LATEST MALACANANG HYPOCRISY ON NAPOLES!

DON’T BE SURPRISED, people, if NOTHING will happen and NO ONE, especially Janet Napoles and Aquino Government allies, will be punished over the multibillion-peso pork barrel scam and other irregularities she is being accused of masterminding.

At least not until the Aquino Government ends.

Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte was quoted in a story in gmanews.tv today as saying that while PNoy wants convictions before he steps down in 2016, the  power to convict or acquit people is with the judiciary.

My take: INHUMANE HYPOCRISY AND DOUBLE-TALK to the MAX.

First: As I’ve pointed out in an earlier blog, NOT EVEN ONE CASE HAS BEEN FILED against Napoles over the pork barrel scam, despite the MORE THAN 10 WITNESSES who have surfaced and provided details and evidence against her -- bank accounts, pork transaction records, properties and fake non-government organizations  with links to her.

But when former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo was linked to alleged election fraud in Maguindanao by JUST ONE MAN WHO HAD NO PHYSICAL PROOF and only had his words as evidence, she was charged in court.

And a warrant for her arrest was issued in JUST LESS THAN six of seven hours.

Second: For all her supposed ailments, Napoles is stiil STRONG ENOUGH to answer questions from anybody. But she has NOT BEEN ASKED TO DO SO. She has not been brought before any government agency probing the pork scam. Neither has any investigator been reported as having visited her for an interview.

Third: Malacanang IMMEDIATELY CLEARED Budget Sec. Butch Abad and Interior and Local Government Sec. Mar Roxas of any wrongdoing RIGHT AFTER they were linked to the pork barrel scam.

WALANG IMBE-IMBESTIGASYON. ABSWELTO agad sina Abad at Roxas. Kaya paano MAGKAKAROON ng kaso ang mga kakampi ni PNoy?

Fourth:  Up to now, the Commission on Aiudit (COA) HAS NJOT COME OUT IN MEDIA yet with their audit report on the pork barrel disbursements from 2010 , when the Aquino Government assumed power, to  the present.

COA officials had said the 2010 and up reports are already in the agency’s website.

Now, the periods covered by the pork scam expose are the COA audit reports from 2007 to 2009, all under the Arroyo presidency.

Yes, Malacanang, because if they’re as honest and fair as they claim to be, PNoy should have ordered  the COA to come out with the 2010-2012 audit reports, in the interest of FAIR PLAY.

Bottom line: PATULOY tayong NILOLOKO at BNINOBOLA ng PNoy governmentsa Napoles issue. Nasa atin ang desisyon kuing HANGGANG KAILAN natin sila hahayaang gawin ito. 30
