inosente, susunggaban ang lahat ng pagkakataon para malinis agad ang kaniyang pangalan. Pero si Leni, MAS GUSTO PANG MAS MAGTAGAL ang dumi sa kaniyang pangalan. 30

Six minutes and 50 seconds into the video shows NINOY AQUINO standing up in the plane, ALREADY ON THE GROUND and being escorted to a van WHEN A MAN IN CIVILIAN  CLOTHES APPEARED AND SHOT him point-blank. The man then fled. The official version all these years was Ninoy was shot dead while coming down from the plane by one of his escorts. But Marcos maintained that Ninoy was killed by communist hitman Rolando Galman.

I consulted a long-time video and computer expert before writing this piece.. He said the video appeared genuine --- no sign of splicing, Ninoy wore the same clothes, action of the people were spontaneous.

IF, I repeat IF, the video is true, it means the Filipino people have been FOOLED AND BRAINWASHED by the Cory Aquino government and their guys into the version that Marcos masterminded Ninoy’s killing. The immediate questions would be WHY and WHAT do they know about the truth all these years?

NILAMPASO, pinakain ng alikabok ng mga taga-suporta ni Pangulong Digong Duterte ang mga kontra sa kaniyang gobyerno sa magkasabay na rally sa magkaibang lugar kahapon.

A story in gma.news.tv said an estimated 200,000 to 215,000 people gathered in Rizal Park to show their support for Digong. for President Rodrigo Duterte. The Manila Police District's (MPD) Station 5 narrated that from 15,000 by 6 p.m., the crowd increased to 200,000 at 7 p.m. "Bali nag-converge sila. Maraming pinag-converge... sabay-sabay silang nag-merge dito kaya biglang naging drastic 'yung increase," the story quoted Chief Inspector Elmero Oceo, of MPD' Station 5, as explaining. The gmanews.tv story added that police estimated the anti-Duterte crowd at EDSA at 2,000 at its peak.

An abs-cbnnews story reported that police estimates of the pro-Duterte rallyists was at 200,000. But it did not come out with an estimate of the antis at EDSA. A story in manilatimes.net also reported 200,000 pro deuterte rallyists. But it did not have the crowd estimate for the antis. In inquirer.net  the pros only numbered 13,000 and the antis 9,000. Manila.standard.net said there were 15,000 pros and 2,300 antis.

FIVE DIFFERENT news websites, ALL reporting the victory of the pro-Duterte groups over the antis. Take note, guys, three of the five had similar figures for the pro-Duterte, and two for the antis.

In a story in inquirer,net, Leni was quoted as having said in a forum that: Filipinos should not despair in the midst of the “evil that is happening” because people power can happen again.

Ms. Robredo, don’t drag the people and the country into the TROUBLES WHICH CAN RESULT FROM your DESPERATION to stay in power and the PANIC that is evidently overwhelming you over its accompanying uncertainty. If something evil is happening now, it’s your never-ending attacks against the Duterte Government without any physical evidence, and with only your wards as proof.

What evil are you talking about? If it’s the anti-drug war, even a grade school kid is aware of the evils of illegal drugs. If fighting drug lords and drug pushers is evil for you, then you’re either high on it or the biggest idiot in existence, if not a beneficiary of illegal drug sales. There have been questionable killings, yes, but NONE among the kin of the fatalities have complained that the incident is NOT BEING INVESTIGATED.

If you’ll point to Leila de Lima’s arrest, witnesses came out and publicly testified against her. She was notified of hearings in the House of Representatives and the Justice department so that she could give her side. But SHE IGNORED ALL THESE.  When charges were finally filed against her, the judge took three days before issuing an arrest warrant. So where’s the evil? The people should not feel despair? President Digong scored 83 percent each in trust and approval ratings in the latest surveys.

SAANG PLANETA ka man magpunta, Ms. Robredo, an 83 percent rating is DEFINITELY NOT A SIGN OF DESPAIR.

It would be wise for you, Ms. Robredo, to stop making yourself look stupid. Whatever attack you make against President Digong, the people WILL NEVER FORGET that your victory as vice-president is STILL HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE. And we WON’T GET TIRED OF WAITING FOR THE TRUTH. 30

Believe it or not, guys, the arrest of Leila de Lima yielded one good result for all of us. Her arrest, and detention, PROVED HOW UNPOPULAR she and her comrades in the ‘yellow army are.  

Think about this, people: From the time she was arrested yesterday morning up to now, NO MASSIVE CONDEMNATION of the government or EXPRESSION OF SUPPORT has been issued by any huge and neutral group from the private sector. Not one has been reported in both national and social media.

Neither has any group (s) announced protest actions against President Digong Duterte in support of De Lima. Her ‘yellow’ allies, especially Leni Robredo and Antonio Trillanes,, have been  attacking Digong left and right over her arrest and detention but NOBODY has come forward to publicly pledge support to whatever they plan to do.  All these despite the fact that supposed to be, more than 10 million people voted for De Lima for senator.

So apart from De Lima’s supposed voters, where are the supposed 14 million plus supporters of Leni? And the millions of other votes for the other ‘yellows?” Most of all, where is the Cory Magic?’

The ONLY PEOPLE who have publicly expressed belief in her innocence are Leila’s family and relatives and her colleagues in the ‘yellow army. NO ONE ELSE. ANYBODY CAN CORRECT ME if I’m wrong.

If nobody will KEEP IN MIND, guys, that when somebody’s unpopular, or MORE HATED THAN LOVED, CREDIBILITY is non-existent.30

Since some people are starting to use their supposed concerns on Leila de Lima’s safety in detention as a publicity gimmick, let’s be VERY, VERY CLEAR, AND TRUTHFUL:

If De Lima is innocent of the charges against her, then THERE’’S NO SANE   AND LOGICAL REASON for her to fear for her life. 

HINDI SIYA PAGAAKSAYAHAN ng panahon, salapi at kung anupaman ng mga drug lords o sindikato sa droga para patayin. Kung talagang WALA naman siyang kinalaman sa ilegal nilang negosyo, wala siyhang maibubunyag kaya WALANG DAHILAN PARA PAFKAABALAHAN SIYANG PATAYIN.

Lalo namang walang dahilan para galawin siya ng Duterte Government kung inosente siya talaga. Hindi estupido ang gobyerno na gagawa ng sariling problema sa pamamagitan ng pagliligpit sa kaniya. Ngayon pang WALA NAMAN SIYANG MAPATUNAYAN hanggang ngayon sa mga atake niya kay Pangulong Digong Duterte.

And let’s not forget the TRUTH that the government would keep her alive and safe because of the POSSIBLE information she can give them in the long run. Dead people tell no tales and President Digong WOULD NOT GET ANYTHING GOOD OUT OF HARMING De Lima.

SIya na nga ang aarestuhin, siya pa ang NAGDIKTA kung kailan niya gustong maaresto at saan. Sa halip na kagabI pagkatapos lumabas ang warrant of arrest para sa kaniya mula sa Muntinupa City Regional Trial Court, ngayong umaga niya gusto maaresto. At ayaw niya sa bahay niya. Gusto niya, sa Senado.

Dalawang abugado ang kinonsulta ko bago ko sinulat ito. Pareho nilang sinabi na ang warrant of arrest ay dapat na MAISERVE AGAD, AS IN AGAD, sa oras na hawak na ng mga awtorfidad. SAAN MANG LUGAR NAROROON ang aarestuhin. Bilang abogada, sinabi ng mga kinonsulta ko na ALAM NA ALAM NI DE LIMA IYUN. Pero ano ang ginawa ni De Lima….TUMAKBO papunta sa Senado nang may MAGTIP SA KANIYA papunta na ang mga aaresto sa kaniya sa bahay niya.  

At kung hindi ba naman siya ipokrita, ngayon nagrereklamo siya na masyadong minadali ang paglalabas ng arrest warrant laban sa kaniya. Pero noong siya ang Justice secretary noong si Noynoy Aquino ang presidente, kinasuhan ng gobyerno noon si dating Pangulo Gloria Macapagfal-Arroyo (GMA) ng electoral sabotage.  Isinampa ang kaso ng tanghali o matapos ang tanghalian sa Pasay City Regional Trial Court. Hindi ko l;ang matandaan kung kalian. Makaraan ang humigit-kumulang sa DALAWANG ORAS LAMANG, may arraest warrant na. NOON DING GABING IYON, INIHAIN KAY AT INARESTO si GMA sa ospital na kaniyang kinalalagyan.

Idagdag pa sa lahat ng ito ang mga naunang press release ni De Lma kung saan buong tapang niyang sinabi na  handa na siyang maging unang political prisoner sa ilalim ng Duterte Government  at nakapagimpake na siya at handa nang makulong. Tapos, kung kalian may warrant na, SABAY TAKBO mula sa bahay niya papunta sa Senado.

Sa pamamagitan ng SARILI niyang mga kilos, LUMALABAS NA ANG TUNAY NA KULAY ni De lima. 30

The supposed offer of P1,000 person to those who will join the anti-Duterte rally this coming Saturday is spreading far and wide. True or not, organizers had better reveal the sources of their funds for the rally now. The people must be ASSURED THIS EARLY THAT PUBLIC FUNDS WILL NOT BE SPENT for their gimmick.

Para maging TUNAY NA MALAKI ang rally na iyon at HINDI PRESS RELEASE LAMANG, kailangan ang HINDI BABABA SA 100,000 KATAO. Sa P1,000 kada tao, aabot sa P100 milyon ang gastos para sa 100,000 katao. BUKOD pa ang anumang magiging gastusin para sa rally tulad ng sasakyan, gasoilina at kagamitan gaya ng sound system. Ganito kalaking gastos PARA SA ISANG ARAW LAMANG. Hindi ako mayaman. Hindi ako naging mayaman kahit kalian. Pero lalaban ako ng pustahan na P1 manalo P500, WALANG SUPER YAMAN NA GAGASTOS NG P100 MILYON para sa isang araw lamang. Kahit na ibaba sa 50,000 katao ang mga pupunta sa rally, aabot pa rin sa P50 MILYON ang gastos.

So WHERE WILL THE FUNDING COME FROM? Take note, guys, it’s only two days before Feb.  25 and NOT EVEN ONE indisputably big and neutral group has expressed support to the anti-Duterte rally, whether in national or social media.  The latest surveys showed President Digong Duterte’s approval, and trust ratings at 83 percent.  One accusation after another has been coming from ALL SIDES OF THE OPPOSITION AND THEIR ALLIES. But still, no outrage against or condemnation of Digong.

Kaya’t WALANG NEGOSYANTE O MILYONARYO, na LEGAL ang hanapbuhay at NASA MATINONG PAGIISIP, ang basta-basta susuporta sa anumang pagkilos laban kay Digonjg. Kaya SAAN MANGGAGALING ang panggastos para sa rally ng Opposition sa Sabado. At ano ang inaasahang kapalit ng mga magpopondo.  

Ipaliwanag ng kahit na sinong nakakaalam. Dahil kailangang MASIGURADO ng taumbayan na HINDI PERA NG BAYAN ANG WAWALDASIN sa pansariling interes ng mga anti-Duterte sa rally nila sa Sabado. 30

LIES AND TRUTHS IN LASCANAS

Before anyone GETS FOOLED by the RAGING FLOOD OF PRESS RELEASES on the NEW CLAIM by retired Davao City policeman Arturo Lascanas on the SUPPOSED EXISTENCE of the Davao Death Squad (DDS) and the alleged role of President Digong Duterte in it, LET’S BE VERY, VERY CLEAR on the LIES AND TRUTHS behind the stories to date:

LIE: It was NOT A MAJORITY of the Senate which voted in favor of a probe of Lascanas’ story as claimed by Leila de Lima in a story in inquirer.net. ONLY 10, ALL ALLIES OF NOYNOY AQUINO, out of the 22 senators agreed to a probe. And the majority of 22 is 12, NOT 10.

TRUTH: Lascanas is a LIAR! In a SWORN STATEMENT before the Senate last year, Lascanas said there was no DDS, Now, he’s saying there was indeed a DDS, with Duterte as their boss. TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT STATEMENTS CANNOT BE BOTH TRUE!

LIE: De Lima says Malacanang is in panic mode following Lascana’s claims. But she CANNOT GIVE SPECIFC DETAILS to prove this. As usual, the only proof she has are her WORDS. And she’s NOT GOD whose word alone is Gospel truth.

TRUTH: For some Liberal Parry senators LIES even WITHOUT physical proof, ARE NOW GOOD ENOUGH for a Senate investigation. Especially if the issue can be damaging to President Digong Duterte.

LIE: In a gmanews.tv story, De Lima and Antonio Trillanes said some senators were summoned to Malacañang Tuesday night following the Senate vote approving a probe on Lascanas allegations. But when asked to name names, De Lima said: "Hindi ko alam kung sino-sino talaga. Hindi ko kasi na-confirm so baka magkamali ako kaya I don’t want to say who are they." Trillanes said: You’ll have to ask the senators who attended that meeting, kung ano pinag-usapan nila.” They SPECIFICALLY ALLEGE a meeting, but ADMIT THEY DON’T KNOW WHO WERE IN IT AND WHAT WAS TAKEN UP. Anyway I look at it, only an IDIOT will still take this as truth.

TRUTH: Like the liar Edgar Matobato before him, Lascanas did not have ANY PROOF of any of his tales regarding the supposed DDS and the criminal acts he allegedly did for it, on orders of Digong. His only proof is his words.

Mukhang NALOLOKA NA si Leila de Lima. Si Leni Robredo naman, LANTARAN na ang pagiging DOBLE-KARA.

Sa kaniyang pagatake kay Pangulong Digong Duterte sa isang storya sa gmanews.tv, sinabi ni De Lima na: “Ngayon ay panahon na naman upang tayo ay manindigan at tumayo sa harap ng isang kriminal na diktador at rehimeng mapaniil (oppressive). Ipaglaban natin ang ating karapatan, ang hustisya at ang ating demokrasya.”

SINADYA ni De Lima na HINDI MAGBIGAY ng kaniyang panig sa naging pagdinig sa House of Representatives at sa Department of Justice ng mga akusasyon na sangkot siya diumano sa illegal na droga. Ito ay kahit na INIMBITAHAN SIYA NG ILANG BESES na humarap sa mga pagdinig at komprontahin ang  mga nagakuysa sa kaniya, dahil KARAPATAN NIYA IYON. Hindi rin siya PINAAREESTO AT PNAKULONG. Ngayong tinuluyan na siya at ifinila na sa korte sa Muntinlupa af fa reklamo sa kaniya, saka siya magda-drama na ipaglaban ang hustisya? Sabi nga ng mga kabataan, HALER!!!!

Ipaglaban ang demokrasya at karapatan?  HINDI IBINIGAY ni Digong ang gobyerno sa Communist Party of the Philippines. Kaht na may kaso na siya sa korte, MALAYA pa rin si De Lima at ang kaniyanng mga kakampi na  INSULTUHIN at atakihin si Digong, magpunta saan man niya gusto at gawin anuman ang kaniyang gusto basta’t hindi labag sa batas. Hindi pa rin idinedeklara ni Digong ang martial law. Kaya sumagot na ang gustong sumagot: ANONG KARAPATAM HUSTISYA AT DEMOKRASYA ang dapat pang ipaglaban, anf IPAGAKLAS ng Sambayanan?

Reacting to Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella’s statement that the EDSA 1 commemoration would be simple and quiet because it’s “time to move on from just celebrating the past,” Leni said in another gmanews.tv story that “Moving on and forgetting may leave us in danger of making the same mistakes all over again.”  But before the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (*PET) ruled to proceed with the electoral protest filed against her by Bongbong Marcos, Leni REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM TO MOVE ON.

Kapag HINDI SIYA MAKIKINABANG, HINDI PUWEDE kay Leni ang basta na lang ‘move on.’ Pero KAPAG MAKIKINABANG SIYA, time to ‘move on’ na. HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE, LENI!

Much as I had wanted to ignore her, the STUPIDITY AND BIAS Leni Robredo is showing in support of Leila de Lima is too sickening not too comment on. Especially considering that she is a lawyer herself.

                           

In a story in gmanews.tv, Leni was quoted as saying that De Lima should face the accusations against her over her alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade.  But Leni added that the proceedings must be done at the proper forum. 

Alleged illegal drug offenses are criminal cases. Under the law, regional trial courts have jurisdiction over these. De Lima may have been a government official when the alleged crimes happened but the Ombudsman DID NOT EVEN INVESTIGATE her. Only the Department of Justice (DOJ) conducted an investigation. And De Lima DID NOT APPEAR to give her sides at the DOJ probe before the cases against her were filed before the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC). So how can the RTC be a wrong venue?  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. 

           

Leni was also quoted in the gmanews.tv story as saying: Kung wala pang kaso may judgment na, ano iyong assurance natin na she (De Lima) will be afforded the due process of law?” NAKA-FILE  na nga sa Muntinlupa RTC, WALA PANG KASO? WALA ring nagsasabi na may judgment na. At bilang abugida, alam dapat ni :Leni na KORTE LAMANG ANG MAY KAPANGYARIHANG magbigay ng judgment o hatol. Pero KAKAFILE PA L;ANG ng mga kaso laban kay Leila. WALA pa kahit isang hearing. Kaya anong judgment ang pinagsasasabi ni Leni? Anong klaseng abugada ba siya?

MANGWAWASAK na lamang ng reputasyon ng Pangulo, SAKSAKAN NG TANGA PA ITONG si Lascanas at sinumang nasa likod niya.

First, in a story in gmanews.tv, Lascanas claimed that then Mayor Digong paid DDS members up to Php 100,000 depending on the status of the target for liquidation. But the same gmanews.tv story quoted Lascanas as saying in a Senate hearing last year: "Wala pong DDS. Media hype lang 'yan."

MALINAW, MAGKAIBA ang pahayag niya noon at ngayon. NAGSINUNGALING SIYA. Kaya kung hindi PASYENTE SA MENTAL HOSPITAL KASABWAT NIYA O KAPUWA NIYA SINUNGALING lamang ang maniniwala sa kaniya.

Pangalawa: KUNG, kung lang ha, mayroon talagang gustong upapatay si Digong, HINDI SILA KAILANGANG BAYARAN NITO, lalo pa ng Php 100,000. TAUHAN SILA ni Digong kaya OBLIGADO SILANG SUNDIN ITO. At kung hindi nila susundin ang utos ni Digong, walang kailangang gawin ito kundi ire-assign sila o ireport sa pamunuan ng PNP para maalis.

Pangatlo: Noong isang taon pa sinabi ni Lascanas na hindi tutoo ang DDS. Tapos ngayon, heto siya at nagpapahayag ng KABALIGTARAN, KUNG KAILAN NAMEMELIGRO NANG MAARESTO SI LEILA DE LIMA ANUMANG ORAS. Hindi siya nagsalita noong Disyembre o Eenero o Nobyembre. NGAYON LANG, kung kalian DELIKADO na si De Lima.

And if Lascanas’ appearance is not another IDIOTIC GIMMICK to destroy President Digong, he had better have a CONVINCING EXPLANATION for the following: How did he get to the Senate? Who brought him there? How did he get to Manila? Who spent for his trip and who is spending, and whose money is being spent, for lodging? Lascanas had better not be STUPID to say he’s spending his own money. The lawyers with him at the Senate were from the FREE LEGAL AID GROUP. I repeat, FREE.

Lastly, then and now, apart from Lascanas, it’s only CONFIRMED LIAR EDGAR MATOBATO who’s saying that the DDS is real. But they both DON’T HAVE CONCRETE PROOF. THEIR ONLY EVIDENCE is their word.

Drug lords and drug pushers, both dead and alive, must be having one wild party now. Not only does the government’s anti-drug war remain suspended, they have NOTHING LESS THAN BISHOPS AND NUNS AS LEADERS of those opposed to the campaign, as shown by the “Walk for Life” event this morning at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila.

DE LIMA’S SHAMELESS ‘POLITICAL PRISONER’ LIE!

Nobody should be FOOLED by Leila de Lima’s gimmick that just in case, she will be the first political prisoner under the administration of President Digong Duterte for her attacks on his anti-drug war. Here’s why, people:

First: De Lima was charged with alleged offenses RELATED TO ILLEGAL DRUGS. Not with libel, grave slander, oral defamation or any other case limited to everything she had said about Digong’s anti-drug war. Second: there is NO CONNECTION WHATSOEVER between illegal drugs and politics. So HOW THE HELL will she be a political prisoner?

Third: The charges against De Lima were based on WITNESSES’ testimonies, and not just on what Digong had said about her in response to her tirades. The witnesses gave separate testimonies which did not even mention or made reference to Digong in any way. One of the witnesses, JB Sebastian, had wanted to talk to Digong before he testified but was turned down.   

Fourth and most of all, It was NOT DIGONG HIMSELF who filed the charges against De Lima. And the cases were FILED ONLY SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER A CONGRESSIONAL and PROBE and De Lima’s CONSISTENT REFUSAL to appear and give her side.

BINIGYAN SI DE LIMA NG PAGKAKATAON para ihayag ang kaniyang PANIG AT KOMPRONTAHIN ang mga testigo laban sa kaniya. Pero SIYA ang HINDI HUMARAP. Tapos ngayong kinasuhan na siya, bigla siyang magiging political prisoner.

LENI   SHOULD VOW TO ACCEPT DEFEAT!

With the dismissal of her motion to the Presidential Election Tribunal (PET) to junk the protest filed against her by Bongbong Marcos, Leni Robredo should do one thing IMMEDIATELY. She should VOW TO ACCEPT DEFEAT WITHOUT QUESTION in case SHE LOSES and the PET decides that Bongbong s the truly, duly-elected vice-president. Bongbong has already made that promise, just days after the UNAUTHORIZED change by Smartmatic on the transparency server was EXPOSED.

If Leni won’t promise, then the PET or undisputed legal experts had better enlighten us this early on what happens next. Or better yet, what we the people CAN DO, AND SHOULD DO.

Leni has NOT clarified or modified her claim of a supposed plot to steal the vice-presidency from her. As it is, the vice-presidency is hers for the next six years as far as Leni is concerned. Even though she has yet to produce even one-tenth of counter-evidence against Bongbong’s 20,000 pieces and pages of documentary proof of election fraud to ensure her victory.

So WE HAVE NO ASSURANCE that Leni will abide by the PET decision IN CASE she loses in Bongbong’s protest. If she won’t readily yield IN CASE of defeat, it’s us the people who will be the BIGGEST LOSERS to both our stolen votes and hard-earned taxes which should not have been disbursed by Leni in the first place.

We don’t need that. WE DON’T DESERVE THAT.30

If she still values whatever reputation she thinks she has left, Leila de Lima had better stop her dramatics over the illegal-drug related charges filed against her in court by the Department of Justice (DOH).  Her advisers would do well to make her realize that LALO LANG SIYANG NAGMUMUKHANG TANGA AT WALANG KREDIBILIDAD SA MGA SINASABI NIYA.

In stories all over news websites, De Lima said the filing of the charges  were vindictive politics by President Digong Duterte which are meant to silence her for her opposition to and criticisms of the government’s anti-drug war.  So let’s be VERY, VERY CLEAR:

Una: WALANG DAHILAN PARA GANTIHAN O BALIKAN ni Pangulong Digong si De Lima dahil sa pagbatikos nito sa giyera kontra droga. Sapagkat WALA NAMANG NAGING EPEKTO ang karereklamo ni De Lima. Sa pInakahuling mga survey, lumabas na 83 PERCENT pa rin ng Sambayanan ang patuloy na nagtitiwala at sumusuporta kay Pangulong Digong. Kaya KAGAGUHANG isipin man lang na magaaksaya ng oras at iririsko ng Pnagulo ang kaniyang reputasyon magantihan ka lamang.

Second, Ms De Lima:: You’re NOT THE ONLY PERSON, AND NOT THE ONLY POLITICIAN, who vocally criticizes the anti-drug war. There is Risa Hontiveros, as well as self-proclaimed human rights champions. But no charges have been filed against any of them. No one has come out to claim they are involved in the illegal drugs business.  Neither have they been silenced in any manner whatsoever. So SHAME ON YOU for claiming that the cases you will soon face are intended to silence you.

As a lawyer you know very well Ms. De Lima that charges were filed against you because THERE WERE WITNESSES. Not just one or two but  several witnesses, including people very close to you like Ronnie Dayan, who gave their own narratives on your alleged role in the illegal drug business at the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP).

So STOP YOUR ANTICS, Ms. De Lima. You cannot FOOL THE PEOPLE OR EARN PUBLIC SYMPATHY FROM IT. WE’RE NOT AS STUPID as you think. Promise. 30

AMININ MAN O HINDI ni Leni Robredo at ng kampo niya, NAGPA-PANIC na sila matapos ibasura ng Supreme Court, na umaakto ring Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), ang motion niya na  idismis na ng mga ito ang protesta ni Bongbong Marcos laban sa kaniya.

In a story in philstar.com.,Leni’s lead lawyer Romulo Macalintal declared: “We are not afraid of this case. We are very confident that after all these processes, Vice President Robredo will still emerge as the winner.” But Macalintal added that Leni’s lawyers are considering filing a motion for reconsideration (MR) as a remedy.

KUNG TALAGANG HINDI KAYO TAKOT, Romy, BAKIT PA KAYO maghahain ng MR? Bakit kailangang PATAGALIN PA NINYONG IDELAY ang simula ng pagdiinig sa trial? Kung talagang WALANG NAGING DAYAAN at wala kayong dapat IKATAKOT O ITAGO, lalong walang dapat maging dahilan para PAGTAGALIN PA NINYO ang simula ng trial ng protesta. Sa lahat naman  ng hindi takot, KAYO ANG DUWAG HUMARAP! Sa lahat ng NAGPUPUMILIT na inosente siya sa mga paratang sa kaniya, KAYO ANG AYAW PANG SIMULAN na patunayan ito. Leni said what she finds “scary” is the possibility of Bongbong being appointed as Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). WHAT THE HELL IS ITS CONNECTION to Bongbong’s protest? If her camp will say Leni’s not panicking with this TOTALLY ILLOGICAL worry, I wonder if they will admit that she’s just that stupid.

Macalintal reiterated that the PET decision only gives Bongbong a chance to prove his case. NOBODY’S CONTRADICTING THAT so if you’re not in panic, Romy, you don’t have to repeat that. But as I’ve written in an earlier post, the real issue in the dismissal of Leni’s motion is it shows that her win in the vice-presidential polls WAS DOUBTFUL, SUSPICIOUS. Macalintal said the PET decision to proceed with Bongbong’s protest was like “allowing the party to fish for evidence.” Bongbong submitted some 20,000 pages and pieces of evidence for his protest.  To date, Leni has NEVER BEEN REPORTED as having submitted even one-tenth of that for her evidence,

TRILLANES IS ARROGANCE PERSONIFIED!

With the way Sen. Antonio Trillanes has been barking again, I couldn’t think of a milder phrase to describe him other than ARROGANCE PERSONIFIED

First: He has started recycling his old accusation of hidden wealth through bank deposits against President Digong Duterte. Take note: Trillanes FAILED TO PROVE THIS from the time he alleged it before the elections until Digong was proclaimed. Now, take note the arrogance he’s showing:

He’s reviving the issue and SHAMELESSLY CHALLENGING DIGONG to prove he’s wrong WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE DETAILS of his proof. He distributed copies of his supposed documentary evidence to media men but DID NOT SHOW PROOF of the following: The documents were GENUINE, NOT FAKE; and these were LEGALLY OBTAINED. I am not a lawyer but I will dare say that UNLESS THERE IS A COURT ORDER, NO BANK IS OBLIGATED to give any document to Trillanes once he asks for these just because he is a senator. And NO CASE has been filed by Trillanes against Digong ever since he barked about the supposed hidden deposits. So without a court order and without a case, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever for the President to dignify Trillanes’ arrogance and publicity gimmicks with a response. On the contrary, it’s Trillanes who must prove that HE HAS NOT VIOLATED ANY LAW with his recycled attack against Digong.

Second: In media pronouncements, Trillanes described former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA) as a symbol of corruption.

It’s on record, and in various media reports, that ALL CORRUPTION CASES against GMA have been dismissed. No less than the SUPREME COURT (SC) ordered her release from hospital detention. And as a senator or lawmaker, Trillanes knows (or does he) that ONLY

THE COURT has the SOLE POWER to declare anyone guilty of any crime or describe any person as anything related to an offense. NOT TRILLANES. Not any other senator. NOBODY ELSE. And remember people: Trillanes is NOT A JUDGE. He had not tried any of the cases against GMA. So he has NO MORAL AND PROFESSIONAL RIGHT or basis to hit GMA when it comes to corruption. What he has is UNLIMITED ARROGANCE.

Unless Trillanes will have the GUTS, THE NERVE, to claim he’s smarter than the Supreme Court.. 30

PET RULING SHOWS LEN’I’S VICTORY DOUBTFUL!

The Supreme Court, sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), denial of Leni Robredo’s motion to dismiss the electoral protest of Bongbong Marcos against her only shows that her victory in the vice-presidential polls was indeed DOUBTFUL!  That is the real issue behind the denial which Leni’s camp is trying to cover up with their statement that the denial is just “a procedural matter” to give Bongbong a chance to prove his claims in his protest.

While nothing has indeed been proven yet in the denial, Leni’s claim of a clean and honest win is now officially QUESTIONABLE. Otherwise, the PET would have granted her wish to dismiss Bongbong’s protest.  Leni’s lawyer. Romulo Macalintal, said the denial “does not in any way reflect the validity or merits of any allegation of fraud or irregularity: in her proclamation as Vice President.  NOBODY IS SAYING THAT!  

Macalintal also said Leni’s camp wants “an early resolution of the case in order to avoid further speculations on its status.”  But SHAMELESSLY, he already wants to CONDITION THE PUBLIC MIND to a LON G PROCESS by saying that the case would go through the “usual tedious and lengthy process” of recounting the ballots.” Since Leni’s motion to dfismiss Bongbong’s protest has been thrown out, it’s ALL UP TO THE PET NOW AND NOT MACALINTAL as to HOW FAST al the processes in the resolution of the case should go, INCLUDING THE RECOUNT OF THE BALLOTS.

On the disappointment of Liberal Party president Sen. Francis Pangilinan over the denial and his statement that Bongbong was not able to present proof of any discrepancy in the election results:  Bongbong submitted some 20,000 pages and pieces of evidence for his protest.  Can Pangilinan prove that HE HAS SEEN ALL THESE? If he’ll say ‘yes’, WHEN AND HOW AND DIDN’T HE VIOLATE ANY LAW in doing so? If he’ll say ‘no,’ WHAT IS HIS MORALL, LEGAL AND SANE BASIS for his sweeping allegation?

BIG VICTORY FOR BONGBONG MARCOS!

Stories in inquirer.net and gmanews.tv say the Supreme Court (SC), sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) has dismissed the plea of Leni Robredo to junk the poll protest filed against her by Bongbong Marcos Jr. Big victory for Bongbong. So now, there should be no more reason for anyone not to schedule a preliminary conference at once as a prelude to the trial. And if her victory is truly fair and clean as she insists, Leni SHOULD STOP AND FORGET DOING ANYTHING ELSE to continuously DELAY the trial. Instead, she should join Bongbong’s call for a preliminary conference.

KUNG WALA SIYANG DAPAT IKATAKOT O ITAGO, BAKIT HINDI?  Para malinis na rin niya agad ang kaniyang pangalan kung tutoong inosente siya.

Leni’s arguments: The PET could not proceed with the case for lack of jurisdiction and for insufficiency in form and substance. The PET ruled that: “With the issuance of the summons, the Tribunal has found the protest to be sufficient in form and substance. The protest contained narrations of ultimate facts on the alleged irregularities and anomalies in the contested clustered precincts.”

Leni had also argued that Bongbong had improperly questioned the authenticity and execution of certificates of canvass (COCs). She said Bongbong should have pointed this out raised in a pre-proclamation case filed before Congress acting as the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC). But the PET noted that: “Section 4, Article VII of the 1987 Constitution, in relation to Rule 13 of the 2010 PET Rules, provides that the Tribunal shall be the sole judge of all elections contests relating to the election, returns, and disqualifications of the President or Vice President of the Philippines The phrase ‘election, returns, and qualifications’ refers to all matters affecting the validity of the contestee’s title, which includes questions on the validity, authenticity, and correctness of the COCs. “

For the sake of whatever credibility she thinks is left with her and her being vice-president. Leni had better realize that she HAS NO OTHER CHOICE NOW but to ask the PET to start the trial. 30
